This empirical research is aimed to develop knowledge especially human resource management and resolve problem through a research about employee performance measurement through quality of work life, commitment and job satisfaction as the intervening variable with employees of PDAM TIRTAWENING as a sample as 102 questionnaires distributed to the chosen respondent and used as stastistic analysis. A measurement of quality of work life consists of four dimensions : growth and development, salary (reward system), participation, and work environment. Three model components and measurement of organization commitment such as affective commitment, continuance commitment and normative commitment. Job satisfaction consists of five factors that are the work itself, salary, promotion, relationship between the superior and the subordinates. Whereas employee performances consists of six factors : quality, quantity, proficiency, knowledge, punctuality, and communication. The result of the reseach using Path Analysis to show that to optimalize employee performance, need to notice another variables that not shown in this research.

This study aimed to (1) determine the effect of the quality of work life (QWL) and job satisfaction to organizational commitment ; (2) finding out the effect of the QWL, job satisfaction, organization commitment to employee performance ; (3) finding out the effect of the QWL and job satisfaction to employee performance with organization commitment  as intervening variable. The sample in this research was employees of PT. Madubaru PG-PS Madukismo in Yogyakarta using 100 respondents; the sampling technique was using simple random sampling technique. The types of data used were primary and secondary data with data collecting techniques of survey approach (questionnaire). The data analysis technique used was Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) through AMOS 21 program and SPSS 23. The result of the research is that QWL does not affect the organizational commitment while job satisfaction affects the organizational commitment. The QWL and job satisfaction do not affect employees’ performance, while organizational commitment affects the employees’ performance. The QWL does not affect the employees’ performance indirectly. Job satisfaction affects employees’ performance indirectly with organizational commitment as intervening variable. The company should further enhance the employees’ organizational commitment in order to higher the employees’ performance.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji, menganalisis menginterprestasi kepemimpinan, kepuasan kerja, Quality of Work Life Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Melalui Perilaku Pada Hotel Dinasti Kota Makassar. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriftip analisis dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan pendekatan kualitatif. dan metode analisis yang digunakan Analisis Path/ Path Analysis. Data diperoleh dari Hotel Dinasti Kota Makassar dan Responden adalah karyawan. Hasil penelitian ini dapat menemukan bebe-rapa faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan di Hotel Dinasti Kota Makassar, antara lain Kepemimpinan, Kepuasan Kerja, Quality of Work Life dan Perilaku. Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku karyawan. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku karyawan. Quality of Work Life berpengaruh positif dan signifikan ter-hadap perilaku karyawan. Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui perilaku karya-wan. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui perilaku karyawan. Quality of Work Life berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui perilaku karyawan.  This study aims to examine, analyze leadership interpretation, job satisfaction, Quality of Work Life Against Employee Performance Through Behavior at the Hotel Dynasty Makassar City. This research is a descriptive analysis using a quantitative approach and a qualitative approach. And the analytical method used is Path Analysis. Data obtained from the Hotel Dynasty Makassar City and respondents were employees. The results of this study can find several factors that affect employee performance in the Makassar City Dynasty Hotel. These include leadership, job satisfaction, quality of work life and behavior. Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee behavior. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee behavior. Quality of Work Life has a positive and significant effect on employee behavior. Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through employee behavior. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through employee behavior. Quality of Work Life has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through employee behavior.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence spiritual leadership and reward toward employee performance with quality of work life and job satisfaction as mediating variable. The object of research in this study is Pasuruan Regency Transportation Office. Data analysis uses the Partial Least Square method with the software of SmartPLS. Data is collected by distibuting questionnaire to all of 86 staff as the respondents. The results show Spiritual leadership does not affect the employee performance; reward has no effect on employee performance; Spiritual leadership does not affect employee performance mediated by the quality of work life; Reward cannot influence employee performance through the quality of work life as a mediating variable; Spiritual leadership does not have an effect on employee performance which is mediated by quality of work life; the indirect effect between reward on employee performance through mediating job satisfaction is significant; The quality of work life has insignificant effect on employee performance; Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results give significant implications on practice and literature on the influence of spiritual leadership and reward on performance. This research provides information that can be used as a guideline for the Pasuruan Communication Office to increase employee satisfaction and performance

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of indirect picture Work Life Quality of the Employee Performance through Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction as an intermediate variable of data collection techniques using the method of observation, documentation methods and questionnaires. Do pre-test to test the quality of data that includes test instrument consisted of test validity and reliability testing, as well as the classic assumption test which is done only data normality test. Data analysis techniques include univariate analysis and confirmatory factor analysis. The results show that there is a direct influence negatively the quality of work life (QWL) on the performance of employees, there is a direct effect of the positive quality of work life (QWL) terhadp organizational commitment and job satisfaction, there is an indirect effect the quality of work life on employee performance through organizational commitment and satisfaction working as an intermediate variable.

