In essence, to facilitate the implementation of special service activities, principals are required to have the ability to apply a psychological approach in administering personal. Health workers, cafeteria workers, and guidance officers, as well as other personnel, must feel that they are an important part of the overall administration of the school. Principals must help non-educative staff to achieve this attitude, by providing opportunities to participate in decision making. The principal's attention to this can be seen from his willingness to invite them to other meetings.
