This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of employee engagement, perceived organizational support, and motivation on the performance of employees of PT. Dino Jaya Karya. This research uses descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The data collection technique was carried out using a questionnaire media with the Likert method. The population in this study were 80 permanent employees of PT. Dino Jaya Karya. The sampling technique used is using a saturated sample (total sampling). The total sampling obtained is as many as 80 employees from PT. Dino Jaya Karya. The t test shows that the employee engagement variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on the employee performance variable (Y) with a value of 0.000, the perceived organizational support variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance ( Y) with a value of 0.000, and the motivation variable (X3 has a positive and significant effect on employee performance variable (y) with a value of 0.004. In the F test results employee engagement, perceived organizational support, and motivation have a simultaneous effect on employee performance as indicated by a significance value of 0.000.  Keywords: Employee engagement, perceived organizational support, motivation, employee

This study aims to analyze the effect of perceived organizational support (POS) and employee engagement on performance and the role of job satisfaction in mediating the effect of perceived organizational support (POS) and employee engagement on performance. The population in this study were permanent employees at PT. Solusi Bangun Indonesia Tbk. The research method used was a survey and a sample size of 185 employees. The research instrument adopted from previous research. Retrieval of data by means of questionnaires and interviews. Validity and reliability tests show all questionnaire items are valid and reliable. To test H1 and H2 with simple regression, H3 and H4 test with Baron and Kenny regression model. The results of hypothesis testing show that: (1) perceived organizational support has a significant effect on employee performance, (2) employee engagement has a significant effect on employee performance, (3) job satisfaction partially mediates the effect of perceived organizational support on employee performance, and (4) job satisfaction does not mediate the effect of Employee engagement on employee performance.

The performance of a college is very dependent on the performance of its employees. Therefore, Telkom University must pay attention to the factors that affect the performance of its employees, including organizational culture and employee engagement. This study aims to determine how the organizational culture at Telkom University, how Employee engagement and employee performance at Telkom University, and to test and analyze the influence of Organizational Culture and Employee Engagement on Employee Performance. The population in this study was 1247 permanent employees at Telkom University, obtained based on data from the Telkom University HR Directorate as of August 2020, the sampling technique used was Proportional Stratified Random Sampling by taking representatives from the Faculties and Directorates. Calculated using the Slovin formula, in order to obtain the number of respondents as many as 303 people. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability, while the data analysis technique uses multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the Organizational Culture at Telkom University is in the Strong category, Employee Engagement is in the High category, and the employee's performance is above the target. Furthermore, organizational culture and employee engagement have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Telkom University employees, either partially or simultaneously.

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to examine the relationships between perceived organizational support, employee engagement, employee performance and affective commitment in the context of Indian higher education. Design/methodology/approach Data were collected from 410 employees from various higher educational institutes of India using a self-administered questionnaire. Structural equation modeling was used to analyze the data. Findings The results revealed a positive influence of perceived organizational support on employee performance and affective commitment. Moreover, these relationships have also been found to be mediated by employee engagement. Practical implications The study serves as guide for the development of influential strategies to develop and retain a well engaged, competent and committed workforce at higher educational institutes in India. Originality/value The study enriches the organizational behavior literature by identifying and empirically validating some antecedents and consequences of employee engagement in the context of Indian higher education where such studies are scant.

This study aims to determine the relationship between perceived organizational support and employee performance in production at PT Batanghari Barisan Padang. The independent variable in this study is perceived organizational support and the dependent variable is Performance. The measuring instrument used in this study is the scale of perceived organizational support and performance. The sampling technique in this study uses a saturated sample technique. The sample in this study was 81 employees of the production field of PT Batanghari Barisan Padang. The validity and reliability test in this study uses the Cronbach Alpha technique. The results of the validity coefficient on the scale of perceived organizational support move from rix = 0.310 to rix = 0.809 with a reliability coefficient of α = 0.883 while on the scale of moving performance from rix = 0.316 to rix = 0.803 with a reliability coefficient of α = 0.864. Based on data analysis, a correlation value of 0.515 was obtained with a significance level of 0.000, which means the hypothesis was accepted. This shows that there is a significant relationship between perceived organizational support and the performance of employees in the production sector at PT Batanghari Barisan Padang. The effective contribution of the variable perceived organizational support for performance by 30%.

This study aims to determine the direct effects of perceived organizational support on employee engagement. The sample used was 111 of PT X employees with more than one year work. The sampling technique used in this study was a purposive sampling. This study uses a Utretch Work Engagement Scale developed by Schaufeli and Bakker (2004) with reliability of 0,888 and Survey of Perceived Organizational Support developed by Rhoades dan Eisenberger (2002) with reliability of 0,947. Data analysis uses partial least square method with the help of Smart-PLS 3.0. software. The results show that there is a positive and significant direct effect of perceived organizational support on employee engagement.

