oronavirus Disease (COVID-19) causes learning to be done remotely from home. Distance Learning is a new thing in the world of education, especially Early Childhood Education (ECE). Children's creativity in early childhood learning is important to be maximized to reduce delays in achieving child development. This paper aims to see how the teacher's strategy in increasing children's creativity in distance learning. This research uses a qualitative research type. The data sources of this study were (1) Primary data sources, namely the principal, class teacher, and 5 students' parents. (2) Secondary data sources, namely supporting data that presents general data such as online articles, previous research, and books. Technique of data collection using observation, documentation, and interviews. Data analysis was carried out using the concept developed by Miles and Huberman, consisting of data reduction, data display, and concluding. The results showed that the strategy used by the teacher in the Implementation of Distance Learning at TK IT An-Nahl used several applications, namely: Google Meet, playing youtube videos and working on worksheets. Children's creativity at TK ITAn-Nahl can be done by creating works of art, imagination, exploration, experimentation, projects, and language. Factors that influence children's creativity in TK IT An-Nahl, namely: mental stimulation, mood, the role of parents, the role of teachers, and finances. The findings of this study contribute to an understanding of how the strategies used by teachers are to increase early childhood creativity during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Child development, especially the age from birth to entering primary education or the age of 0-8 years is the golden age in the vulnerable human life that cannot be repeated. Therefore this period is the golden age in the vulnerable human life that cannot be repeated. Therefore this period is the right time to lay the foundations for other developments. The objectives of this research are: 1) To find out, to study the planning of the PAKEM learning model in Khairiah Jimbe Islamic Kindergarten Jenangan Ponorogo, 2) Implementation of the PAKEM learning model ini increasing early childhood learning concentration. 3) Knowing and assessing the evaluation of the implementation of the PAKEM learning model in increasing early childhood learning concentration. This research use qualitative research with the type of case study research. The data collected is in the from of primary data and secondary data and data sources come from data sources derived from observations, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique follows the  concepts put forward by miles and huberman, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. Specifically, it can be described as follows: 1) PAKEM lerning planning is in accordance with Permendikbud Number 146 of 2014 article 2013. 2) The implementation of the PAKEM learning model in increasing the concentration of early childhood learning has been very good, seen from the teacher actively and creatively in teaching and give assignment. 3) The evaluation of learning in increasing the concentration of early childhood learning has been adjusted to the indicators of developmental achievement and refers to the standard of assessment

This study aims to determine the internalization of character education in early childhood in Hindu families in the village of Timpag, Kerambitan District, Tabanan Regency. Talking about child psychology is talking about how to educate children right from an early age. Because early childhood has potential that still needs to be developed and has certain characteristics that are unique and not the same as adults, they are always active, dynamic, enthusiastic and curious about what they see, hear, feel, as if they never stop explore and learn. The method used in this research is qualitative with descriptive research type. Primary data sources were obtained by interviewing informants, secondary data sources were obtained from literature, literature and documentation studies. Based on the results of research on internalization of character education in early childhood in a Hindu family in the village of Timpag is by a) Formation of the character of children in a Hindu family by building a family without violence is one effective solution to make a child feel comfortable, peaceful, peaceful at home, b) Early childhood care patterns in the family by building children's attitudes including training children to have a bold attitude, honest and other attitudes, build emotions of children who are not easily angry, quarreling, lazy and so on. Building the intelligence and will of the child to build communication between children and fellow children and parents, c) Understanding the psychology of children as a key understanding of education related to mental development and personality of the child, after physical needs are met-fulfilled then the child's needs will increase towards social needs and love obtained through interaction, both with parents (family) community and at school, d) Parents as educators and must send their children to school because the successful role of parents as educators is the formation of children who are nimble, clever, empowered good effort.

