This impact is felt by all groups, from big entrepreneurs to the household level. Household consumption, as the main pillar of the community's economy, slowed significantly, which in turn affected the performance of industry and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. However, in some areas, there are also people who still have difficulty starting entrepreneurship. This is due to a lack of knowledge, experience, and motivation. Therefore, the purpose of this community service activity is to carry out entrepreneurship training. Based on the desire to provide greater benefits for housewives in Karang Joang Village, precisely in RT 30, then with all the experience, knowledge, and various survey results and consultations, this service is planned in the form of training in the manufacture of food and beverage products and waste product recycling and entrepreneurship education. Keywords: entrepreneur; housewife; covid 19 pandemic.

The Covid-19 pandemic that began to spread at the beginning of 2020 has greatly affected the economy, including firms’ financial conditions. In this respect, micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) likely experience greater negative effects of the Covid-19 pandemic than large firms due to their limited resources. Hence, this study aims to analyze the impact of Covid-19 on MSMEs’ performance in former Pekalongan Residency, as measured by the sales turnover, labor, and business cash flow resilience. The analysis is based on the survey results of 100 MSMEs in the Pekalongan former regency. The findings suggest that MSMEs have suffered a sales turnover decrease of 1.2573 percent. Further, the mapping analysis using the Cartesian diagram demonstrates that the retail and food and beverage provision sectors exhibit the greatest labor decrease and average business cash flow resilience of 1.5 – 2 months. Meanwhile, based on firm size, micro firms have average cash resilience of 1.5 – 2 months.

Abstract In strategy competition, innovation must be clear and precise in accordance with consumer demand and expectations. Limited organizational resources require organizations to manage innovation clearly. The company's efforts to change or increase product output, both from its processes and services, are interpreted as innovation. This study aims to examine the effect of total quality management on company performance with two approaches, additional innovation and radical innovation. The hypothesis was tested from data collected from 108 food and beverage SMEs registered at the Indonesian Food and Beverage Entrepreneurs Association - GAPMMI using convenience sampling data processed with AMOS. The results of the study show that additional innovation as a TQM mediator has an influence on company performance. In addition, testing shows that radical innovation has no effect on company performance. Therefore, additional innovation is the best way that SMEs can choose as a TQM approach to influence company performance. This research can contribute to small and medium enterprises in the selection of innovations in the practice of TQM. This will help entrepreneurs get better company performance Key words: total quality management; incremental innovation; radical innovation; firm performance; SMEs AbstrakDalam kompetisi strategi, inovasi harus jelas dan tepat sesuai dengan permintaan dan harapan konsumen. UKM (small and medium enterprises) in the Tembesi Tower, Tembesi sub-district, are not developing well. This is indicated by the low turnover obtained by each UKM (small and medium enterprise) in 1 month. customer expectations. New products must be made so that these small and medium businesses can survive and continue to exist. The new product must have a distinctive and good quality so that the product positioning is clearer and able to compete with other products on the market. This service activity aims to provide a solution to this by creating a new product in the form of a dab soap that is safe for health and environmentally friendly. Some soaps circulating in the market only prioritize cleaning power, but the chemical content in the soap is harmful to health and the environment. The impact of conventional soap on health is irritation of the skin which, if left for a long time, the irritation will turn into eczema. In addition, conventional soap also harms the environment because the raw material for soap comes from petroleum which is difficult to be broken down by bacteria. Community service activities are carried out in the form of coaching. The service team expects to increase the income and advantages of UKM (small and medium businesses) in the Tembesi Tower and to be able to create jobs or open a business with a revolutionary cream soap product design.

In the digital era as it is today, information technology has a significant impact on the process of accounting records in a company. However, the human resource factor is an obstacle for SMEs to develop and be able to compete with large companies. Moreover, if it is associated with the importance of presenting financial statements that are accountable and in accordance with standards, it requires MSMEs to be responsive to technological changes that occur. The existence of these demands, made the Ministry of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in October 2017 launch an online-based application that is the Micro Business Accounting Report (Lamikro) application. The purpose of this Community Service activity is to provide knowledge about the preparation of financial statements with the application of Lamikro to MSMEs that are found in the Office of Cooperatives, Micro Business and Trade of Pontianak City. The participants who attended were 34 MSMEs. The methods applied are lecture, tutorial and discussion methods. Before giving a lecture, participants are given pre-test questions first. The pre-test results showed that 80% of participants did not understand the preparation of financial reports both manually and online. At the end of the activity a post test was conducted, which showed that 82.79% of participants had understood the preparation of financial reports both manually and online. This means, there is an increase in the knowledge and understanding of participants from before training and after training.  Keywords: MSME, Financial Statements, Lamikro

The Central Bureau of Statistics of the Republic of Indonesia (September 2020) conducted a survey where the results explained that there was a decrease in the income of micro and small businesses by 84% and 82% in medium and large businesses in the accommodation, food and beverage, other services, transportation and warehousing services, construction, manufacturing, and trade sectors. The problems that entrepreneurs face are complicated. Not only do they need stimulus and capital assistance, but also assistance to enter the digital system economy, opening new markets, and increasing product competitiveness. Communication and socialization are also needed as an effort to empower the MSMEs. The use of information technology and digitalization is very much needed to survive the current economy amidst the pandemic. However, the number of entrepreneurs that are able to digitize their business is still relatively small. It is impossible for the digitizing process to take place immediately therefore it is best to join electronic trade organizers or e-commerce companies such as Tokopedia and Shopee.
