This study aims to test and determine whether empirically through valid data, intrinsic motivation and pesantren regulations have an effect on the satisfaction of students both partially and simultaneously. The method used by researchers is a survey method with a correlational approach to the santri of Manahijusadat Islamic Boarding School in Lebak, Banten. This type of research is quantitative, therefore the data analysis technique used is statistical analysis techniques, namely descriptive statistical techniques and inferential statistics. As for the means of collecting data through a questionnaire to 100 respondents from class III MTs Manahijussadat Islamic Boarding School, interviews and documentation. The results of the research hypothesis test showed that there was a positive and significant influence of intrinsic motivation on student satisfaction with a percentage of 17.8%. Second, there is a positive and significant effect of Islamic boarding school regulations on the satisfaction of students as indicated by the percentage of influence of 25.5%. Third, there is a joint positive and significant effect of intrinsic motivation and pesantren regulations on student satisfaction by 32.6%

This study entitled "Analysis of Effect of Climate Organization and Competence Againt Employee PT. Hutama Karya ". The purpose of this study was to obtain information on the relationship between the free variable that organizational climate (X1) and competence (X2) with the dependent variable is employee performance (Y), either partially or simultaneously, This study used survey research methods with the correlational approach and predictive, which aims for the relationship and influence between independent and dependent variables. The sampling technique can be done randomly (simple random sampling) of 852 employees, which is considered to resprentatif is 89 people. And to solve problems, to analyze and examine the relationship and influence between the independent variables on the dependent variable used models kausalistik through regression analysis with SPSS 14.0

Activities of the components, the Gibbs energy of mixing, and the excess entropy of mixing have been calculated for the Ca2MgSi2O7-CaSiO3 system. The mole fractions of the components were calculated assuming that in the point of the formal component Ca2MgSi2O7, the molar mass of the quasi-real particle in the melt corresponds to its formula molar mass, whereas in the point of the formal component CaSiO3 the molar mass of the quasi-real particle in the melt is 8.5 times higher than as corresponds to its formula. The fact that the enthalpy of mixing is zero whereas the excess entropy of mixing is non-zero suggests that Ca2MgSi2O7-CaSiO3 melts behave as athermal solutions.

Recent work has provided independent information about the behavior of the hole concentration c in TlxTe1−x as a function of temperature T and composition x in the range 0.2 ≤ x ≤ 0.6. This makes possible a critical reexamination of a molecular bond model for the structure of the alloy, in which holes are generated by broken Te—Te bonds. The earlier theory is revised to formulate an unrestricted independent bond model (ibm), for which the equations are simple and have obvious physical interpretations. This provides a good description of c(T) but only a qualitatively correct c(x). Using a Thomas–Fermi model for the screening interaction between holes and the acceptor ions, it is shown that the equilibrium constant can be expected to increase rapidly with c at large enough values. A modification in which the free energy of a dangling bond is decreased by proximity to a Tl—Te bond is found to significantly improve the result for c(x). The thermochemical behavior is derived. The entropy of mixing is in fair agreement with experiment, but the enthalpy of mixing is grossly wrong. This reflects the neglect of intermolecular interactions in the theory, which, it seems, can easily account for the remaining discrepancies in the predicted behavior of c.
