Linkage between Job Satisfaction, Democratic Leadership Style and the Organizational Commitment of Employees of Privates of Bank in Nepal

This study investigated the effect of job satisfaction and perceived democratic leadership style of the managers on the organizational commitment of the employees working in the private banks in Nepal. The population in this study was all employees working in the private banks in Nepal. A hybrid instrument, which comprised pre-tested instruments, was used to collect the data. The analytical method used to test the hypothesis of the research was multiple regression analysis. Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS), version 25, was used for analyzing the data. The study's findings- job satisfaction of the employees and their perception of the democratic leadership style of their managers, had a significant positive impact on their organizational commitment. This study's originality is that this study shows how the employees' perception of their manager's democratic leadership style and their job satisfaction affect their organizational commitment to the Nepalese context.

This study aims to determine how big the influence of Conflict, Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction together on Employee Loyalty at Tk Hospital. III dr. Reksodiwiryo Padang. The method of collecting data is through surveys and distributing questionnaires, with a sample of 57 respondents. Non-medical staff at Tk Hospital. III dr. Reksodiwiryo Padang. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis. The results obtained based on the partial test (t test) obtained: (a) partially there is a significant effect of Conflict on Employee Loyalty. Thus Ha is accepted, Ho is rejected. (b) partially there is a significant effect of Organizational Commitment on Employee Loyalty. Thus obtained Ha accepted Ho rejected. (c) partially there is no significant effect of Job Satisfaction on Performance Loyalty. Thus, Ha is rejected, Ho is accepted. (d) There is a spatially significant influence between Conflict, Organizational Commitment, and Job Satisfaction on Employee Loyalty. Thus obtained Ha accepted Ho rejected. (e) the contribution of the variables of Conflict, Organizational Commitment, and Job Satisfaction together to Employee Loyalty is 40.2% while the remaining 59.8% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

This study aims to examine the impact of emotional intelligence and job satisfaction on organisational commitment. Data are collected from sample of 102 employees working in the Arab Bank which is a one of the most important bank in Jordan. The multiple regression analysis is used to analyze the proposed hypotheses. The results indicate that emotional intelligence and job satisfaction have strong and positive impacts on organizational commitment. Lastly, the implications of this study provided support for the scholars of organizational factors, particularly in banking sector.

<p><em>This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of leadership style on job satisfaction with organizational commitment as the intervening variable. The object of this research is the staff of general administration and finance of Islam Hospital, Banjannasin. In accordance with the above objectives, in this study four hypotheses have been formulated.</em></p><p><em>The sampling of this research used saturated sample method by using the entire population as the samples. This study used 50 respondents, and all respondents were the staff of general administration and finance of Islam Hospital, Banjarmasin. To facilitate the problem solving, this research was conducted by using regression analysis, path analysis and Sobel Test with the help ofSPSS V.23</em></p><p><em>The results of this study indicated that leadership style had a positive and significant impact on organizational commitment. Leadership style has a positive and significant effect onjob satisfaction. Organizational commitment had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and organizational commitment had positive and significant effect as the intervening variable/mediation between leadership style and job satisfaction .</em></p>

Auditor’s performance is an important factor in wich determine quality of CPA firm. This made CPA firm need to improve their performance. Therefore this research analyses leadership style influence to auditor’s performance. This research also analyses the effect of organizational commitment and job satisfaction to relation between leadership style and auditor’s performance.The sampling technique applied is purposive sampling and research data is primary data colected by sending questionaire direct in various CPA firm in Yogyakarta. This research utilizes 48 junior auditor of 5 CPA firm in Yogyakarta. Test hypotesis done by using linear regression and Moderatde Regression Analysis (MRA). Result this research proved that leadership style affect the auditor’s performance significantly. This research also shows that organizational commitment cannot moderation relation between leadership style and auditor’s performance. For job satisfaction, this result proved that job satisfaction can moderation realtion between leadership style and auditor’s performance, but with negative affect.

Although organizational commitment and job performance are essential for the survival of an organization, yet scanty attention is paid to simultaneous investigation of these variables. This study set to investigate the influence of supervisor-employee relationship, perceived leadership style, and job satisfaction on organizational commitment and job performance. Two hundred and fifty-five employees of media employees are conveniently sampled with ages ranging from 20 to 57 years with a mean of 34.29 years. Stepwise multiple regression analysis was employed to test the working hypotheses.Stepwise regression analysis reveals three steps in the prediction of organizational commitment and job performance respectively. With the third steps showing that job satisfaction (β = 0.53; p < .001); supervisor-subordinate relationship (β = 0.41; p < .001) and laissez-faire leadership styles (β = 0.38; p < .001) as predicting organizational commitment with 49.7% variance is explained; while with job performance, 34.8% of variance explained the variables of working experience (β = -0.54; p < .001); education (β = 0.31; p < .01) and transformational leadership styles (β = -0.22; p < .05). This finding has implications for employee retention, performance management and incentive strategy.

This research is titled The Influence of Leadership Style, Communication Competence and Sermon on Organizational Commitment at GKI Darmo Satelit Surabaya. The purpose of research is to identify and analyze whether Leadership Style, Communication Competence and Sermon have influence on the organizational commitment of congregation at GKI Darmo Satelit Surabaya. The population in this study were all congregation at GKI Darmo Satelit Surabaya. Samples of this study are 100 respondent. Through sampling stratified Random techniques. These influence was measured using Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis, t-test and analysis of variance. Descriptive  analysis  were taken to analyze organizational commitment levels according to demographic groups. The hypothesis in this study are the Leadership Style, Communication Competence and Sermon have positive and significant on organizational commitment. The results showed that collectively, there are positive and significant correlation among Leadership Style, Communication Competence and Sermon on Organizational Commitment at GKI Darmo Satelit Surabaya 71,1%. It means that 71,1% of organizational commitment in GKI Darmo Satelit Surabaya influenced by Leadership style, communication competence and sermon and the other 28,9% by others. All of the variable partially have significant correlation to Organizational Commitment.

<p><em>This study aims to examine the effects of integrity, objectivity, and competence of internal auditor to the effectiveness of internal audit with the democratic leadership style as the moderating variable. This study uses primary data and obtained using a questionnaire instrument. The sample used in the study were 93 respondents who were the auditors of Inspectorate General Ministry of Internal Affairs. Statistical and analysis process using the moderated regression analysis to test whether the independent variables have a positive influence on the dependent variable and strengthen by the moderating variable. This study finds that integrity does not affect the effectiveness of the internal audit, while the democratic leadership style, objectivity, and competence have a positive impact on the effectiveness of the internal audit. The democracy leadership style is not proven to strengthen the integrity, objectivity, and competence effect toward the effectiveness of the internal audit.</em></p>
