Abstract The aim of this paper is to analyse the informative aspects of implementing innovations within contemporary formal organisations, in particular, in enterprises. The paper concerns the information quality and its influence on the process of innovation implementation. Today, in conditions of the dynamic development of the scientific and technological knowledge, the question is no longer if there is a need to imply innovation but how to do it efficiently. Within the process of innovation implementation, the organisation’s management selects the appropriate ideas, makes the decision and takes the action to implement a new or a significantly improved solution. In this paper, the factors interrelated with the process of innovation implementation were analysed. The information asserts itself as a significant factor which influences the process. The neoinstitutional view on the information in organisations was a starting point for analysis. A conceptual framework of the information attributes, which influence the quality of the implementation of an innovation, was proposed. The applied research method is the secondary data analysis, which was based on the theoretical literature, as well as the empirical research results.

This study aims to determine the application of the final and binding principles in sharia economic dispute resolution through Basyarnas. This research method used empirical research with secondary and primary data. Secondary data was complemented by primary and secondary legal materials, while primary data was obtained through interviews. The data analysis was carried out in a descriptive qualitative manner. The results indicated that the final principle is applied to the settlement of sharia economic disputes through Basyarnas when the parties have received the sharia arbitration decision and do not object to the decision issued by Basyarnas, or when one of the parties submits an objection to the sharia arbitration decision, and the arbitrator re-signed the revised decision in accordance with Article 58 of Law Number 30 of 1999 and Article 20 of the 2017 Basyarnas Rules of Procedure. The final sharia arbitration decision will have binding power for the parties (binding) after the decision is registered with the Religious Court in accordance with the respondent’s regional laws.

Analsis data menggunakan one way analysis of variance. Disimpulkan pemberian bubuk daun MO dengan dosis 0,1 kg/ekor/hari dapat memperbaiki kuantitas dan kualitas semen (viabilitas dan total spermatozoa motil) sapi pejantan PO.Kata kunci:  kuantitas dan kualitas semen, Moringa oleifera, sapi pejantan ABSTRACTThe research aimed to determine the effect of Moringa oleifera (MO) leaf powder on the quantity and quality of semen of ongole crossbreed. The research method used was a field experiment with a completely randomized design with three treatments giving MO of 0 kg/head/day (P1); 0.05 kg/head/day (P2) and 0.1 kg/head/day (P3). Each treatment consisted of four heads with three periods of observation as replications, namely the first and third periods without MO, and the second period was given MO on P2 and P3. Data analysis used a one-way analysis of variance. The results showed that the volume and pH of semen treated P1, P2, and P3 didn’t different in all observation periods. The second and third period spermatozoa mass motility of P2 and P3 showed that the value of +++ was significantly different (P<0.05) compared to P1 (++); Individual motility of P1 treatment showed the lowest value 60,56±2,94 % (P<0.05) compared to P2 and P3 in the second and third periods (75,50±2,29 and 72,50±2,34%). The second and third periods of P2 and P3 spermatozoa concentrations showed an average of >1,350 million/cc significantly different (P<0.05) than P1 (876±152 million/cc), while the total motile spermatozoa showed the highest value of 5,647±829 million/cc in the second period P3. The spermatozoa viability of P2 and P3 showed values >88-89% significantly different (P<0.05) than P1 (<84%) in the second and third periods, while the best spermatozoa abnormalities were P2 at 4.30% in the second period and P3 at 5.33% in the third period. It was concluded that the giving of MO leaf powder at a dose of 0,1 kg/head/day could improve the quantity and quality of semen (viability and total motile spermatozoa) of Ongole Crossbreed bulls. Keywords: bulls, Moringa oleifera, quantity and quality of semen

Governing the quality of academic activities at the institution level is a challenging task. Literature shows that the model of academic governance considers quality but still lacks proper standardization of academic functions and risk minimization in higher institutes. In the current chapter, the authors present a conceptual framework of academic governance, different arrangements settings, and exploring nexus of governance in education sector: how it operates to support the quality of academic activities. Using literature content and qualitative analysis, firstly the chapter explores a few factors of academic governance such as expectations of regulators, standards, and quality, and secondly, it presents influences due to pandemic on academic governance. At the last, this chapter draws inferences to act as a starting point for the study on academic governance, refers knowledge, infuses more research practices, and answers a few questions that might surface from the implementation of academic governance in assuring quality.

The illegal use of well-known marks for counterfeit goods is qualified as a criminal act. The act may cause damages to the owner of a well-known mark. The protection of a registered mark and a well-known mark through Law Number 15 Year 2001 on Trade Marks should be able to address issues related to mark infringement. The number of cases of illegal use of well-known marks is high because, in a business, using a well-known mark is more profitable than using own mark. Other factor which influences trade in counterfeit goods using well-known marks is the lack of public legal awareness as consumers, producers and traders. An empirical research method was applied in the research, using primary and secondary data. Maximizing trade in local goods using registered marks is one of effective ways to minimize trade in counterfeit goods using well-known marks in traditional markets in Medan. There are two possible solutions to this problem. The first solution is socializing Law on Marks to local producers, consumers and traders. The second solution is implementing a supporting program to help local producers register their rights to a mark.
