The low learning outcomes of Addition and Reduction of Fractions in class IV are partly due to: (1) a tedious learning process, (2) lack of use of ICT as a source and media of learning. To overcome this problem the research team developed student-centered learning through e-learning learning in the Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) model. This study is a true experiment using the Pre-Test Group Control Post Test Design. The population is Sambiroto 02 elementary school students as many as 75 students in the 2017/2018 school year. The E2 group with EAD learning using the STAD model reached the highest mean value of the three groups, amounting to 88.67, followed by the E1 group with STAD learning at 74.54 and the K group with expository learning at 63.10. Regression analysis showed a positive relationship between motivation and activity with learning outcomes in groups E1 and E2 so it can be concluded that the higher the student's motivation and activity score the higher the student's learning achievement in addition and subtraction operations in elementary schools.

A previous observations has been conducted at SMK Negeri 5 Telkom Banda Aceh, before run the research. The previous data showed that the school had implemented a learning process that was divided into study groups, but not categorized as student centered learning. Based on this reason, the research conducted with applying the STAD (student Team Achievement Division) type of cooperative learning. Theoretically, STAD is one of the model that involved students active. The purpose of this study, to determine the effect of the STAD type model in improving student learning outcomes on telecommunication network subject. The sample involved in the study is the class that has a lower pre-test score than the other classes. The instrument used were tests and observations. The results showed that the average value in the experimental class after the STAD model was applied was 80.75, while the control class has the average in 46.1. in terms of hypotheses results, Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected because the results of the t-test obtained tcount > ttable (8.3 > 2.66). Thus, the STAD models provides better learning outcomes than the konventional model.

Education is essentially an activity carried out by students which results in changes in themselves. This principle implies that what must be prioritized is the learning activities of students instead of something that is given to students. STEM-based learning (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) can train students to apply their knowledge to create designs as a form of solving environmental problems by utilizing technology. The learning model recommended for use in the 2013 curriculum is a student-centered learning model, one of which is the Project Based Learning model. This study will analyze how much influence STEM education with the PjBL model has on student learning outcomes. This study uses a meta-analysis method. determined via the Effect Size (ES). Research data were obtained from 25 national and international journals. The meta-analysis study is based on three categories, namely education level, subjects and student learning outcomes. The results showed that; first, the influence of the PjBL model of STEM education based on the level of education is most effective in SMP. ES value = 1.89 and categorized as high. Second, based on the type of subject, the most effective influence of the PjBL model of STEM education is Mathematics. ES value = 3,7 and categorized as high.
