AbstractIn this article, by using weight functions, the idea of introducing parameters, the reverse extended Hardy–Hilbert integral inequality and the techniques of real analysis, a reverse Hardy–Hilbert-type integral inequality involving one derivative function and the beta function is obtained. The equivalent statements of the best possible constant factor related to several parameters are considered. The equivalent form, the cases of non-homogeneous kernel and some particular inequalities are also presented.

Promoting low-carbon development (LCD) is one of the basic requirements of building new-type urbanization with Chinese characteristics. Research on the formulation of low-carbon city development roadmap (hereinafter referred to as the “Roadmap”) is a necessity for systematic control of greenhouse gas (GHG) emission and the construction of low-carbon cities. Based on the actual conditions of cities as well as the regional and national development strategies, the Roadmap panoramically describes the strategic objectives, development plans, and key sectors' initiatives for the transformation of city development through planning techniques and solutions. Generally, the formulation of a low-carbon roadmap involves six steps: understanding the present situation of GHG emissions; analyzing the future emission scenarios; setting LCD targets; developing action plans for key sectors; assessing mitigation potential of low-carbon technologies/projects; and proposing measures for implementation. This paper, based on the practical experience in low-carbon city roadmap development and the needs of divisional management, establishes an analytical structure of GHG inventory for seven sectors, so as to link the key sectors for LCD, namely the seven major sectors for emissions reduction proposed by the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC). Moreover, this paper integrates sectorial (industrial) low-carbon technology needs assessment (TNA) into the formulation of the Roadmap. It also provides several recommendations for better incorporating the two methods into the Roadmap: firstly, to strengthen the core function of GHG inventory by enhanced accounting quality and scientific and systematic analysis of the temporal and sectorial distribution of GHG emissions so as to serve the Roadmap formulation and decision-making. Secondly, to reinforce the derivative function of GHG inventory that serves the LCD planning, assessment, and decision-making by improving the quality and continuity of GHG inventory. Thirdly, to develop the derivative function of GHG inventory by integrating the improved GHG inventory and TNA into the formulation of the Roadmap.

In the curriculum informatics engineering program of South Aceh Polytechnic, functiom derivative is taught in the second semester. The derivative function is a mathematics concept who does manipulation toward a function, thus the function slope can be obtained quantitatively on the slanted point. The derivative function material is one of the difficult material faced by the students. Accordingly, the implementation of a learning model is a good thing to create students' interest on the subject. And the media also use to support teaching and learning process as software maple. The purpose of this research is to find out the students’ results who have taught by quantum teaching and also maple on derivative function and the students who have taught by conventional method, and also to know the students' responses after taught by quantum teaching and software maple on derivative material. Experimental method is used in this research by designing pre-test and post-test and control groups. The population is all of the second semester informatics engineering's students at South Aceh Polytechnic where they divided into two classes. The technique in gaining data is using two tests, they are written and questionnaire test. The result of data is analyzed by T-test, and questionnaire is analyzed by calculating the average scores which have set by Likert-scale. Research found that t-score > t-table that is 2.41>1,69. This showed that, the students' score on derivative material taught by quantum teaching by adopting media maple is better than the students' score taught by conventional method at informatics engineering of South Aceh Polytechnic. As for the students' responses, gainned the average of a proposed statements is 3.52. According to the specified criterias, the researcher concludes that the students' responses toward the implementation of quantum teaching by software maple on derivative function is very positive.

Kajian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan sufiks -eun dalam bahasa Sunda yang dikaji dari segi fungsi gramatikal dan semantik. Deskripsinya mencakup bentuk kata, fungsi gramatikal dan semantis, perilaku sufiks -eun, fungsi gramatikal sufiks -eun, dan fungsi semantis sufiks -eun. Dalam kajian ini digunakan metode deskriptif. Sumber data kajian ini berupa ragam bahasa Sunda lisan dan tulis. Untuk mengumpulkan data digunakan teknik teks, intuisi atau introspeksi, dan teknik elisitasi. Untuk mengolah data digunakan metode distribusional dengan analisis unsur langsung sebagai teknik dasar, yang diikuti teknik subsitusi sebagai teknik lanjutan. Kajian ini menyimpulkan bahwa sufiks -eun memiliki perilaku mandiri dan gabungan dengan sufiks lain serta reduplikasi. Sufiks -eun membentuk kata turunan dari bentuk dasar. Baik sufiks -eun mandiri maupun gabungan memiliki fungsi inflektif dan fungsi derivatif seperti fungsi verbal, fungsi adjektival, fungsi nominal, dan fungsi numeral. Sebagai akibat hubungannya dengan bentuk dasar, sufiks -eun memiliki makna gramatikal seperti ‘orang III ada dalam keadaan BD’. This study aims to describe the suf􀂿x-eun in Sundanese are assessed in terms of grammatical and semantic functions. Includes a description of the form of words, grammatical and semantic functions, behavior-eun suf􀂿x, suf􀂿x-eun grammatical functions and semantic functions of suf􀂿xeun. In this study used a descriptive method. The study of data sources in the form of the languagevariety spoken and written. Techniques used to collect data text, intuition or introspection, and elicitation techniques. To process the data used distributional methods with direct elemental analysis as the basic techniques, followed by a substitution technique as advanced techniques. The study concluded that the suf􀂿x-eun has independent behavioral and combined with other sufixes and reduplication. Suf􀂿x-eun forming a derivation of the basic form. Either independently or suf􀂿x-eun has combined function and derivative function such in􀃀ectional verbal function, the function adjektival, nominal function, and the function of the numerals. As a result to do with the basic form, the suf􀂿x-eun has grammatical meanings such as ‘third person is in a state of BD’.

AbstractBy means of the weight functions, Hermite–Hadamard’s inequality, and the techniques of real analysis, a new more accurate reverse half-discrete Mulholland-type inequality involving one higher-order derivative function is given. The equivalent statements of the best possible constant factor related to a few parameters, the equivalent forms, and several particular inequalities are provided. Another kind of the reverses is also considered.
