This study aims to determine the factors that influence the intentions of government employees to do withlowing. This research examines Effect of personal cost of reporting, level of seriousness of fraud, organizational commitment and professional commitment on the intention to do whistleblowing. The population in this study were all staff / employees at OPD Kuantan Singingi. The sampling method used in this study was the purposive sampling and using the sample of 72  civil servants from 24 different OPD. The results of  regression analysis  show that personal cost affects the intention to do whistleblowing. 2) the level of seriousness of fraud affects the intention to do whistleblowing. 3)  organizational commitment affects the intention to do whistleblowing. 4)  professional commitment affects the intention to do whistleblowing. This research has a contribution in reducing fraud in government

<p><em>This study investigates the influence of organizational commitment and personal cost on civil servant’s intention to do whistle-blowing with reward as moderating variable. To collect the data, this study uses survey method. The 64 civil servants at BPK Lampung Office become respondents of this study who are chosen through purposive sampling method. The Partial Least Square is used to analyze the quantitative data. The findings of the study indicate that organizational commitment gives influence on civil servants to do whistle-blowing. Personal cost does not impact on civil servants to do whistle-blowing. Reward cannot enforce or lessen the influence of organizational commitment and personal cost on civil servants to do whistle-blowing.</em><em></em></p>

<p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja karyawan PT Bank BRI cabang Brebes dari petugas rekening usaha mikro. Variabel bebas terdiri dari karakteristik individu, komitmen organisasional, kepuasan kerja. Variabel dependen adalah variabel kinerja karyawan dan variabel intervening adalah motivasi. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan metode purposive sampling. 90 Account officer bisnis mikro sebagai sampel. Metode pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner diisi langsung oleh responden. Analisis yang digunakan untuk menjawab hipotesis dan rumusan masalah adalah analisis regresi bertahap. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik individu berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi, Komitmen organisasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap motivasi, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi, Karakteristik individu tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, komitmen organisasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada kinerja karyawan. Motivasi mempengaruhi hubungan antara karakteristik individu terhadap kinerja karyawan, dengan kata lain untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan yang dibutuhkan motivasi. Motivasi tidak mempengaruhi hubungan antara komitmen organisasional terhadap kinerja karyawan. Motivasi mempengaruhi hubungan antara kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, dengan kata lain untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan yang dibutuhkan motivasi.</p><p>This research aims to analyze employee performance of PT Bank BRI branch of Brebes part of micro business account officer. Independent variables consist of individual characteristics, organizational commitment, job satisfaction. Dependent variable are employee perfomance and intervening variable are motivation. In this study used purposive sampling method .  90 employees of micro business account officer as a sample. Methods of data collection using questionnaires filled directly by the respondents. The analysis used to answer the hypothesis and problem formulation is step multiple regression analysis. The results showed that individual characteristics have a positive and significant effect on motivation, Organizational commitment has no effect on motivation, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on motivation, Individual characteristics have no effect on employee performance, organizational commitment has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Motivation affects the relationship between individual characteristics on employee performance, in other words to improve employee performance required motivation. Motivation does not affect the relationship between organizational commitment to employee performance. Motivation affects the relationship between job satisfaction on employee performance, in other words to improve employee performance required motivation.</p>

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of professional commitment on job satisfaction with motivation as a moderating variable. This research was conducted at tax consultant office (KKP) in Denpasar area. Samples taken as many as 81 respondents by using purposive sampling method. Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires. The analysis technique used is with Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Based on the analysis results found that professional commitment has a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction at the Tax Consultant Office in Denpasar. These findings indicate that the higher the professional commitment the job satisfaction will increase, in addition the results of this study indicate that the role of motivation in professional commitment is strengthening, which means the implementation of professional commitment is better accompanied by the application of motivation together will be able to improve job satisfaction at the Tax Consultant Office in Denpasar. This study examines factors affecting the interest of state civil servants to undertake whistle-blowing action on local governments of Papua Province. The population in this study is the State Civil Servants (ASN) on local governments of Papua Province, with 120 number of people as sample in this research. Multiple regression analysis techniques is used to analysis, discuss and testing the hypothesis from the data collection. This research find that variabel of organization commitment has a significant and negative effect on the interest of state civil servants to undertake Whistle Blowing action. Thus it can be explained that, in high and low commitment of organzation environment which dominated by employees at SKPDs in government of Jayapura city that have lowered interest to undertake Whistle Blowing action. Then, varibale of Attitude has a significant effect on the Interest of Whistle Blowing action, which the attitude of the existing employees will increase the interest to Blow the Whistle at the SKPDs’ employees in the government of Jayapura city. Similarly, Personal Cost variabel has a significant affect on the interest of state civil servants to attempt a Whistle Blowing action, it can be seen that when there is a sufficient personal cost in the employees of SKPD in the government of Jayapura city, it will increase the interest in Blowing the Whistle. While, the degree of seriousness also has a significant influence on the employees to attempt a Whistle Blowing interest. This means that the increasing interest in Blowing Whistle among employees are required to enhance the degree of seriousness in conducting Interest of Blowing a Whistle at SKPD in the government of Jayapura city.

