The implementation of the Vice President's broad and dynamic duties must of course be supported by good performance tools. As the Vice President's first support system, the position of the Vice President's Secretariat (Setwapres) was very strategic to improve organizational performance. The purpose of the study was to analyze the performance factors of the Vice President Secretariat in providing support to the Vice President from the perspective of the McKinsey 7S Framework. This research was a descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The study used primary data and secondary data. Primary data sources using the interview method. Secondary data sources using relevant document data search. All data were presented descriptively and analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The results of the study indicated that the supporting factors were (1) a structure where there was a clear division of tasks and functions as well as good coordination; (2) a style in which democratic leadership made communication work well with direct involvement of the leadership in carrying out tasks; (3) the existence of shared values accompanied by internalization and strengthening activities. The inhibiting factors were: (1) a strategy in which several activity programs were not in accordance with the Vice President's priority program; (2) a system where the implementation of SOPs was not entirely appropriate; (3) staff where the placement was not in accordance with the educational background; (4) skills that had not been supported by appropriate training.

This study aims to find out, describe and analyze the democratic leadership of the Principal in improving achievement at the Palangka Raya Model State Madrasah (MAN). The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The researcher wanted to describe the Principal's democratic leadership in improving achievement at the Palangka Raya Model State Islamic Senior High School (MAN). Primary data sources (person) are the Principal, Teachers (Teachers) and Students of MAN Model Palangka Raya. Whereas secondary data sources are the data in the Palangka Raya Model MAN and supporting literature. The results of the study show that the Principal's leadership in improving achievement in the Palangka Raya Model MAN is very democratic, this condition can be seen from: (1) Principals are happy to receive suggestions, opinions and even criticism from subordinates both delivered by students and teachers through suggestion boxes and in the teacher council meeting, (2) the Principal always strives to prioritize teamwork cooperation in an effort to achieve the goal by appointing the instructor teacher, trainer teacher and mentor teacher and conducting deliberation in planning, implementing and evaluating activities, (3) the Principal always tries to make subordinates more success than him, which is realized by including teachers in seminars, workshops, training and competitions so that they get achievements both locally and nationally, and (4) Principals always try to develop their personal capacity as good leaders in conceptual skills, human skill and technical skill.

Abstract: The learning carried out by the teacher in the classroom must develop the quality of learning, one of which is learning motivation, students who are not passionate about learning are not optimal and of high quality, from this goal the reality is still far from expectations, many students are not aware of the importance of studying seriously, there is no passion study, there is no fun in the study room. The sampling technique used is Census Sample (Sample Saturated), while criterion-based selection is used when conducting qualitative research, 30 students as primary data sources, two teachers as secondary data sources. Data collection techniques using in-depth interviews, observation, documentation and questionnaires, while data analysis by reducing data, presenting data, drawing conclusions and verification by means of research stages I and II students and teachers with a Da'wah educational background, stage III and IV student informants and teachers with PAI educational background.

The management of educational institutions or organizations is a very important issue in the world of education. Because the success of an educational institution depends on the leadership of the head of the madrasah. This research aims to find out the implementation of democratic leadership style and transformational head of Madrasah in MAN 1 Tulang Bawang Barat Lampung province. The method used is a descriptive analysis using a qualitative approach. This study uses primary data sources obtained through interviews and secondary data sources obtained through online media. The results showed that the ability of the principal to implement the vision and mission in improving the quality of education in MAN 1 Tulang Bawang Barat can be seen from the behavior of the principal in carrying out the preparation of the school's vision and mission with a joint discussion, the creation of an education program guided by the quality standards of education, and promoting civility, as well as mobilizing school residents to participate in improving the quality of education. The ability of the principal to communicate effectively in improving the quality of education in MAN 1 Tulang Bawang Barat is reflected in the principal's behavior in cultivating a disciplined lifestyle and interacting directly with school residents and in problem-solving through a system of discussions, meetings, or deliberations. then, the ability of the principal in developing academic and non-academic programs that can produce good quality for the school.

