In modern conditions, characterized by an increase in the scale of information flows and a dynamically changing external environment, one of the main factors, contributing to the effective functioning and development of business, is the possibility of obtaining highly qualified advisory assistance. The conditions of a competitive market form the external and internal circumstances, that cause certain difficulties in the functioning of even strong and developed organizations. Many business processes are affected by fluctuations in prices for raw materials and exchange rates, changes in government policy in relation to any sphere of the economy, decisions that are taken on the international arena. A certain imbalance in the activities of the organization can make a tense relationship between the management structures and subordinates, an arrival of new partners, contractors, buyers and customers. In the event that these problems can not be solved by the organization itself, one of the ways out of this situation can be to apply to a professional consulting firm. At the same time, organizations can resort to the services of consultants in cases when not only problems arise, but also when costs should be optimized, growth rates should be accelerated, and the activity of the administrative apparatus should be regulated. Consulting firms offer both ready-made solutions for the implementation of financial and economic activities, as well as those that are developed individually with the client organization. The essence, types and directions of using consulting services are considered in the article. At present, consulting firms offer a wide range of consulting services, which organizations can take advantage of in the process of their financial and economic activities of any non-standard situations and problems. Attraction of consultants gives significant advantages, as it allows, not holding in staff on a permanent basis highly qualified specialist, to solve arising in the course of work non-standard tasks. This is one of the indicators of the level of implementation in the production and maintenance of advanced technologies. Consulting is the basic trend in the development of organizations and increasing their competitiveness in modern conditions.

The actual methods of labor market analysis are based on outdated technologies for collecting information and do not consider the competencies available in the CV and in demand by vacancies. In order to obtain reliable current information on the balance of the workforce quality, as the carrier of certain competencies, and market requirements, the method is proposed for determining the degree of their consistency through the ratio of competencies available to applicants and those requested by employers. The proposed methodology, based on big data technologies, uses artificial intelligence as the main toolkit which makes it possible to quickly and efficiently collect, process and visualize the obtained data, which makes it possible to conduct its further qualitative analysis in the context of the proposed / demanded competencies, professions, regions and types of economic activities. As a practical interpretation of the proposed methodology, the paper analyzes the degree of consistency of existing / demanded competencies in the context of the regions of Belarus.

We analyzed the scope of management as is and found that threats and global challenges escalate due to the advent of artificial intelligence. We provide the rationale for recognizing the strategic culture as the self-organizing system of business process integration. We suggest and substantiate the concept of soft power with reference to strategic culture, which should be raised, inter alia, through the scientific school of conflict studies. We give our recommendations on how management and training of managers should be improved in dealing with artificial intelligence as it evolves. The novelty hereof is that we trace trends in management transformation as the role of artificial intelligence evolves and growth in governance, production and social life. Conclusions and Relevance. Generic solutions are not very effective for the Russian management practice during the transition to the sixth and seventh waves of innovation. Any programming product represents artificial intelligence, which simulates a personality very well, though unable to substitute a manager in motivating, governing and interacting with people.

Abstract Along with mastery of the grammar and vocabulary of a given language, contemporary students are also expected to acquire intercultural communicative competence (ICC), i.e., the ability to use the language efficiently with regard to the sociocultural background of the communicative situation. This requirement should also be reflected in FL course-books, which are considered to be fundamental didactic tools in FL education, even in an era of information communication technologies. Therefore, the aim of the present paper is to report the results of the research focused on the investigation of intercultural component in the New Opportunities Pre-Intermediate and Intermediate course-book packages. To validate the findings of the content analysis, as the main research method, the method of triangulation was used, i.e., the results of the course-book package analyses were compared with those of observation and interview analyses. The findings of the research revealed that in the investigated course-book packages only some aspects of the intercultural component could be considered relevant because they were suitably treated.

As widespread products of folk culture, proverbs help people realize and interpret both their own and others' emotions. In this sense, they guide how people transform acquired knowledge into behavior. This function of proverbs is explained in terms of emotional intelligence. Turkish proverbs appear to be an extremely rich source in this respect. I therefore examined them using Goleman's (1995) model of emotional intelligence. Data were collected using two Turkish dictionaries and the findings were analyzed using semantic content analysis. I explored whether or not and how proverbs improve the mental abilities that form emotional intelligence. The effects of the emotional functions of Turkish proverbs on personal and social life are discussed.