Abstrak: Guru PAUD memiliki beragam peran seperti guru pada umumnya.  Namun pembedanya tampak pada peran guru PAUD yang bertugas mengembangkan beragam kemampuan dasar anak untuk menggali potensi anak sejak dini.  Kemampuan dasar bahasa asing pada usia ini dimulai dari pengenalan bahasa Inggris secara mendasar yakni melalui kosakata sederhana. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk: 1) mengetahui pengenalan bahasa Inggris dasar dan 2) peran guru anak usia dini dalam pengenalan bahasa Inggris RA/PAUD. Dengan menggunakan jenis penelitian lapangan serta pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif peneliti menentukan Sumber data primer nya adalah kepala RA/PAUD, sie kurikulum, serta wali peserta didik. Sedangkan sumber data sekunder adalah referensi yang relevan dengan pengenalan bahasa Inggris, peran guru, dan PAUD. Kemudian Data diperoleh melalui teknik observasi partisipatif wawancara semi terstruktur dan dokumentasi uji keabsahan data menggunakan uji credibility, transferability dan confirmability melalui reduction, display data dan conclusion drawing.Hasil yang diperoleh adalah pengenalan bahasa Inggris dasar di RA/PAUD dilakukan setiap hari menyatu dengan pembelajaran tema-tema dan sub tema dalam muatan kurikulumnya berbentuk kosakata harian dan sapaan peran guru anak usia dini dalam pengenalan bahasa Inggris dasar sangat bervariasi. Guru memiliki multi peran dalam satu waktu. Peran-peran tersebut adalah sebagai educator, mediator, observer, facilitator, motivator, administrator, dan composer. KataKunci: peran guru PAUD, pengenalan bahasa Inggris, PAUD     Abstract: Early Childhood Education (PAUD) teachers have various roles like teachers in general. But the difference is seen in their roles tasked with developing a variety of children's basic abilities to explore children's potential from an early age. The basic ability of foreign languages ​​at this age starts from the basic introduction of English through simple vocabulary. The purpose of this study is to: 1) determine the introduction of basic English and 2) the roles of early childhood teachers in the introduction of English in this level. By using the type of field research and the qualitative descriptive approach, the researcher determines that the primary data source is the head of the RA, curriculum courses, and guardians of students. While secondary data sources are relevant references to the introduction of English, the role of teachers, and PAUD. Then the data obtained through participatory observation techniques semi-structured interviews and documentation of data validity test using the test of credibility, transferability and confirmability through reduction, display data and conclusion drawing.The results obtained are the introduction of basic English in RA done every day together with the learning of themes and sub themes in the curriculum content in the form of daily vocabulary and the greeting of the role of early childhood teachers in the introduction of basic English varies greatly. The teacher has multiple roles at one time. The perpetrator of the criminal act of the child cannot be equated with criminal adults. Therefore, it needs more attention in the case of children. However, the child is the successor Nations that should be developed physically and mentally. The purpose of this research is to analyze the role of the Ombudsman in the performance of Marisa Polres versioned as well as analyze constraints are faced by Investigators in implementation Marisa Polres versioned. This type of research is research used empirical research focus i.e. normative on secondary data sources (research libraries). This research uses the main data source, i.e. secondary data, backed up with primary data sources. Secondary data is used that is derived from legislation such as the ACT on criminal justice system of the child, the child protection ACT, Act No. 8 Of 1981 Year Book of the Police Act, Police ACT and some of the literature-literature as well as the results of his research, and books related to the role of the Ombudsman in conducting versioned on criminal act committed by the child. Research results show that Marisa Polres in performing the investigation is a criminal act committed by the child by women and children protection Unit (UPPA). Starting from the stage of investigation, arrest, detention up at the stage of investigation conducted in accordance with the mandate of the ACT on the criminal justice system. Investigators in conducting versioned, get consideration from BAPAS. In addition, the investigators also act/mediator to conduct deliberations involving the child and the parent/guardian, the victim and the parent/guardian, supervisor of community, social professional worker based on approach restorative. Obstacles faced by Investigators in the conduct of Marisa Polres diversion that is not yet the existence of BAPAS in counties Marisa so complicate investigators to coordinate in terms of asking for consideration in doing versioned. In addition the party victims sometimes do not want to make peace so that the attempted diversion by Investigators was not achieved.

<p><em>This study aims to determine the implementation of the UPPKS program, the role of UPPKS cadres, the supporting components of the UPPKS program and obstacles in family economic empowerment activities through the UPPKS program in Sukorejo Village, Saradan, Madiun. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. Data sources used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection is done by observation, interviews and documentation. The validity of the data uses source triangulation. The results show, (1) The implementation of family economic empowerment through the UPPKS program in Sukorejo Village runs quite well in savings and loan activities. (2) The role of UPPKS cadres in Sukorejo Village is as facilitators in conveying what their members want to the UPPKS program organizers. (3) Supporting components in the implementation of UPPKS activities in Sukorejo Village are Village Village, Saradan PLKB, and BKKBN. (4) Obstacles in the process of family economic empowerment through the UPPKS program in Sukorejo Village, namely the existence of members who are less active in the activities of UPPKS groups and members who move domiciles, so that UPPKS members are reduced.</em></p>

