new Pt metal based nano-catalytic system was developed using organic-inorganic magnetic framework followed by the user-friendly protocol in good yield. XRD, FTIR, TEM, BET, ICP-OES and solid-state NMR techniques were used to characterize our developed catalytic system. The wellcharacterized ionic liquid bridged-silica supported magnetic Pt nanoparticles were utilized for the selective hydrogenation of carbon dioxide under high-pressure reaction condition (with and without ionic liquid medium). Most promising results were obtained while using the catalytic system (Pt-MagNP@ILSiO2) in 1,3-di (N, N-dimethylaminoethyl)-2-methylimidazolium nonafluorobutanesulfonate ([DAMI] [CF3CF2CF2CF2SO3]) task-specific ionic liquid medium. This TSIL not only provided a high degree of CO2 absorption during the reaction but also enhances the selectivity and the recyclability of the catalytic system up to 8 runs. No sign of Pt metal leaching was recorded during the recyclability test which confirmed the stability of this catalytic system under high-pressure reaction condition.

Polyoxomolybdates were generated in situ by treating a carboxylic acid-functionalized ionic liquid with an aqueous solution of sodium molybdate. This reaction mixture was applied in the catalytic epoxidation of olefins using hydrogen peroxide as oxidant. The influence of acid and catalyst concentration as well as of the reaction temperature was investigated. The system showed a good performance for the epoxidation reaction and can be reused several times without a significant loss of activity. We present an easy, cheap and environmentally friendly catalytic system for the epoxidation of cis-cyclooctene.

The stability factors for Cr6+ and Cr3+ in microbiological media, including temperature, preservation conditions and medium components were studied in this research project, through potassium permanganate oxidation and DPC (Diphenylcarbazide) spectrophotometry. It shows that the protein component mainly influences Cr6+ content changes at pre- and post- heat sterilization to the chromium ionic liquid medium, other than being impacted basically by inorganic salt ions. It also indicates that the method can be introduced into experiment researches for microbe dechromisation i.e. Chromium ion aqueous solution and fluid medium are sterilized separately, and then are made into the chrome ions liquid as per a certain concentration. The concentration of hexavalent chromium ions is affected by preservation time and temperature also. For this reason, chromium ionic liquid medium is kept at low temperature, and as quickly as possible for the test.