Research on the growth and exploitation status of indian catfish (Plotosus canius) is important in supporting the management of fish resources in the waters of Tanjungpinang City, Riau Islands. The study aims to determine the pattern of growth, growth parameters, and the status of indian catfish exploitation in the waters of Tanjungpinang City, Riau Islands Province. The study was conducted with a purposive sampling method of 3 stations with a total sample of 529 individual fish crosses. Analysis of growth and exploitation status data using FISAT II software and regression analysis using Excel 2017. This study resulted in a pattern of long relations and the weight of fish as a female and males both are negative allometric (faster increase in length than weight increase). The highest rate of exploitation of indian catfish is obtained from the data of 0.73 per year. This exploit value exceeds the optimum exploitation value of 0.5.

<p><em>This study is to determine what factors influencingthe performance of SMEs. The population in this study is SMEs in the Central Java. Sample collection was conducted with a purposive sampling method. Criteriaused to take into accountis the SMEs that are already running at leastfortwo years. The sample in this study is intended as the representative of total population,67 (sixty seven). The data were processed and analyzed by computer program of SPSS 20 for Windows. Based on the results of regression analysis, it can be concluded that competitiveness has positive and significant impact on marketing performance marketing access has positive and significant impact on marketing performance. It means that the higher competitiveness and marketing access, the higher its performance. Competitiveness and marketing access have influence on SMEs’ performance through network capability.   </em></p>

This research was conducted in order to obtain evidence of how the effect of budgetary participation on budgetary slack in Bali Provincial OPD with the tri hita karana culture and organizational commitment as a moderating variable. This research was conducted in 45 Regional Organizations in Bali Province. The research sample was determined by purposive sampling method and based on the specified criteria obtained a total sample of 203 respondents. Data collection is done using the questionnaire method. The hypothesis is tested using simple regression analysis techniques and the Moderating Regression Analysis. The results showed that budgetary participation had a positive effect on budgetary slack. The Tri Hita Karana culture shows that weakening the positive effect of budgetary participation on budgetary slack and organizational commitment shows that it weakens the positive effect of budgetary participation on budgetary slack.

This study aims to determine the effect of Earning Per Share and Return On Assets in sectors of manufacturing companies in the period 2017. This study is classified as a causative study. The research sample was determined using the purposive sampling method to obtain 37 sample companies. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from www.idx.co.id. The analytical method used is a moderated regression analysis (MRA). Based on the research results shows that EPS and ROA variables together have a significant effect on Tobin, s Q. Adjust R Square value of 0.590 so it can be interpreted that the magnitude of the contribution of Earning Per Share and Return On Asset variables to Tobin's Q in 2017 manufacturing companies in various industries is 59% while the remaining 41% is determined by several other factors beyond the Earning Per Share and Return On Asset variables.

This study aims to determine the effect of recruitment and training on the commitment and performance of Village Bussiness Entity managers in Kampar district. The population in this study were all managers who were members of Village Bussiness Entity in Kampar Regency. Primary data in this study were collected by using questionnaire as research instrument to prove the results of the study. Multiple regression analysis with the assistance of the SPSS program was used to test the hypothesis in this study. The sampling technique was purposive sampling method (30 Village Bussiness Entity in 30 Kampar District Villages). The results showed that: 1) There's is positive and significant influence between recruitment and commitment of Village Bussiness Entity, 2) There was positive but not significant effect between training and commitment of Village Bussiness Entity managers, 3) There is positive and simultaneously significant effect between recruitment and training towards Village Bussiness Entity, 4) There is positive and significant effect between the commitment and performance of Village Bussiness Entity.

The aims research to investigate the influence of participation and perceived system knowledge on perceived performance appraisal fairness: Performance Rating as Moderating Variable. This research was conducted at PT. Taspen (Persero) Branch Purwokerto and PDAM Tirta Satria Banyumas. While sample was determined by purposive sampling method. This research used 75 respondents as the sample. Analytical methods used were regression analysis and moderated regression analysis. Based on the result of this research, it can be concluded that two-way communication, involvement in the setting objectives and perceived system knowledge has a positive and significant influence on perceived performance appraisal fairness. Performance rating strengthens the influence of two-way communication, involvement in the setting objectives and perceived system knowledge on perceived performance appraisal fairness.
