ABSTRAKKompetensi dan keahlian guru dalam memanfaatkan teknologi sangat diperlukan untuk meraih keberhasilan dalam pembelajaran daring. Meski demikian tidak semua guru mampu cepat beradaptasi dalam menggunakan aplikasi-aplikasi pembelajaran. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan penyuluhan dan pelatihan serta bimbingan kepada guru agar memiliki kemampuan dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran dan evaluasi yang menyenangkan berbantukan aplikasi Quizziz. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini meliputi 3 tahapan, diantaranya: kegiatan awal, kegiatan inti, dan kegiatan akhir. Kegiatan awal meliputi observasi dan FGD bersama mitra dan tim, kegiatan inti adalah pelaksanaan pelatihan, dan ketiga adalah tindak lanjut. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan dimana kemampuan peserta pelatihan mengalami peningkatan yang sangat signifikan. Data awal menunjukkan pada aspek pengetahuan awal terhadap aplikasi hanya 13 % diantara mereka yang mengetahui aplikasi Quizziz dan hal tersebut meningkat menjadi 100 % setelah pelaksanaan pelatihan. Selanjutnya pada aspek pemahaman,  sebelum dilaksanakan pelatihan hanya 8% peserta yang memahami aplikasi Quizziz dan setelah pelaksanaan pelatihan meningkat menjadi 70%. Dan terakhir ketertarikan dimana sebelum pelaksanaan pelatihan hanya 26% peserta yang menyatakan tertarik menggunakan aplikasi Quizziz dan setelah pelaksanaan pelatihan mengalami peningkatan menjadi 89%. Berdasarkan data tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan pengabdian ini berjalan dengan baik dan berhasil meningkatkan pengetahuan, pemahaman, dan minat atau ketertarikan peserta dalam penggunaan aplikasi Quizziz pada pembelajaran. Kata kunci: pembelajaran daring; teknologi pembelajaran, aplikasi pembelajaran; quizziz . ABSTRACTThe competence and expertise of teachers in utilizing technology is needed to achieve success in online learning. However, not all teachers are able to quickly adapt in using learning applications. This service aims to provide counseling and training as well as guidance to teachers so that they have the ability to carry out fun learning and evaluations using the Quizziz application. The method used in this activity includes 3 stages, including: initial activity, core activity, and final activity. Initial activities include observation and Focus Group Discussion with partners and teams, the core activity is the implementation of training, and the third is follow-up activities. The results of this activity indicate where the ability of the training participants has increased very significantly. Preliminary data shows that in the aspect of initial knowledge only 13% of participants know the Quizziz application and eventually it increases to 100% after the training. Next on the aspect of understanding. before the training was carried out only 8% of participants understood the Quizziz application and after the training it increased to 70%. And lastly, interest, where before the training only 26% of participants expressed interest in using Quizziz and after the training increased to 89%. Based on these data, it can be concluded that this service activity went well and succeeded in increasing the knowledge, understanding, and interest of participants in using the Quizziz application for learning. Keywords: online learning; learning technology, learning applications; quizziz

In daily life, soap is one of the things that humans need to keep the body clean and the cleanliness of the surrounding environment. The high public interest in soap, especially dishwashing soap, opens up business opportunities to produce soap to meet community needs. Community empowerment, especially the PKK women's group to produce dishwashing soap, can be done because dishwashing soap is relatively easy to learn and produce. However, public knowledge about chemicals and the process of producing dish soap is still very minimal. This community service activity aims to provide insight into the home business opportunities and skills of making dish soap to PKK ladies. The group of partners in this activity is PKK women in Kutuwetan Village, Ponorogo Regency. This activity is expected to improve the community's welfare, especially in the economic field, and foster awareness and independence in entrepreneurship. The methods used in this community service activity include coordination with partners, counseling, and training in making liquid soap, evaluation, and follow-up. This community service activity is in the form of a dish soap product that has been put in packages and distributed to residents. In addition, the achievement of a group of partners who already have skills in making dish soap. ABSTRAKDalam kehidupan sehari-hari, sabun merupakan salah satu barang yang sangat dibutuhkan oleh manusia baik untuk menjaga kebersihan badan maupun kebersihan lingkungan sekitar. Tingginya minat masyarakat terhadap sabun khususnya sabun cuci piring, menjadikan terbukanya peluang usaha untuk memproduksi sabun untuk memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat tersebut. Pemberdayaan masyarakat terutama kelompok ibu-ibu PKK untuk memproduksi sabun cuci piring bisa dilakukan karena pembuatan sabun cuci piring yang relatif mudah dipelajari dan diproduksi. Akan tetapi, pengetahuan masyarakat tentang bahan kimia dan proses produksi sabun cuci piring masih sangat minim. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan wawasan tentang peluang usaha rumahan dan keterampilan pembuatan sabun cuci piring pada ibu-ibu PKK. Kelompok mitra kegiatan ini adalah ibu-ibu PKK di Desa Kutuwetan Kabupaten Ponorogo. Dengan kegiatan ini diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat khususnya dalam bidang ekonomi serta menumbuhkan kesadaran dan kemandirian dalam berwirausaha. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian bagi masyarakat ini meliputi koordinasi dengan mitra, penyuluhan, pelatihan pembuatan sabun cair serta evaluasi dan tindak lanjut. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini yaitu berupa produk sabun cuci piring yang telah dimasukkan kemasan dan dibagikan pada warga sekitar. Selain itu, tercapainya kelompok mitra yang telah memiliki keterampilan dalam pembuatan sabun cuci piring.

