When women reach adolescence, they undergo psychological changes that affect their identity; thus, a woman must be able to instill positive values in order to develop a strong sense of self-worth. A woman with an Alpha female figure is depicted in the picture. This study aims to explain the figure of the Alpha female in Islamic female characters, as well as to examine the steps for a Muslim teenager to grow as such an Alpha female through habits. The paper analysis method was used in this study, and the documents used by the researcher were research materials from Henry's book; The Girl Guide, and Felix y Siauw’s; How to Master your Habits. A descriptive qualitative analysis was used to analyze the data. The results of the study indicate that developing the Alpha female through habits in the context of Islamic education can be accomplished by first, providing motivation to improve. Second, training and repetition of activities related to alpha female creation, such as alpha friend, alpha student, professional alpha, and alpha look. The Alpha Female required a third time and consistency to evolve. The fourth is to be an expert, namely being able to form habits, control habits, and dominate habits. The results of this study contribute to the material for a woman in an effort for better self-development.

The goal of this research is to analyze: (1) problems in evaluating Islamic education learning, (2) The impact of the problems, and (3) Solutions for the existing the problems. The research has been done at MTs. Usman Syarif Medan. This research is using descriptive qualitative analysis method. The data collected comes from interviews and some observation. To ensure the validity of the data, the test is carried out by credibility/trust test, transferability test, dependability test and confirmability test. The results of this learning evaluation problem are including: Difficulty of evaluating learning in the cognitive, affective, and psychomotor domains when learning is doing online (in a network). The impact of learning from home has a negative impact on educators and students. The solution to learning problems is to evaluate learning using the WhatsApp application by doing written tests, oral tests, and also quizzes. This solution is a response to learning problems during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Since its first feature, Snow White (1937), Disney musical films have often centered on the coming-of-age experiences of young girls; however, the reliance on fairy tale models has often meant a highly conservative structure in which the girl “is won” rather than “wins.” The modern rebirth of the Disney musical with The Little Mermaid (1989) prefigures the 1990s rise of stories of girls’ finding their voices (both literal and metaphorical), often based on literary sources or true stories. In these films, music has a significant narrative role, since the “journey” is so often inward and therefore difficult to portray in image and action. Brave (2012) and Frozen (2013) build on traditional inward/spiraling “girl” storytelling tropes by doubling them with more external, linear “boy” trajectories. In both, two female characters orbit each other along their journeys. Brave is a sense-and-sensibility tale in which Merida already has a strong sense of self, and she and her mother learn from each other and bond (established with parallel songs at beginning and end). In Frozen (loosely based on Hans Christian Andersen’s The Snow Queen), the elder of the two royal sisters was originally written as a villain; after the songwriters delivered “Let It Go,” they report that the producers’ response was that “Elsa could no longer be a villain.” The emotive power of the song had deformed the narrative and dominates the film’s reception. The younger Anna rescues Elsa to rescue their kingdom; however, the price is the symbolic palace of selfhood that Elsa constructs during the extended prolongation of the song’s bridge. “Let It Go” is also in a line of showtunes from “Nobody’s Side” from Chess to “Defying Gravity” from Wicked, all associated with singer Idina Menzel and sharing musical traits that suspend the tonic between the dominant and subdominant poles, blurring harmonic drive, and giving the voice particular agency. “Let It Go” is the simplest of these, sitting well in even untrained voices, making it particularly gratifying for the many young girls who sing along to the movie and, in astonishing numbers, on YouTube.

Based on my experience as a philosophical counselor for the last two years, in this paper I attempt to describe the perception of life a young mind carries with him when faced with the challenges of life and the typical approaches adopted by him in order to endure them. Subsequent to this I attempt to build the theory of ‘selfism’ explicating the humanistic essence that each individual is not just responsible for the realization of his aspiration but also possesses the power within him to achieve it. This power within an individual is identi­fied by the survival kit he owns consisting of a rational approach to crisis situation, a central purpose vis-à-vis which all daily actions are aligned to and a strong sense of self-worth.

