Aiming at making the decision about production resource allocation of engineering machinery through the coordination of enterprises, firstly the collaborative group decision-making method of production resource allocation is proposed based on an information entropy model. On the basis of that, a new structure of group decision support system is constructed by Web Services technology. Finally the decision-making system of engineering machinery industry of Hunan province is taken as an example to verify and apply.

Evaluation of bids by WG ULP has an important role in the selection of providers of construction work to determine the potential winner. A group decision support system is a system that can help the Working Group ULP Bali provincial government in making decisions with the ability to analyze the construction work provider selection criteria with AHP and Borda method. With GDSS bid evaluation, all members of the Working Group can evaluate the ULP provider offering construction work optimally based on the criteria of administrative, technical prices so as to improve the quality of the repair process of group decision-making. Both methods are used because there are two stages in the decision-making that decision of individual and group decision. The test results show that the system can be applied GDSS as decision support systems in the bid evaluation provider of construction work and decided the company's most worthy to be a winner

Mobile based culinary recommendation system has received significant attention in recent mobile application research . Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) has regained popularity in supporting multi-criteria decision making due to this method allowing inclusion of many factors and criteria into the decision making process. Previous works on mobile based scenario culinary recommendation system reveal that TOPSIS stand out from other recommendation approaches like AHP and Fuzzy by providing a lightweight computation algorithm that have promising performance in time complexity. However, computing a culinary recommendation using TOPSIS has own limitations especially in the menu judgment processes due to the alternatives priority only include personal preferences for recommendation. In such a culinary recommendation system scenario, users more likely search culinary menus in group instead of alone. This research aims to develop a culinary recommendation system based on group decision support system (GDSS) using TOPSIS that possible to calculate a recommendation by using group preferences instead of personal preferences. The experimental results show that the overall functional of proposed GDSS gives better recommendation result. GDSS using TOPSIS have 100% rank consistency for 6 group of users with 5 combination of menus. The accuracy testing shows that 83,33 % recommendation of GDSS TOPSIS are match with real user preferences. Furthermore, it can be run well in various type of Android smartphone.

This paper presents a web base multicriteria group decision support system for evaluating information security policy decision making with respect to Indian e-government system. This study first proposes a rational-political group decision-making model which identifies three uncertain factors involved in a group decision-making process: decision maker’s roles in a group reaching a satisfactory solution, preferences for alternatives and judgments for assessment criteria. Based on the model, a linguistic term oriented multi criteria group decision-making method is developed. The method uses general fuzzy number to deal with the three uncertain factors described by linguistic terms and aggregates these factors into a group satisfactory decision that is in a most acceptable degree of the group. Moreover, this study implements the method by developing a web-based group decision support system. This system allows decision makers to participate a group decision-making through the web, and manages the group decision-making process as a whole, from criteria generation, alternative evaluation, opinions interaction to decision aggregation. An information security decision making problem is presented to demonstrate the effectiveness of the approach.
