In human social life, it is often need to make comprehensive evaluation for person, thing , or a project to carry on the classification or evaluation. Analytic hierarchy process is relatively common and the most simple evaluation model. It draw up a series of evaluation index according to the evaluation object. The index may contain multiple child index, according to the relationship between the indexes or artificial factors to determine tie index weight, and get the overall evaluation for objects. The artificial factor is too much, it can not objectively reflect the real situation of the evaluation object. This paper proposed a evaluation method based on neural networks, based on the indexed of the analytic hierarchy process, through using the expert evaluation samples, by the BP neural network to study, so as to get the objective weight of the indexes, and then reflect the real situation of the evaluation objects.

Studying optimization and decision for opening electromagnetic loop networks plays an important role in planning and operation of power grids. First, the basic principle of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) is introduced, and then an improved FAHP-based scheme evaluation method is proposed for decoupling electromagnetic loop networks based on a set of indicators reflecting the performance of the candidate schemes. The proposed method combines the advantages of analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. On the one hand, AHP effectively combines qualitative and quantitative analysis to ensure the rationality of the evaluation model; on the other hand, the judgment matrix and qualitative indicators are expressed with trapezoidal fuzzy numbers to make decision-making more realistic. The effectiveness of the proposed method is validated by the application results on the real power system of Liaoning province of China.

This paper conducted the EN-1 ionic liquid improved soil comparison and evaluation between the stabilization soil and the stabilized aggregate materials in order to analyze its economic cost and solve the issues of road base material selection with the multiple influence factors. Firstly analytic hierarchy process (AHP) was used to establish the hierarchical structure of the decision index and the weight of each indicator in an index layer. Secondly the fuzzy relation matrix of the evaluation criteria were determined by expert evaluation method, and then a comprehensive fuzzy evaluation model can be established for the selection of road base materials. Finally, based on the comprehensive sequencing of different materials derived from fuzzy mathematical calculations, the optimal selection can be achieved. The proposed evaluation model comprehended the availability of material, construction requirements, load capacity, durability, energy consumption, environment protection and material cost etc. This research provided a theoretical basis as well as an effective and practical solution for the future development of highway construction in China.

We frist establish the evaluation index system according to the characteristics of the simulation training system through analysis, and second , we calculate the index weight use improved gray analytic hierarchy process which simplify the steps of the original analytic hierarchy process. Third we use the Delphi method to establish the membership degree of every evaluation index, and finally we use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to get the evaluation results of the simulation training system, the results show that the evaluation model is consistency to the expert assessment , meet the actual needs, is an effective method of power system simulation training assessment.

Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy theory which is defined as fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) has been widely used for a variety of applications including evaluation and decision-making. In the study, the method based on FAHP is proposed to evaluate students’ grade statistics system, where analytic hierarchy process is a common method and is applied for various sectors for analyzing qualitative criteria to weight the alternatives, and the merit of using fuzzy approach is to express the distribution of evaluation values of each index. On the basis of describing evaluation indexes for students’ grade statistics system, and the evaluation model of students’ grade statistics system is created based on analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy theory. Finally, the case is adopted to testify the effectiveness of the proposed method.

As water abundance of aquifer of coal roof significantly influences roof water hazard, evaluating and grading the degree of water abundance are important in practical application. By analyzing the influencing factors of water abundance of aquifer, an evaluation index system and a grading standard for the water abundance were established integrating quantitative and qualitative indexes. Meanwhile, according to the grey relation characteristics of the major factors influencing water abundance, a multi-factor evaluation model for water abundance was constructed based on grey relational analysis and analytic hierarchy process. The model can objectively reveal the influences of the multiple factors on the evaluation of water abundance. Furthermore, the method was verified by comprehensively evaluating the water abundance of the aquifer of coal roof in a working face of Pingshuo Coal Mine in Shanxi, China using the model. The method provides basis for the research on the evaluation of water abundance of aquifer in coal roof.
