The title compound, C11H9NO3, contains an isoxazole and a hydroxybenzylidene ring, which are inclined to each another by 3.18 (8)°. There is an intramolecular C—H...O contact forming an S(7) ring. In the crystal, molecules stack head-to-tail in columns along the b-axis direction, linked by offset π–π interactions [intercentroid distances of 3.676 (1) and 3.723 (1) Å]. The columns are linked by O—H...O and O—H...N hydrogen bonds, forming layers parallel to the ab plane. The layers are linked by C—H...O hydrogen bonds, forming a supramolecular three-dimensional framework. An analysis of the Hirshfeld surfaces points to the importance of the O—H...O and O—H...N hydrogen bonding in the packing mechanism of the crystal structure.

The title compound, C29H36O5, a cassane-type diterpenoid {systematic name: (4aR,5R,6R,6aS,7R,11aS,11bR)-4a,6-dihydroxy-4,4,7,11b-tetramethyl-1,2,3,4,4a,5,6,6a,7,11,11a,11b-dodecahydrophenanthro[3,2-b]furan-5-yl 3-phenylprop-2-enoate}, was isolated from a medicinally important plant,Caesalpinia pulcherrima(Fabaceae). In the molecule, three cyclohexane rings aretrans-fused and adopt chair, chair and half-chair conformations. In the crystal, molecules are linkedviaO—H...O hydrogen bonds, forming a tape structure along theb-axis direction. The tapes are further linked into a double-tape structure through C—H...π interactions. The Hirshfeld surface analysis indicates that the contributions to the crystal packing are H...H (65.5%), C...H (18.7%), O...H (14.5%) and C...O (0.3%).

In the crystals of the title compound, C5H7N2 +·CNS−·C5H6N2, the components are linked by three N—H...N and two N—H...S hydrogen bonds, resulting in two interpenetrating three-dimensional networks. Hirshfeld surface analysis shows that the most important contributions to the crystal packing are from H...H (36.6%), C...H/H...C (20.4%), S...H/H...S (19.7%) and N...H/H...N (13.4%) interactions.

The title compound, C9H7NO2S crystallizes with two independent molecules (A and B) in the asymmetric unit with Z = 8. Both molecules are almost planar with a dihedral angle between the isoxazole and thiophen rings of 3.67 (2)° in molecule A and 10.00 (1) ° in molecule B. The packing of molecules A and B is of an ABAB... type along the b-axis direction, the configuration about the C=C bond is Z. In the crystal, the presence of C—H...O, C—H... N and π–π interactions [centroid–centroid distances of 3.701 (2) and 3.766 (2) Å] link the molecules into a three-dimensional architecture. An analysis of Hirshfeld surfaces shows the importance of C—H...O and C—H...N hydrogen bonds in the packing mechanism of the crystalline structure.

In the title compound, C24H18Cl3NO3, the tetrahydrofuran rings adopt envelope conformations. In the crystal, C—H...O hydrogen bonds connect molecules, generating layers parallel to the (001) plane. These layers are connected along the c-axis direction by C—H...π interactions. The packing is further stabilized by interlayer van der Waals and interhalogen interactions. The most important contributions to the surface contacts are from H...H (36.8%), Cl...H/H...Cl (26.6%), C...H/H...C (18.8%) and O...H/H...O (11.3%) interactions, as concluded from a Hirshfeld surface analysis.

In the title compound, C15H15Br2NO2, two bridged tetrahydrofuran rings adopt envelope conformations with the O atom as the flap. The pyrrolidine ring also adopts an envelope conformation with the spiro C atom as the flap. In the crystal, the molecules are linked into dimers by pairs of C—H...O hydrogen bonds, thus generating R 2 2(18) rings. The title compound, C23H21N3O2, is constructed about an almost planar disubstituted aminourea residue (r.m.s. deviation = 0.0201 Å), which features an intramolecular amine-N—H...N(imine) hydrogen bond. In the `all-trans' chain connecting this to the terminal methoxybenzene residue, the conformation about each of the imine and ethylene double bonds isE. In the crystal, amide-N—H...O(carbonyl) hydrogen bonds connect centrosymmetrically related molecules into dimeric aggregates, which also incorporate ethylene-C—H...O(amide) interactions. The dimers are linked by amine–phenyl-C—H...π(imine–phenyl) and methoxybenzene-C—H...π(amine–phenyl) interactions to generate a three-dimensional network. The importance of C—H...π interactions in the molecular packing is reflected in the relatively high contributions made by C...H/H...C contacts to the Hirshfeld surface,i.e. 31.6%.

The bicyclic imidazo[1,2-a]pyridine core of the title compound, C19H19N3, is relatively planar with an r.m.s. deviation of 0.040 Å. The phenyl ring is inclined to the mean plane of the imidazo[1,2-a]pyridine unit by 18.2 (1)°. In the crystal, molecules are linked by N—H...H hydrogen bonds, forming chains along the c-axis direction. The chains are linked by C—H...π interactions, forming slabs parallel to the ac plane. The Hirshfeld surface analysis and fingerprint plots reveal that the crystal structure is dominated by H...H (54%) and C...H/H...C (35.6%) contacts. The crystal studied was refined as an inversion twin

The title compound, C23H21N3, comprises a 2-amino-3-cyanopyridine ring fused with a cyclopentane ring. The later adopts an envelope conformation with the central methylene C atom as the flap. The benzyl and andp-tolyl rings are inclined to one another by 56.18 (15)°, and to the pyridine ring by 81.87 (14) and 47.60 (11)°, respectively. In the crystal, molecules are linked by pairs of N—H...Nnitrilehydrogen bonds, forming inversion dimers with anR22(12) ring motif. The dimers are linked by C—H...π and π–π interactions [centroid–centroid distance = 3.7211 (12) Å], forming a three-dimensional framework.

In the title compound, C12H14N2O2S2, the dihydropyrimidine ring adopts a sofa conformation, with the C atom bearing the thienyl ring lying above the plane of the five remaining approximately coplanar (r.m.s. deviation = 0.0405 Å) atoms of the ring. The dihedral angle between the five near coplanar atoms of the ring and the thienyl ring is 89.78 (11)°. In the crystal, molecules are linked into a supramolecular chain along [100]viaN—H...O(carbonyl) hydrogen bonds. Inversion-related chains are linked into double chainsviaN—H...S(thione) hydrogen bonds. The three-dimensional architecture also features methyl–thienyl C—H...π interactions.