<p><em>This study titled influence the quality of work life and job satisfaction on employee performance of PT Pertamina Persero RU Cilacap. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect on the quality of work life by partial performance, determine the effect of job satisfaction on performance partially, and determine the influence of the quality of work life and job satisfaction simultaneously on employee performance. The independent variable in this study is the quality of work life and job satisfaction, the dependent variable in this study is the performance. The population of this study were 600 permanent employees shift part of PT. Pertamina Persero RU Cilacap. Sampling technique using census sampling methods and techniques Probability Proportionate Random Sampling Strarified totaling 221 employees. Data collection method used was a questionnaire and the data mengalisis using the multiple linear regression analysis.</em></p><em>These results indicate that the quality of work life has significant influence but not the performance, job satisfaction has a significant impact on performance, while the quality of work life and job satisfaction has a significant impact on employee performance remains part of PT Pertamina Persero shift RU Cilacap.</em>

The government of Bandung city had a responsibility to run administration, development of the government, and to provide excellent service for the community to create dignigfied, excellent, comfortable, and prosperous Bandung community. The success of the government in achieving performance targets was not balanced by the improvement of their employees’ performance. The aim of the study was to analyze the quality of work life, communication within the organization, work satisfaction and employees discipline within the government of Bandung, and the influence among these variables as well. The method of the study was explanatory survey. The population of this study was regional civil servants in Bandung city. Proportionate random sampling was used to 393 staff members of regional work units within the city of Bandung. The instrument was questionnaire, and data analysis used path analysis with the assist of a statistical package named SPSS 19.0. Based on the results of the study, it could be concluded that the employee performance will be built through quality of work life, effectiveness of organizational communication, job satisfaction, and work discipline. Recommendation are: Bandung City Government facilitates the development of employee skills, develops organizational communication more interactively, improves job satisfaction, improves work discipline, and optimizes the work time for each main task settlement

Nowadays organizations are facing high attrition rate because of abundant job opportunities in the competitive market, to retain skilled and talented workforce is the major challenge that is faced by majority of organizations. To improve retention rate organizations need to consider human factors, while designing job. These human factors include Quality of Work Life and Employee Commitment. The present review paper addresses the factors associated with components of QWL and components of Employee Commitment. From the study is identified that employee commitment has three components they are Affective, Normative, Continuance commitment and QWL is a multidimensional construct it includes job satisfaction, adequate pay, work environment, organizational culture etc, these factors affects on the employee performance, productivity, absenteeism, retention rate etc. These QWL components may affect on the commitment of employees towards the organization, it may also enhance retention rate.

This study aims to analyze the effect of quality of work life and intrinsic motivation on affective commitment with job satisfaction as a mediating variable on the employees of Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Bantul. This type of research is quantitative research. The sample size of this study was 92 employees. The sampling technique used the accidental sampling method. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis and Sobel test. The results showed that the quality of work life had a significant effect on job satisfaction. Intrinsic motivation has no significant effect on job satisfaction. Quality of work life has a significant effect on affective commitment. Intrinsic motivation and job satisfaction have no significant effect on affective commitment. Job satisfaction does not mediate the effect of quality of work life and intrinsic motivation on affective commitment. The purposes this research are to examine the influence of work commitment, Quality of Work Life (QWL), job satisfaction and employee performance. The influences of work commitment, Quality of Work Life (QWL), job satisfaction and employee performance tested both directly and indirectly by taking a sample of 80 employees. To test the variables used in research conducted a survey of employees at PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Jambi Branch. Framework of theory and data analysis is done by using Path Analysis. The results of this research indicate that the work commitment, Quality of Work Life (QWL) and job satisfaction influential support directly and indirectly to the performance of employees is positive and significant impact. The analysis tool in this research using descriptive methods and verification. Where a descriptive study using a range of scales, while in verification using path analysis. Based on the results are reflection that work commitment , Quality of Work Life (QWL), job satisfaction is an important issue to improve performance of employees. Results of the study revealed that the results related to the employee's performance is important to manage the company. Optimizing the quality of work through constant work evaluation on appropriate working standards are set, action inconsistent to individuals may lead to other negative consequences in the company, such a low performance, resistance to the organization and may indicate the behavior of disobedience the employees.    Keywords: work commitment, QWL, job satisfaction and performance