Customer service plays a very important role in various companies and financial institutions such as Islamic banks. As a Customer Service , the roles and functions must be established. If customer service does not implement one of the functions that should be carried out, it will have an impact on the role of customer service, namely maintaining customers and getting new customers. The role of customer service can be carried out if each of the functions can be implemented by customer service. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of Customer Service at Bank BNI Syariah KCP Plered.The method used in this study is a descriptive method with is qualitative. With two data sources, namely primary data sources consisting of Customer Service, Operational Service Head, several customer security guards and secondary data sources consisting of supporting books, working papers and photos obtained from the field. Data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation. Based on the results research that role customer service at Bank BNI Syariah KCP Plered that is customer service as a service unit able to doing its role that is maintain customer and get customer new in the counter or bank. Implementation role could seen from implementation every the functions contained inside , though there is some functions that are not yet optimal in implementation

This article describes and analyzes the role of Al Walidaturrahmah Orphanage in Samarinda in implementing a just and civilized humanity principle. Also, it tries to find out and analyze the forms of coaching and patterns of character development given to the children at AlWalidaturrahmah Orphanage in Samarinda. This research uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach, using primary data, namely the head and the manager of the orphanage. Secondary data sources were obtained through relevant photos and documents of Al-Walidaturrahmah Orphanage. Data collection techniques were done through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data were collected, reduced, and displayed before conclusions were taken. The study found out that the efforts of AlWalidaturrahmah orphanage in implementing the principles to foster children were quite good. Foster children feel treated fairly and well by the parties. The efforts to develop the institutional foundation for AlWalidaturrahmah orphanage are good enough and by the provisions, because it has been carried out well, and the Al-Walidaturrahmah orphanage children carry out appropriate activities to face their future in society later. The pattern of fostering character education at the Al-Walidaturrahmah orphanage can be said to have been carried out well because the AlWalidaturrahmah orphanage children carry out activities by the second precept and have the character to face their future in society.

In this study the researchers analyzed this title because of the low support from educators and parents in developing children's creativity, drawing is not the main priority in developing creativity, and the lack of children's ability to develop creativity drawing activities in early childhood. In analyzing the creativity of drawing in early childhood, it is hoped that educators and parents can find out more in understanding the importance of developing the creativity of drawing activities in early childhood. This research is a library research (library research) that uses primary data sources and secondary data, with data collection techniques: library, and accessing internet sites (Websites). The validity of the data uses method triangulation. Data analysis uses data reduction analysis techniques, data displays and drawing conclusions.The results showed that drawing activities in early childhood can develop children's creativity. The process of drawing activities of children is able to create or combine ideas and ideas in divergent and thinking by providing motivation, supporting facilities for creativity, and freedom for children to explore their thinking abilities.

Indonesian Migrant Workers are Indonesian citizens who will and are working abroad, BP2MI and DISNAKER play an active role in channeling PMI abroad, so that in the Covid-19 era there were various policies issued by the government for the protection of PMI in Central Java Province, This study aims to analyze the role of BP2MI and DISNAKER in the protection of PMI in Central Java. As well as to analyze the obstacles faced in the Covid-19 era. This research method uses the Socio Legal approach obtained through primary data sources and secondary data sources which are analyzed using descriptive methods analytical. The results of this study indicate that the Covid 19 epidemic has affected the sending of PMI abroad so that the role of BP2MI and DISNAKER is very urgent in protecting PMI abroad based on Law No. 18 of 2017 concerning PMI protection, the conclusion of this study the government must guarantee protection against every PMI which will be channeled through Central Java Province in the Covid 19 era.

This research discusses how the efforts to empower UMKM are owned by people who do not have higher education and need business capital through the Nanda Work Savings and Loan Cooperative in Bone-Bone Village, Luwu Utara Regency). The method used is descriptive qualitative research methods, and data sources used primary data through field studies and secondary data through literature studies, with data collection techniques observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses three processes: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Based on the results, it is concluded that the role of the Karya Nanda cooperative in community empowerment helps the government to reduce the number of unemployed and help the community to lend funds as the start of their business capital, as for the obstacles found in cooperative management, namely that there are still many people who invest their capital in outside parties or non-cooperatives.