The objective of this research was to find out what factors underlie Daarut Tauhiid BMTcustomers in applying of murabaha financing. The research method used is descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. The data sources in this study involve primary data sources and secondary data sources. Primary data sources, namely the unit head, account officer, and members of Daarut Tauhiid BMT as murabaha financing customers at the BMT. Secondary data sources involve modules, documents at Daarut Tauhiid BMT relating to the topic of research. The data analysis techniques are through the stages of data reduction, data display and data verification. The results of the research show that the factors that could underlie customer decisions in applying The results showed that the factors underlying the customer's decision in applying of murabaha financing at Daarut Tauhiid Baitul mal wa Tamwil (BMT) were images of the Daarut Tauhiid environment, reference groups, customer needs in certain situations, supporting personal work, customer perceptions of syariah compliance

<p>Abstract<br />This article aims to determine the effectiveness of personal guarantees on the settlement of nonperforming loans at the Bank BRI of Surakarta Branch and Bank BNI Syariah of Surakarta Branch. This study uses empirical<br />(nondoctrinal) legal research methods with the nature of descriptive research and qualitative approaches. The study uses qualitative methods with primary data sources and secondary data sources in the form of primary legal materials, secondary legal materials, and tertiary legal materials.  Data collection techniques in the form of taking primary data from interviews or interviews accompanied by studies of supporting documents. The results of the study indicate that there is a guarantee of individuals (borgtocht) in the form of coorporate guarantees and personal guarantees as an additional guarantee after the existence of material guarantees (fixed assets) but is able to be a tool for creditors in monitoring the continuity of the debtor’s business. Based on the results of the study according to the authors it can be seen that the effectiveness of individual guarantees in the settlement of non-performing loans is less effective because it is less able to guarantee the completion of credit at the BRI Branch of Surakarta Branch and Bank BNI Syariah Surakarta Branch considering the execution of the execution is too complicated. As well, these two banks have never sued the execution of individual guarantees to the District Court. During this time credit settlement uses fixed assets<br />Keywords: Effectivity, Credit, Persnal Guarantee</p><p>Abstrak<br />Artikel ini bertujuan mengetahui efektivitas jaminan perorangan (personal guarantee) pada penyelesaian kredit bermasalah di Bank BRI Cabang Surakarta dan Bank BNI Syariah Cabang Surakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian hukum empiris (nondoktrinal) dengan sifat penelitian deskriptif and pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan sumber data primer dan  sumber data sekunder berupa bahan hukum primer, bahan hukum sekunder, dan bahan hukum tersier.  Teknik pengumpulan data berupa pengambilan data utama dari wawancara atau interview yang disertai dengan studi dokumen-dokumen pendukung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya jaminan Perseorangan (borgtocht) baik berupa coorporate guarantee maupun personal guarantee sebagai jamminan tambahan setelah adanya jaminan kebendaan (fixed asset) namun mampu sebagai alat bantu kreditur daalam memonitor kelangsungan usaha debitor. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menurut penulis dapat diketahui bahwa efektivitas jaminan perorangan dalam penyelesaian kredit bermasalah kurang efektif karena kurang dapat  menjamin penyelesaian kredit di Bank BRI Cabang Surakarta dan Bank BNI Syariah Cabang Surakarta mengingat pelaksanaan eksekusi yang terlalu rumit. Serta, kedua bank ini belum pernah melakukan gugatan eksekusi jaminan perorangan ke Pengadilan Negeri. The purpose of this research is to find out how the accountability of village financial management in Megang Sakti V Village Megang Sakti District Musi Rawas District. This type of research is descriptive research with qualitative data analysis using primary and secondary data sources. Primary data sources, namely through observation and interviews. The secondary data source is through regulations related to village financial management in 2018. The results showed that there was a delay in accountability at the implementation stage in submitting a payment request which led to delays in the administration, reporting and accountability stages. At the administration stage there is also a delay, apart from being due to the delay in this implementation stage, also due to the limited ability and knowledge of village apparatus resources in running village financial system applications which have an impact on delays in the next stage, namely reporting and accountability.