This research is motivated by a decline in motorcycle sales produced by PT. Yamaha Indonesia MFG in the 2014-2018 period. In this research there was a decrease in the decision on the power of interest in customer purchases on PT. Yamaha Indonesia MFG so that later can be analyzed in the formulation of this paper, that how customer take motorcycle purchase decisions amid the phenomenon of competition and increasingly crowded sales rivalries. The purpose of this research was to analyze the influence of motivation, perceived quality, and customer attitudes toward decisions in purchasing Yamaha motorbikes. This research uses quantitative and qualitative methods. The respondents in this research were 100 people who could meet one to five criteria consisting of; initiator (initiator), influencer (influencer), decision making (decider), purchase (buyer), user (user) motorcycle production PT. Yamaha Indonesia MFG. There are 3 hypotheses formulated and tested using the Regression Analysis method. In qualitative analysis it is obtained from the interpretation of processing data by providing information and explanation. In the results of this research shows the results of Motivation, Quality Perception, and Customer Attitudes have a relationship that has a significant impact on Purchasing Decisions.

A speech can also lead to a description of the principles of conversation. This also happened in Las Day Production's video “Cara Kodein Cowok Biar Cepet Merid”. This research aims to find out and describe the female characters’ utterances or the implicit forms of the in the video "Cara Kodein Cowok Biar Cepet Merid" by Last Day Production. The approach in this research uses pragmatic and qualitative descriptive. The data collection technique in this study was using the note-taking technique. The data analysis techniques used in this study were data triangulation, theory triangulation, and source triangulation. Triangulation of data was generated by recording the speech of a female character in the video "Cara Kodein Cowok Biar Cepet Merid" by Last Day Production. The theory triangulation refers to pragmatic theory, while the source triangulation is the video "Cara Kodein Cowok Biar Cepet Merid" by Last Day Production, which is downloaded on YouTube. The research results in the video "Cara Kodein Cowok Biar Cepet Merid” have 8 stories of female characters that contain implicatures.

The issue that this article dealt with is whether, in South African law, speech that infringes upon the religious feelings of an individual is protected by the dignity clause in the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa. The Constitution, as well as the Broadcasting Code, prohibits language that advocates hatred, inter alia, based on religion and that constitutes incitement to cause harm. Dignity, which is a central Constitutional right, relates to the sense of self worth which a person has. A Court has held that religious feelings, national pride and language do not form part of dignity, for purposes of protection in law. The Broadcasting Complaints Commission has, similarly, decided that a point of view seriously derogatory of ‘Calvinistic people’ blaming (some of) them as being hypocritical and even acting criminally is not protected by dignity. It would have to be accompanied by the advocacy of hatred as defined previously. The author, however, pointed out that on occasion different facts might found a finding in law that religion is so closely connected to dignity, that it will indeed be regarded as part thereof.

The dialogue between image and text in Riana Scheepers's Dulle Griet This article examines the way in which the content and theme of Riana Scheepers’s Dulle Griet (1991) interact with the “manneplot” (traditional and/or stereotypical portrayal of female characters within novels) and with the cover illustration of the book – a detail of “Mad Meg” (as she is often referred to) from Pieter Brueghel’s Dulle Griet (1562). It explores how the women in Scheepers’s short stories are portrayed – not only as vulnerable, but also as evil and corrupt. They are abused victims; but they are also tyrannical abusers. They are innocent maidens and mothers, but also lovers, prostitutes, lesbians and murderers. The way in which the gradual degeneration of the anonymous central female character relates to Brueghel’s image of “Mad Meg” on her way to the jaws of hell is discussed in this article. But the article also demontrates Scheepers’s concern with feminist issues by using the cover as an ironic “frame”, and shows that the moral decline of the women portrayed in the text seems to be as a result of the actions of chauvinistic men, who appear in different forms throughout the text. Female degeneracy can thus be seen as a survival mechanism, in a world – and a text – dominated by the masculine paradigm, the “manneplot” of traditional male attitudes to women.

The management of local asset is part of the regional financial management. Since the enactment of regulation of asset management area is expected to be a reference and strength of local government in managing its regional asset. To apply the system in accordance with Permendagri No.19 year 2016 supervision and coorperation required to carry out the process of recording asset at SKPD level as well as management of regional assets including BPK BMD Minahasa district. The purpose of this study is to find out how the application on the system of coaching, administration, and supervision of goods in the management of local assets in BPK BMD Minahasa whether in accordance with Permendagri No.19 year 2016. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative analysis method. The results showed that the implementation management of local asset, especially the coaching, administration, and supervision of assets in BPK BMD Minahasa accordance with Permendagri No.19 yaers 2016. Not yet supported IT equipment that has not been compatible with that asset user and the lack of human resources becomes an obstacle asset management in BPK BMD Minahasa.Keywords: asset, coaching, administration, supervision
