This research is a quantitative research that aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurship and technological innovation on the competitive advantage of food MSMEs in Cibinong Subdistrict. The population used for this research is the businessmen MSMEs food entreprises at Cibinong Subdistrict. The number of sample which is taken was 50 respondents. The sampling technique for this research is purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used is Partial Least Square with 5% significance. The results of the testing are obtained (1) there is a significant effect of entrepreneurship on competitive advantage, (2) there is a significant influence of technological innovation on competitive advantage

This study aims to analyze the psychological aspects (creative psychology capital and ethical sensitivity) to the performance. This research was conducted in several hospitals in Jayapura City. Data collection in this research is using questionnaire where respondent in this research is staff of finance or administration and program. The sampling technique used in this research is census sampling method. The number of research samples taken as many as 38 respondents. This research uses Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis technique. The result of this study shows that the developed hiptotesi significantly influence the performance. Abstrak: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh pemasaran kewirausahaan dan orientasi kewirausahaan terhadap keunggulan kompetitif. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini sebesar 351 pelaku UMKM. Sampel dipilih menggunakan purposive sampling method. Sampel berjumlah sebesar 100 pelaku UMKM di desa Kanekes, Kecamatan Leuwidamar, Lebak. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat analisis partial least square (PLS) dalam analisis inferensial. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel pemasaran kewirausahaan dan orientasi kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif terhadap keunggulan kompetitif. Hasil penelitian ini bermanfaat sebagai bahan masukan bagi pemegang kebijakan mengenai strategi pengembangan keunggulan kompetitif UMKM, dan diharapkan pula dinas terkait dikabupaten Lebak agar menerima hasil penelitian sebagai bahan informasi dalam pengambilan kebijakan guna merumuskan program pembinaan bagi UMKM. Abstract: This study is a quantitative study that aims to examine the effect of entrepreneurial marketing and entrepreneurial orientation on competitive advantage. The total population in this study was 351 MSME actors. The sample was selected using purposive sampling method. The sample is 100 SMEs in Kanekes village, Leuwidamar district, Lebak. This study uses a partial least square (PLS) analysis tool in inferential analysis. The results of this study indicate that the variables of entrepreneurial marketing and entrepreneurial orientation have a positive effect on competitive advantage. The results of this study are useful as input for policy holders regarding the development of a competitive advantage strategy for SMEs, and it is also hoped that the relevant agencies in Lebak Regency will accept the results of the research as information material in policy making in order to formulate a coaching program for SMEs.

This study aimed to determine the effect of productive waqf management on public welfare with economic empowerment as an intervening variable. The research method used quantitative research, and the data collection used a closed-ended questionnaire. The sampling was selected based on the purposive sampling technique by determining certain criteria and objectives. The data analysis technique used Partial Least Square (PLS) with the PLS 3 smart application. The results of this study concluded that productive waqf management had a positive and significant effect on public welfare with economic empowerment as an intervening variable. The better the management of productive waqf carried out by the waqf institution, the more indirectly it would improve the public welfare with good economic empowerment. The good of productive waqf management can be used as a benchmark for waqf institutions in managing waqf. This was because past experience and history have proven that well-managed waqf improved public welfare through economic empowerment carried out consistently. However, not only through the cultivation of worship and Islamic character but also supported by skills and training in business improvement, mentoring, and monitoring of business operations, as well as providing business and marketing capital.

The immediate objectives of this research is to determined the effect of (1) Brand Image towards Service Quality on Datsun Nissan Martadinata customers, (2) Brand Image towards Customer Satisfaction on Datsun Nissan Martadinata customers, (3) Price Perception of Service Quality on Datsun Nissan Martadinata customers, (4) Price Perception of Customer Satisfaction on Datsun Nissan Martadinata customers, and (5) Service Quality towards Customer Satisfaction on Datsun Nissan Martadinata customers. The quantitative research is adapted as the method in this study and used questionnaire as the reflection of its method. Datsun buyers at Nissan Martadinata Manado are used as the population and Datsun customers are used as the samples. The questionnaires will be distributed with purposive sampling method. This study uses SmartPLS software to assist the Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. The study resulted in 3 hypotheses were rejected from 5 hypotheses.

