Organized retailing is creating euphoria amongst Indian consumers drawing them into sprawling malls and shopping plazas in huge numbers. Retailers are offering newer service dimensions to create unique shopping experiences for the customers. By the year 2030, nearly 570 Million people are expected to live in cities, nearly twice the current population of the United States. India's consumption level is set to reach figure of US$ 1.5 Trillion from the current level of US$ 750 Billion by the year 2020 (Deloitte Indian Retail Report, 2013). The present empirical research study is conducted by using exploratory and descriptive research design. An attempt is made by the researcher to decipher the influences of selected store attributes on the shoppers’ satisfaction from retail stores and the resultant intention of the shoppers’ to recommend the retail store to others. The selected store attributes included in the research study were viz., accessibility of the retail store; range of the products; sales promotional schemes offered; behaviour of staff; store layout; store ambience; store atmosphere, and physical facilities of the retail store respectively. The primary data were collected using structured non-disguised questionnaire from the shoppers’ who visit the retail stores for shopping. The samples were conveniently drawn and the data were collected from different retail stores located in the selected Cities of the Gujarat State i.e. Vadodara, Ahmedabad, Surat and Rajkot.The store attributes that influence the shopper satisfaction in the retail store are analysed through the use of statistical methods of Factor Analysis, Market Performance Analysis and Structural Equation Model using Path Analysis.The present study aims at providing valuable information pertaining to the store attributes which exert influence on the satisfaction of the shopper.Furthermore, it seeks to point out the important store attributes which requires special attention of the retailers in the selected cities of the state of Gujarat. This will help the retailers to develop an analytical framework of store attributes influencing purchase preference of shoppers so as to realign their business strategies in order to compete in the ferocious organised retail market.

AbstrakSeiring berjalannya waktu, informasi dapat diperoleh dari banyak media, baik dari berbagai media cetak ataupun media elektronik digital. Salah satu media digital yang sangat cepat berkembang dan menjadi pilihan utama individu atau instansi untuk mendapatkan informasi yang cepat dan akurat adalah teknologi website. Salah satu manfaat dari website yaitu dapat digunakan sebagai media promosi yang efektif karena dapat diakses oleh siapa saja dan kapan saja serta tanpa biaya untuk mengaksesnya.Penelitian ini membahas tentang evaluasi website sekolah SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Bantul menggunakan metode Webqual dan Importance Performance Analysis. Penelitian ini bertujuan supaya dapat mengukur penilaian pengguna terhadap kinerja serta harapan pengguna/pengunjung website sekolah SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Bantul. Data dapa penelitian ini diperoleh dari input kuesioner dari sampel pengunjung web itu sendiri, baik melalui kueioner online atau kuesioner manual dengan kertas.Penelitian ini menggunakan software untuk pengolahan data yaitu Structural Equation Model 2.0 (SEM 2.0). dari penelitian yang sudah dilakukan dan di dapatkan kesimpulan bahwa dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa diperoleh nilai R Square untuk variabel User Satisfaction sebesar 0.61, yang artinya nilai tersebut mengindikasikan bahwa variabel User Satisfaction dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel Kegunaan (Usability),Kualitas Informasi (Information Quality), dan Kualitas Layanan ( Service Interaction) sebesar 67.7 %, sedangkan sisanya yaitu sebesar 39.9 % dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak terdapat dalam model penelitian.Kata Kunci : Website, Webqual, Importance Performance Analysis

Customer loyalty is ‘suspected’not been able to optimizationrepetition of transactions, customer recommendation and durability with the establishment relationship quality of the trust, customer satisfaction and commitment. Therefore, research conducted on Bank CIMB Niaga aims to determine the extent of the trust, and commitment to customer satisfaction can increase X-tra and TabunganKU savings customer loyalty. This research is verification and the method of research is explanatory survey method, the sample is 160 customer X-tra and tabunganKU savings in the branch office Bank CIMB Niaga Bintaro. The analytical method used is structural equation model. The results showed loyalty can be achieved with relationship quality for customers through the establishment of trust, and commitment to customer satisfaction, which all three have a positive influence. Therefore, the management of Bank CIMB Niaga need to improve their ability in trust, satisfactionand commitmentwith the bank's customers to become increasingly favored customers.

E-learning adalah mediator yang menghubungkan sumber daya informasi dan layanan pengguna yang dapat diakses dari mana saja dan kapan saja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh komponen Kepuasan Komputasi Pengguna Akhir (konten, akurasi, bentuk, kemudahan penggunaan, dan ketepatan waktu) terhadap kepuasan penggunaan   E-learning di Universitas Islam Negeri Raden Fatah Palembang. Mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pengguna (siswa) dengan penerapan teknologi pendidikan, yaitu E-learning. Mengetahui faktor apa yang mempengaruhi kepuasan menggunakan E-learning. Sebagai dasar pertimbangan untuk meningkatkan atau meningkatkan kualitas layanan teknologi pendidikan, yaitu e-learning di Universitas Islam Negeri Raden Fatah di Palembang. Populasi dan sampel penelitian diambil di Universitas Islam Negeri Raden Fatah Palembang, yang telah menggunakan E-learning sebagai mediator informasi antara dosen dan mahasiswa. SEM (Structural Equation Model) adalah metode analisis multivariat yang dapat digunakan untuk menggambarkan hubungan simultan antara variabel linier antara indikator dan variabel yang tidak dapat diukur secara langsung (variabel laten).
