Scholars have highlighted that the existing school leadership models are incomplete and the relevant research is dominated by the principals’ perspective. This study explores the pre-service and in-service teachers’ views about what they want and expect of the school principals as leaders to willingly follow them. The sample consisted of 36 teachers purposefully recruited. Written texts, in which the participants were asked to spontaneously write down their thoughts, were used as a research tool; and content analysis was used as a research method. Overall, the findings indicated that the ideal school leader from the teachers’ perspective predominantly has leadership skills, and rarely has both specific personality traits and enduring goals to pursue, whereas specific necessary qualifications are considered as the least desirable. These findings are discussed in the context of the broad literature on leadership and in relation to the proposed leadership models.   Keywords: School leader, principals, teachers’ perspective, qualitative research.

This study used five phased cycles in analyzing the data; compiling, disassembling, reassembling, interpreting, and concluding. The result of analyzing the novels is emphasized in two focuses, including representation and interactive function. Several novels have a narrative aspect, while others contain conceptual interpretation, which is part of a representative function. It was very challenging to interpret some implicit meaning of the symbols in some of the novels as it requires mythical knowledge. Therefore, it is expected that understanding the implicit meaning comprehensively will make readers easier to understand the story outline of the novel.

The study was conducted with a total of 226 students, who studied in 5 different departments. The data is subject to content analysis. According to the research results, students stated that the features tested triggered motivation to complete assignments and develop other students. As for the opinion of some students that these features should be held in every course in the LMS. Despite the general view of an LMS equipped with these features (Moodle), their general view of the features, especially the progress tracking feature and digital badges is quite good. What needs to be questioned is the willingness of lecturers and policymakers to apply it consistently in the campus environment.

The mid period is a golden period for the Islamic world, especially tafseer. In this period, apart from the separation of tafseer with hadith as a separate scientific study, it was also the time when knowledge outside of the two of them had entered the body of interpretation. The fact has a big influence on the interpretation of its status as a product of human thought, where each interpretation has its own orientation and group. This paper aims to examine the diversity of interpretations in the mediecal period. The author uses a qualitative research method with a historical-content analysis approach. In this study it was found that in the middle period there were at least five interpretive styles, namely: linguistic, fiqh, theological, mystical and philosophical.

These studies are important to understand the process of interaction in human relations with the creator and also relationships with fellow creatures. The research method used is a qualitative research based on content analysis approach, with the aim to be able to explore the theory of alamin used in this study. The results found that interaction was formed by the existence of one of the most basic objectives in communication, namely necessity. This concept can be understood that everything needed by humans, then must have a process of relationships in the form of interaction to be able to achieve whatever objects are needed. But the interaction process is different. Therefore human interactions have two goals. First, human interaction with the creator called the relationship X with Y. This interaction is carried out by X to Y in the form of a relationship as creator to X, provider of living facilities to X, trustee Y, and X servant Y. Second is human interaction with the universe this is called the relationship X with Z. This interaction is carried out by X to Z in the form of a Z relationship as a reference for X, a provider of mass space for X, a power provider for X, and a proof of space for the implementation of the X assignment.

China and India are rising powers of Asia. Both Asian giants have to adopt the policy of interdependence by growing economic ties; on the other side, they have a strict stance on border disputes. This article describes in detail the bilateral relationship between China-India, especially under the Modi doctrine, during his first term. Secondly, it also discusses the limitation of these growing ties and growing concerns for Pakistan. The basic argument of this article is that the growing economic interdependence will affect Pakistan, especially if this interdependence transfer from the economic to military dimension. The whole data is based on exploratory in nature. A qualitative research method has been used to achieve the research goals. Tools used for data collection include oral interviews and content analysis of the existing literature on the subject in the form of books, official reports and research articles. The relevant literature has been objectively analyzed to reach a meaningful conclusion.

The book “Riyadhus Sholihin” is a monumental work written by one of the great scholars who has a high reputation among the Muslims, namely Imam Nawawi. Although the main topic of the book is about encouragement and warningsand also purification of the self, the book also includes themes of faith and oneness of Allah conceptualized by the author in separate chapters accompanied by the arguments from the Qur’an and hadiths, including the Chapters Talqin “al-Muhtadhar” LaaIlaahaIllallah. Then, how is the correlation of the hadiths that he presented with this chapter and with the tawhid uluhiyyah ‘oneness of worship’? This qualitative research paper attempts to answer these questions using the library research method with a content analysis approach. The discussion of this paper is divided into several sub-sections: introduction, brief biography of Imam Nawawi, the meaning of tawhid uluhiyyah, the chapter Talqin and the correlation of the chapter and its arguments with tauhid uluhiyyah, and conclusions, including the following conclusions: (1) Riyadhus Sholihin is not a mere hadith book that discusses the themes of encouragement and warnings and purification of the self, but also contains theme on faith, (2) Imam Nawawi’s foresight in conceptualizing the chapters of the book and selecting related arguments withinthem, (3) The correlation between chapter Talqin "al-Muhtadhar" Laa Ilaaha Illallah and tawhid uluhiyyah is obvious, because LaaIlaahaIllallah is a tawhid propositionwhich content is the obligation to give worship only to Allah, that is the essence of tawhid uluhiyyah, (4) The correlation of two hadiths which arestated in the chapter Talqin "alh-Muhtadhar" Laa Ilaaha Illallah with tawhid uluhiyyahis very firm and clear.
