Class Action Nuisance Suits

Education and Training is a form of institutional intervention so that employees have competency standards so that they are able to carry out their duties properly and appropriately. This study discusses the improvement of teacher competency in the implementation of scientific publications through Training in the Workplace (DDTK) Classroom Action Research (PTK). DDTK aims to improve the technical competence of civil servants and non-civil servants of the ministry of religion according to their duties and positions and develop insight into employee duties related to new regulations / policies / provisions, new technologies, or new knowledge relevant to their main tasks and functions. The main objective of Classroom Action Research (CAR) is the improvement and improvement of learning services. The population and sample of this study were participants of the Madrasah teacher training in the Workplace (DDTK) in Bangka, Belitung, and East Belitung Regencies in the 2016 and 2017. The study used multiple regression using Adjusted Square. Calculations for this multiple regression using SPSS statistical version 16 software. From the results of the research, it was found that the average of DDTK Bangka District Classroom Action Research (PTK) 2016 and 2017 were 51.41, and the average DDTK Class Action Research substance (PTK) Belitung Regency in 2016 and 2017 amounted to 50.39, with a difference in mean scores of 1.02. The average understanding of madrasah teachers in Bangka Regency 2016 and 2017 PTK writing was 118.20, and the average madrasah teacher understanding in Belitung Regency PTK writing in 2016 and 2017 was 118.88, with a mean difference of 0.68. The regression coefficient of the Education and Training Center (DDTK) variable (X2) has a positive sign (0.074), which means that the Education and Training Center (DDTK) variable has a positive influence on teacher understanding. The hypothesis which states that there is an effect of the Workplace Education Training (DDTK) substance on Classroom Action Research (CAR) on the understanding of madrasah teachers in writing PTK is statistically proven. This research is a classroom action research that aims to improve the ability of teachers to apply the problem centered learning model of learning in the Elementary School 187/ X Bangun Karya, Academic Year 2019/2020. The subject of this study was a teacher at 187 / X Bangun Karya Elementary School, Rantau Rasau District, Tanjung Jabung Timur District, Jambi Province. This class action research was carried out in two cycles, each cycle consisting of two meetings. The results of the evaluation are converted into a recapitulation table of the results of cycle I. The conversion results state that the research has not yet reached the target, it needs to be continued with cycle II. The results of observers in the implementation phase of the second cycle showed that all parts of the learning activities were going well, so that there were no more parts of the learning activities that needed to be improved. While the results of the second cycle are converted with the results of the recapitulation table states that the study has reached the target limit of completeness criteria in the first cycle that is equal to 50% and an average of 68.7 in the initial conditions of improvement in the second cycle completeness criteria to be 100% and the average namely 91.7 states that the Focus Group Discission can improve the ability of teachers to apply the Problem Centered Learning learning model in learning in 187 / X Public Elementary School Build Work Year 2019/2020.

The problem in this research is the low of Civics learning outcomes in fourth grade (IV) SD Negeri 19 Balik Alam, this can be seen from the average grade, that is 66,23 (with KKM 70). The purpose of this study is to improve the results of learning Civics fourth grade students SD Negeri 19 Balik Alam with the application of quantum teaching learning model. This research is a class action research (PTK) with 2 cycles. Based on data analysis of research results after applying quantum teaching model, the average percentage of teacher activity in cycle I 66.66% increased to 85.4% in cycle II. The average percentage of student activity also increased by 56.25% in the first cycle increased to 87.49% in cycle II. Student learning outcomes on the basic score with the average class 66,23 and in the first cycle has increased with the average grade grade 71.11 with the percentage increase in learning outcomes 8.87% and the percentage of students who complete 73.07%, and on the second cycle increased again with the average class of 77.60 with the percentage increase in learning outcomes 17.16% and the percentage of students who complete 84.61%. The results of this study showed that the application of quantum teaching model can improve the learning outcomes of fourth grade students of SD Negeri 19 Balik Alam.

This study is a class action that aims to improve learning outcomes in subjects PPKn sixth grade students of SDN 002 Ukui Dua. This research is motivated by the low activity and low teacher and student learning outcomes in subjects PPKn. The problem of this study is whether the implementation of a strategy to answer alternately patterned circle round robin can improve student learning outcomes in subjects PPKn in the sixth grade SDN 002 Ukui Dua? This PPKn was conducted over two cycles. Data collection techniques in this research using collection observation techniques, achievement test, and documentation. Techniques of analysis in this study is an analysis of the activities of teachers and students and learning outcomes in subjects PPKn sixth grade students SDN 02 Ukui Dua Kecamatant Ukui. The result showed that the activity of teachers has increased. At the first meeting of the first cycle of 41% was obtained with Simply Perfect category and the second meeting reached 55% with the category Fairly Perfect. In the second cycle 3 meeting to reach 75% by the Perfect category and the 4th meeting of the second cycle reaches 85% with the Perfect category. While the activity of students has increased. At the first meeting of the first cycle reaches 51% with the category Fairly Perfect and the second meeting with the percentage of 66% to the category Perfect. After the second cycle of the third meeting with a percentage of 75% with the Perfect category while in attendance for-4 with the percentage of 94% to the category of Most Perfect. Learning outcomes of students also increased from the previous students who achieve KKM only 8 votes with a percentage (45%) after the first cycle an increase in students worth over KKM which reached 14 people with a percentage of 70%. Cycle II students who achieve KKM 17 (85%).

This study aims to improve speaking skills of children aged 5-6 through methods Story Reading in TK Melati/ ABA 005 Pulau Balai. The method used is a Class Action Research. Class actions that researchers do the research is to use the method Story Reading to improve speaking skills of children aged 5-6 years in TK Melati TK Melati/ ABA 005 Pulau Balai, and is observed by the observer. Samples taken are TK Melati/ ABA 005 Pulau Balai with the number of children of 20 people, consisting of 13 men and 7 women. Data collection techniques in this research is through observation of teachers and children as well as data capability speaking children aged 5-6 years with use of methods Story Reading. Hipotesis in this study is if the method will be applicable Story Reading can improve speaking skills of children aged 5-6 years in TK Melati/ ABA Pulau Balai 005 can be enhanced through storytelling. Results of the research data obtained by using the method Story Reading can improve the ability to speak of children aged 5-6 years in TK Melati / ABA 005 Pulau Balai. The percentage increase in the ability to speak the child at the age of 5-6 years using Story Reading methods in TK Melati/ ABA 005 Pulau Balai, from initial data to the second cycle increased by 32.2%.