Abstrak: Perairan Teluk Youtefa telah mengalami pencemaran limbah cair maupun limbah padat. Salah satu limbah padat yang mengganggu estetika perairan dan fungsi ekologis adalah sampah berbahan plastik. Pencemaran oleh sampah plastik ini harus dikendalikan agar tidak menjadi toksik di perairan Teluk Youtefa. Penanggulangan pencemaran, harus dimulai oleh penduduk yang mendiami kawasan pesisir laut Teluk ini. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah meningkatkan kesadaran  kepada masyarakat dan membentuk kelompok yang aktif memonitoring laut. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat dibagi menjadi tiga tahapan yaitu tahapan Sosialisasi, Fokus Grup Diskusi (FGD) dan Tindak Lanjut (bersih pantai). Hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini berhasil membentuk dan menetapkan kelompok jaga laut, dan ditetapkan menjadi program kerja tahunan Kampung (desa) Enggros yang berfungsi monitoring perairan Teluk Youtefa. Selain itu masyarakat sangat puas dengan kegiatan pengabdian ini dan menginginkan kegiatan serupa dilakukan untuk lebih meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat yang hidup di wilayah pesisir perairan Teluk Youtefa.Abstract: Youtefa Bay waters have been polluted by liquid waste and solid waste. One solid waste that interferes with aesthetics and ecological functions is plastic waste. This pollution by plastic waste must be controlled so that it does not become toxic in the waters of Youtefa Bay. Therefore, tackling pollution must be started by the people who live in this coastal area of the Gulf. This service activity aims to increase awareness in the community and form an active group in monitoring the sea. Community Service Activities are divided into three stages: socialization, focus group discussion (FGD), and follow-up (clean beaches). The results of this service activity succeeded in forming and establishing a marine guard group. It was determined to be the annual work program of the Enggros Village, which functions to monitor the waters of Youtefa Bay. Also, the community is delighted with this service activity and wants similar activities to be carried out to increase the awareness of people who live in the coastal areas of Youtefa Bay waters.

One form of application of information and communication technology in the field of education and the requisitedue to the current pandemic situation is the application of online learning or E-learning-based online learning.The purpose of this community service activity is to assist teachers and prospective teachers in designing Elearning-based online learning with various media of information and communication technology that they aregood at. This service activity is carried out in the form of a webinar and is attended by more than 300participants. The method used in this research is the method of observation, guidance, and training, discussion,and evaluation. Ngadirojo District was one of the centers of beef cattle business development in Wonogiri Regency. But the business done by farmers has not yet produced an optimal income. The purpose of this service activity was to empower farmers by increasing farmers' knowledge through the application of organic fertilizer-based fertilizer production technologies for beef cattle manure and biogas waste so as to increase the income of farmers. The method of this community service activity was through FGD (Focus Group Discussion), counseling, training and demonstration plots on technology for organic fertilizer and biogas production. The result of this activity was an increase in knowledge of farmers after attending counseling and training on organic fertilizer and biogas production technology. Farmers in Gemawang and Gedong Ngadirojo villages have benefited from the construction of biogas installations and the processing of livestock waste into organic fertilizer. The conclusion of this activity was the effort of empowerment through counseling activities and training on processing livestock waste into organic fertilizer and biogas showing success and running effectively as seen from the increasing knowledge of respondents after participating in counseling and training activities.

