The dimension synthesis of crank rocker mechanism used in torque exciter was carried out with known angular displacement of rocker swing. Optimization method based on minimum kinetic energy of whole mechanism was adopted under constraint condition of minimum transmission angle and mechanism bar existence condition. Optimization design function was applied in solution and a design method of crank rocker mechanism was developed. The torque exciter has been in operation, achieving scheduled function for dynamic performance test, and all testing data are exact and valid.

In this paper, the problem of gain-scheduled H8 filter design for a class of parameter-varying systems with time-varying delays is discussed. An improved stability and H8-performance condition of the augmented system is developed. A sufficient existence condition of a desired gain-scheduled H8 filter is derived and expressed in terms of feasibility testing of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs) and explicit expressions of the filter gains are provided. Numerical simulations are presented to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed design method.

In this paper, the existence condition of critical damping in 1 DOF systems with fractional damping is presented, and the relationship between critical damping coefficient and the order of the fractional derivative is derived. It shows only when the order of fractional damping and its coefficient meet certain conditions, the system is in the critical damping case. Then the vibration characteristics of the systems with different orders located in the critical damping set are discussed. Based on the results, the classical skyhook damping control strategy is extended to the fractional one, where a switching control law is designed to obtain a more ideal control effect. Based on the principle of modal coordinate transformation, a new design method of fractional skyhook damping control for full-car suspension is given. The simulation results show that the proposed control method has a good control effect, even in some special cases, such as roads bumps.

One example of the growing information technology today is mobile learning, mobile learning which refers to mobile technology as a learning medium. Mobile learning is learning that is unique for each student to access learning materials anywhere, anytime. Mobile learning is suitable as a model of learning for the students to make it easier to get an understanding of a given subject, such as math is pretty complicated and always using formulas.The design method that I use is the case study method, namely, learning, searching and collecting data related to the study. While the development of engineering design software application programs that will be used by the author is the method of Rapid Application Development (RAD), which consists of 4 stages: Requirements Planning Phase, User Design Phase, Construction Phase and Phase Cotuver.