This study aims to determine the influence of work environment and perceived organizational support on the employee’s performance of PT Y in Surabaya, both directly or indirectly with employee engagement as an intervening variable. This research is a quantitative study. Population and sample based on the distribution of questionnaires to the performance of the employees of PT Y in Surabaya was taken as many as 30 respondents. Data collection techniques used interviews, observations, and questionnaires. For statistical tests and the processing of data is carried out by using the partial least square (Smart PLS 3.0). The study showed that each variable, work environment and perceived organizational support had a direct significant influence on employee performance and employee engagement. Work environment had a direct significant effect on employee performance with a t-statistical value of 2.136 greater than the indirect effect through employee engagement as an intervening variable with a t-statistics value of 1.454. While perceived organizational support had a direct effect on employee performance with t-statistics of 2.550 is greater when compared to the indirect effect through employee engagement as an intervening variable with t-statistics 2.042.

Abstract: This study aims to examine the relationship between perceived organizational structure and employee engagement which is moderated by perceived organizational support. Organizational support provides assistance for employees in adapting to existing organizational structures. A good organizational structure will improve employee performance and create employee attachments to the work environment. Data from this study were taken from 90 employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Surabaya Office with proportional sampling method. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that perceived organizational structure has a positive and significant effect on employee engagement, and perceived organizational support reinforces the positive influence of perceived organizational structure on employee engagement.   Keywords:          perceived organizational structure, employee engagement, perceived organizational support

Aim - the purpose of this study is to examine the role of employee rewards, recognition, and job-related stress towards employee performance considering the mediating role of perceived organizational support in the call-centers located in Lahore, Pakistan.  Design - The data has been gathered through the survey method of the questionnaire. A simple random sampling technique is used for this study. Confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) and structure equation modeling (SEM) techniques have been used for statistical analysis.  Findings - Results showed that employee rewards and recognition have a significant and positive effect on employee performance whereas job stress has a significant and negative effect on employee performance. Findings also revealed that perceived organizational support significantly and fully mediates the relationship between employee rewards, recognition, and job stress and employee performance. So this study puts light on crucial factors that lead to better employee performance.  Implications - Employee rewards and recognition play an important role in overall employee performance. If the companies will not take it seriously, then it might lead to negative consequences. On the other hand, job stress also plays a vital role in employee performance.

The purpose of this study is : 1) To find out the description of perceived organizational support, self efficacy, and work engagement of employee in PT Bhumi Bhakti Sukses Persada. 2) To find out the influence of perceived organizational support on work engagement of employee in PT Bhumi Bhakti Sukses Persada. 3) To find out the influence of self efficacy on work engagement of employee in PT Bhumi Bhakti Sukses Persada. 4) To find out the influence of perceived organizational support and self efficacy on work engagement of employee in PT Bhumi Bhakti Sukses Persada. The study used 70 respondents as a sample. Data collection technique using survey methods by distributing questionnaires which then processed with SmartPLS version 3. This research used descriptive and explanatory analysis. The result obtained from PLS analysis show that there is a positive and significant influence between perceived organizational support and self efficacy on work engagement. Variable of perceived organizational support and self efficacy is able to influence of work engagement in employees of PT Bhumi Bhakti Sukses Persada with t-statistical value for the perceived organizational support variable on work engagement (3,638 > 1.96) and signification value of (0.000 < 0.005), for self efficacy variables to work engagement has a t-statistical value of (2,876 > 1.96) and a significance value of (0.004 < 0.05), while for perceived organizational support and self efficacy towards work engagement have a t-statistical value of (21,990 > 1.96) with a value of significance (0.000 < 0.05).Keyword : Perceived Organizational Support, Self Efficacy, Work Engagement, Employee

Development of globalization impact to a strict competition between the companies. This lead the Human Resources factor into a crucial role in maintaining, directing and developing the company. Therefore, every company needs employees who are bound by their job. One of the things that can encourage the formation of relationship between the employee is perceived organizational support. This study aims to determine the relationship between perceived organizational support by attachment of employees at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, Branch of Banda Aceh. The number of samples in this study were 139 permanent employees who were still working or were not taking time off from work with a minimum term of one year and the last education was diploma. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique. Collecting the data using the scale adaptation of Survey of Perceived Organizational Support with 17-item version (α= .91) and a scale adaptation of Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES) with 17-item version (α= .95). The results of data analysis using pearson product moment correlation technique that showed a positive relationship between perceived organizational support by attachment of employees at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, Branch of Banda Aceh (rxy = .30, p < .05). The higher of perceived organizational support to the employee, likewise the higher bound of employee or otherwise.
