This study aims to analyze the teacherpraneur characters owned by vocational high school teachers in Indonesia. This research was conducted with a survey approach. The sample of 280 teachers selected by proportional random sampling. Data were collected by an open questionnaire and data were analyzed using quantitative techniques with the descriptive method. The results showed 37.5% of vocational high school automotive engineering teachers in Indonesia had a very good working attitude. 52.5% of teachers of vocational secondary schools in the field of automotive experts have a working attitude in the good category. 10% of vocational high school teachers in the field of automotive engineering have a fairly good working attitude, while in the poor and very bad category at 0%, and the result work motivation showed 15% of vocational high school teachers in automotive engineering expertise showed excellent work motivation. 22.5% of vocational high school teachers show good work motivation. 35% of vocational high school teachers showed good work motivation. 27.5% of teachers showed poor work motivation. while in the very poor category 0%.

This study determined the effect of Visionary Leadership and orgazitional culture on the performance of Vocational High School Teacher in Prabumulih City. This research uses quentitative approach with Survey Method. This study population of 125 people, namely vocational High School teacher in Prabumulih city. The research sample of 30 people. The sampling technique in this study is random sampling. Data collectional technique using documentational and questionnaire. Data were analyzed using simple regression techniques and Multiple regression techniques. The result showed that: (1) visionary leadership had a positive and significant effect on the performance of Vocational High Shcool Teachers in Prabumulih City; (2) organization culture had a positive and significant effect on the performance of Vocational High Shcool Teachers in Prabumulih City, and (3) visionary leadership and Organization culture jointly have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Vocational High Shcool Teachers in Prabumulih City.

ABSTRACTEntrepreneurship education in order to foster interest in entrepreneurship for vocational high school students is an important aspect in accustoming graduates who are able to create employment. Sample of this research was entire Vocational High School students of Architecture Engineering Courses in Malang who has carried out on-the job training as many as 108 students. Based on the analysis by looking at propensity scores showed that: students’ entrepreneurship categorized as high contribution. From 108 respondents, 11 students or 10.26% categorized as very high contribution, 47 students or 43.52%, categorized as high contribution, 28 students or 25.92%, categorized as adequate contribution, and 22 students or 20.38% categorized as low contribution. Based on these results, it can be concluded that interest in entrepreneurship is influenced by experience of on-the-job-training which experience provides knowledge and experience, so as to accustom a student's interest in entrepreneurship. Keywords: entrepreneurship interest, On-the-Job Training experience, vocational high school ABSTRAKPenanaman  kewirausahaan  dalam  menumbuhkan minat berwirausaha bagi siswa SMK merupakan aspek penting dalam menghasilkan  lulusan  yang  mampu  menciptakan lapangan  kerja  (berwirausaha). Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa SMK Paket Keahlian Teknik Gambar Bangunan di Malang yang telah melaksanakan Prakerin sebanyak 108 orang siswa.  Berdasarkan hasil analisis dengan melihat kecenderungan skor yang diperoleh, minat berwirausaha siswa termasuk dalam kategori tinggi. Dari 108 orang responden, yang termasuk pada kategori sangat tinggi sebanyak 11 orang atau sekitar 10,26%;, kategori tinggi sebanyak 47 orang atau sekitar 43,52%, kategori cukup sebanyak 28 orang atau sekitar 25,92%, dan kategori kurang sebanyak 22 orang atau sekitar 20,38%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Minat berwirausaha  dipengaruhi  oleh  pengalaman prakerin dimana pengalaman memberikan pengetahuan dan pengalaman dalam bekerja, sehingga dapat membentuk minat siswa dalam berwirausaha.  Kata kunci: minat berwirausaha, pengalaman prakerin, sekolah menengah kejuruan

<p>Multiple system education in SMK through On-the-job training is an effort to increase graduate quality in industrial capability. The stages of this research are data collection stage (introduction), system development stage, and evaluation phase (testing). This study, which is research and development, aims to know the feasibility and practicality of the design of web-based applications.</p><p>The research was conducted at State Vocational High School (SMK Negeri) Jumantono Karanganyar particularly in majors of network computer engineering which involved 12 students of small trial group and 109 students of large-scale test.</p><p>The data collection method used was observation, documentation, and questionnaire. The data obtained were then analyzed by descriptive analysis technique. The result of black box test done by using 43 items was in accordance with its function. The application expert's validation of this research was 88% meaning that it was very reasonable criteria. Meanwhile, the validation of substance was 89% meaning that it was very feasible</p>The result of the usability test for the small-scale group was 68% then, it was improved and tested on a large scale that resulted 85% and was considered as practical. Thus, it can be concluded that the development of web-based On-the-job training management applications is very feasible and practical to be used On-the-job training management in SMK. It is suggested that the use of On-the-job training applications must be intensified.