In view of the COVID-19 pandemic and government policy to carry out online learning, the present research is aimed at investigating how EFL teachers carry out online EFL learning and its challenges. 16 EFL teachers volunteered to participate in this research through invitation. The EFL teachers were requested to make written reflections regarding their practices in carrying out online EFL learning and the challenges they encounter. Five of them were involved in a follow-up interview individually. Semi-structured interview was administered. Data coding was done and appropriate extracts were informed in results section. To validate the data, data coding was done independently by both researchers, continued by several cycles of discussion. As results, the EFL teachers have carried out online learning through a series of activities ranging from checking the students’ attendance to giving score on the students’ works synchronously or asynchronously depending on each school policy. Various applications and platforms ranging from learning management system to additional resource are employed. However, many problems emerge from the students, the teachers, and the students’ parents along with the valid reasons. Therefore, the online learning does not run well since it lacks of preparation and planning. Implications for better online learning are discussed. Community service activities were carried out in Bamo Village, Kota Komba District, East Manggarai Regency. The purpose of this community service activity was to conduct tutoring assistance activities for elementary school students during the Covid-19 pandemic. Where tutoring activities were carried out by gathering elementary school students in one house. The implementation of independent KKN by Flores University students is carried out in three stages, namely introduction, implementation of activities and results of activities. The implementation of KKN is focused on a special theme, namely Innovation and Elementary Learning Technology. Learning innovation activities are carried out by utilizing technology tools in the form of a laptop. Where the laptop functions to play animated videos. And the results of the activities are documented in the form of videos and photos. The results of this learning innovation activity are where SDK Waepoang students are increasingly interested in participating in tutoring activities.

Tamiyang is a village that has abundant agricultural and plantation products, one of which is mango. Besides that, there are also a lot of raw materials available in the village. The two sources of raw materials available in nature, both mango and wood, have not been used optimally to add value, especially to improve the community's economy. The community service activities discuss the optimization of entrepreneurial potential and marketing for Tamiyang's superior products. This activity was carried out by means of a Focus Group Discussion and Training. Through this activity, it is hoped that it will have an impact on improving the economy of the community itself. In particular, at this community service, we are helping Tamiyang people to make a product that is unique, namely Si Mayang. Mayang stands for Mangga Tamiyang, which in Tamiyang Village is indeed very abundant in the yields of mangoes. In addition, we also monitor the continuation of the manufacture and promotion of coffin products that have been made before. Through this community service activity, Tamiyang Village has a product in the form of Manisan Si Mayang which is the hallmark of the area. In addition, the initial stage of optimizing coffin products produced by the community was also achieved, in the form of a design improvement plan and a proper coffin pricing determination. ABSTRAK:merupakan desa yang memiliki hasil pertanian dan perkebunan yang melimpah, salah satu hasil perkebunan yang dihasilkan adalah mangga. Selain itu juga banyak sekali bahan baku yang tersedia di desa tersebut. Kedua sumber bahan baku yang tersedia di alam, baik itu mangga dan kayu belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal untuk menambah nilai, khususnya untuk meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat. Adapun kegiatan pengabdian masyarakatnya membahas optimalisasi potensi kewirausahaan dan pemasaran bagi produk unggulan Tamiyang. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan Focus Group Discussion dan Pelatihan. Melalui kegiatan ini diharapkan nantinya akan berdampak pada peningkatan perekonomian masyarakat itu sendiri. Secara khusus, pada pengabdian kepada masyarakat kali ini kami membantu masyarakat Tamiyang membuat produk yang menjadi keunikannya, yaitu Manisan Si Mayang. Mayang ini kepanjangan dari Mangga Tamiyang, yang mana di Desa Tamiyang ini memang sangat berlimpah sekali hasil panen dari buah mangga. Selain itu kami juga melakukan pemantauan mengenai kelanjutan dari pembuatan dan promosi produk peti mati yang sudah pernah dibuat oleh sebelumnya. Melalui kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini, Desa Tamiyang memiliki produk berupa Manisan Si Mayang yang menjadi ciri khas daerah tersebut. Selain itu juga dicapai tahap awal dari optimalisasi produk peti mati yang diproduksi oleh masyarakat, berupa rencana perbaikan desain dan penentuan harga peti mati yang layak.