The aim of the study was to examine the effect of leadership on organizational performance with specific reference to Commercial banks operate in Jimma Town. To achieve the objectives the study causal type of research and panel design was used to examine effect that leadership exert on the bank’s performance. The primary data sources were leaders on different levels and their subordinate employees while, the secondary data sources were annual report of individual banks. Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire was adapted for collecting the data. The descriptive and inferential analyses was conducted to analyze the collected data. Subsequently, the Random Effect Model was used to investigate the extent of relationship between variables. The study results revealed that the existing leadership brings changes in working environment by inspiring and motivating employees for changes, creation, innovation, to go beyond from what they actually think they can; and reward employees and make recognition in exchange for the work they perform, giving close directions and guidance have positive and significant effect in promoting the performance of the bank. Hence, the leaders of banks should focus on playing a role model and stakeholders in the industry should consider taking banking in a non-traditional.

<p><em>The purposed of this study to examined the influence of ethical leadership on the performance of SOEs in Indonesia, either directly or via a variable good corporate governance practices as a mediating variable. This study using both of primary data, ethical leadership variable and secondary data, good corporate governance index and performance of SOEs. SOEs performance are extracted from two type, first the company's health and assessment criteria for performance excellence. Both of these performance measures has been assesed both of by internal assessment and also the SOE and independent parties.This research used data of 63 state-owned enterprises with such criteria. Primary data such as ethical leadership data, obtained from the Vice President, Senior Vice President of 63 SOEs. SOEs data obtained from internal asesment and by independen party. Results of the study revealed that ethical leadership significant effect on organizational performance. Ethical leadership directly positive significant effect on organizational performance, while good corporate governance can not be a mediating variable. This study also proved significant influence ethical leadership positively to good corporate governance. Other findings, good corporate governance positively affects organizational performance. Ethical leadership a more direct impact on organizational performance compared to the indirect influence through the mediating variables of good corporate governance. The findings reveal the higher index of corporate governance and ethical leadership, the higher the performance of the organization.</em></p>

This study aims to analyze the supporting and inhibiting factors for the development of Oesapa Beach attractions in Kupang City. This type of research is qualitative research using qualitative descriptive research methods. Data sources consist of primary data obtained through observation and interviews; and secondary data sources come from records, interview results and documents from relevant agencies in the study. The results of the study show that the factors that support the development of Oesapa Beach attractions are: (1) Tourist attraction, is anything that has a unique, easy, and value in the form of natural diversity, culture, and man-made results that are targeted or tourist visits; (2) Visitors, are someone who visits a tourist area with the aim of having fun and spending less time, energy and money in less than 24 hours. While the inhibiting factors for the development of Oesapa Beach attractions are: (1) Accessibility, is the degree of ease achieved by a person towards an object, service or environment; (2) Promotion is an effort to offer products or services with the aim of attracting consumers to buy or consume them; (3) Human Resources (HR), namely the workforce involved in tourism is still inadequate and professional; and (4) Funds, is one of the benchmarks for the progress of the development of sustainable tourism objects. Oesapa Beach has a tourist attraction in the form of beautiful and natural scenery, lopo-lopo lined on the beach, and lined with cafes with colorful tents and unique and different cafe designs. In addition to the tourist attraction, visitors who are increasingly busy visiting this tourist attraction become a supporting factor for tourism objects can be developed. This study aims to find out how the results of the analysis of the effectiveness of accounts receivable management in increasing profits through the implementation of policies on the sale of bags on credit at the Vion City Store Probolinggo, productive/profitable or ineffective/unprofitable. This type of research is descriptive research with quantitative methods—primary data sources in the form of interviews and secondary data that is financial statements. Data collection techniques used are observation and data documentation in Vion City Store Probolinggo. The percentage of profit from 2019 until 2019 always decreases to 27.79% in 2019 this is because the average receivables from 2019 to 2019 always increase. Hence, it affects the operating costs (investment), which has grown from the year 2019 until 2019.