This study aims to determine the influence of demographic characteristics and financial literacy on behavioral biases and investment decisions of stock investors, as well as to determine the influence of behavioral biases on investment decisions and the role of behavioral biases in mediating demographic characteristics and financial literacy on investment decisions of stock investors. The research design used in this research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. This study uses a nonprobability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique. The data collection method used a questionnaire and obtained a sample of 103 respondents. The data analysis technique in this research is Partial Least Square, using SmartPLS software. The results showed that demographic characteristics, financial literacy and behavioral biases can influence investment decisions in stock investors. Behavioral biases cannot be influenced by demographic characteristics, whereas financial literacy can influence behavioral biases in investors. Besides, behavioral biases cannot mediate the influence of demographic characteristics on investment decisions indirectly, but behavioral biases can partially mediate the influence of financial literacy on investment decisions.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh karakteristik demografis dan literasi keuangan terhadap behavioral biases dan keputusan investasi pada investor saham, serta mengetahui pengaruh behavioral biases terhadap keputusan investasi dan peran behavioral biases dalam memediasi karakteristik demografis dan literasi keuangan terhadap keputusan investasi investor saham. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode nonprobability sampling yaitu purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan diperoleh sampel berjumlah 103 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square, dengan sotfware SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik demografis, literasi keuangan dan behavioral biases dapat mempengaruhi keputusan investasi pada investor saham. Behavioral biases tidak dapat dipengaruhi oleh karakterstik demografis, sedangkan literasi keuangan dapat mempengaruhi behavioral biases pada investor. Selain itu, behavioral biases tidak dapat memediasi pengaruh karakteristik demografis terhadap keputusan investasi secara tidak langsung, sedangkan behavioral biases dapat memediasi pengaruh literasi keuangan terhadap keputusan investasi secara sebagian (partial mediation).

Impulse buying has several factors that effect, among others, store image and hedonic motives. This research aims to determine the effect of store image on impulse buying fruit consumers and know the effect of hedonic motives on impulse buying fruit consumers. Location determination using purposive sampling method. The type and source of data used are primary data. Data collection methods in this study used questionnaires and interviews. The sampling method uses a purposive sampling technique, with a total sample of 65 respondents. Variable measurement using a likert scale. Data analysis method used Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Square (SEM - PLS), using SmartPLS software. The results showed that there was a significant effect of store image on impulse buying fruit products. Consumer interest in a good store image makes consumers feel happy shopping and makes consumers have a good impression on a store, thus making consumers make impulse buying. showed that there was a significant influence of hedonic motives on impulse buying fruit products. The existence of internal factors that exist in consumers, especially the nature of hedonic motives can shape the perception of consumers doing impulse buying. The recommendation of this research is to develop the influence of impulse buying consumers from other factors.

The purpose of this study was to see the useful role in mediating the effect of choice on intention to use. This research was conducted at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Ngurah Rai University, located on Jalan Padma Penatih, Denpasar, Bali Province. The sample used in this study used a random sampling technique, where the respondents were students. The number of samples used was 100 people. The analysis technique used is the structural equation modeling (Structural Equation Modeling - SEM) based on the variant known as the Partial Least Square (PLS).The results showed that choice has a positive and significant effect on perceived benefits. The perceived usefulness has a positive and significant influence on the intention to use the Go-Food feature on the Gojek application. The choice of food variations has a positive and significant effect on the intention to use the Go-Food feature on the Gojek application. The perceived usefulness is able to mediate a positive and significant influence on the intention to use the Go-Food feature on the Gojek application.

This study aims to prove the existence of a positive effect of competence, professionalism and experience of auditors on consideration of materiality levels. The sample of this research is 100 auditors obtained using purposive sampling technique. This research is a quantitative research with primary data through distributing questionnaires. Methods of data analysis in this study using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The results of this study prove that the competence, professionalism and experience of auditors have a positive effect on the consideration of the level of materiality of auditors who work in KAP DKI Jakarta Region.

Entrepreneurship education has an important role  throughout all education level, especially in the college , which its purpose to create a young generation of entrepreneur in the future.The purpose of this study were to analyze the influence of Entrepreneurship Education on Entrepreneurial Intention, the influence of Entrepreneurship Education on Entrepreneurial Motivation, and  the influence of Entrepreneurial Intention toward Entrepreneurial Motivation. This study also investigates the mediating role of Entrepreneurial Motivation, related to entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial intentions.The data analysis technique of this research was SEM, using smart software PLS (Partial Least Square). This study conducted on 150 private university students in Surabaya. The sampling method used in this research was non probability sampling with consecutive sampling method. The results showed that entrepreneurship education significantly influenced entrepreneurial intention with T-Statistic 2,020602, while entrepreneurship education had significant influence on entrepreneurial motivation with T-statistic 3,972756. The other results showed that entrepreneurial motivation had significant influence on entrepreneurial intention with T-statistic 3,651692. The results of the study showed that entrepreneurial motivation was not able to mediate the influence of entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial intention.

This study was conducted with the aim to determine the effect of entrepreneurial characteristics, motivation, and transformational leadership on food culinary SMEs in West Jakarta. The sample used in this study was 50 respondents of food culinary SME business owners in West Jakarta was a non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique. This study uses data analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS) which uses the Smart-PLS application version 3.0. The results of this study show the characteristics of entrepreneurship, motivation, and transformational leadership have a positive influence on the success of food culinary SMEs in West Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh karakteristik kewirausahaan, motivasi, dan kepemimpinan transformasional pada UKM kuliner makanan di Jakarta Barat.Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 50 responden pemilik usaha kuliner kuliner di Jakarta Barat yaitu metode non-probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling.Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) yang menggunakan aplikasi Smart-PLS versi 3.0.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan karakteristik kewirausahaan, motivasi, dan kepemimpinan transformasional memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap keberhasilan UKM kuliner makanan di Jakarta Barat.
