MASALAH RENDAHNYA ICT LITERACY DALAM PEMBELAJARAN AKUNTANSI DI ERA TEKNOLOGI INFORMASIIn this current information and technology era, Information and Communication Technology (ICT) has unavoidably become an integral part of human life, including that in education especially in learning activities. Based on many studies, ICT, especially computer technology, can make learning processes more effective and efficient. This also happens in accounting learning processes. Indeed, the use of computer technology (multimedia) in accounting learning activity is needed because it will solve difficulties faced by students in their attempt to understand the concept of accounting. Consequently both teachers and students need to have ICT literacy. Unfortunately, lack of ICT literacy that education practitioners are coping with has still become a problem in the implementation of information technology in accounting learning. Because of the urgent need of ICT literacy for instruction and lack of ICT literacy, there is an immediate need to have some efforts to overcome that problem. Those efforts are: (1) developing curriculum that includes ICT literacy for primary and secondary schools, as well as for schools of  teacher education (previously a university’s faculty of teachers training and education); (2) preparing the human resources, i.e., teachers, through training; (3) providing schools with computer facilities (including hardware and software) and the access to the internet, (4) designing and developing digital libraries; (4) developing ICT centers and maximizing their functions to generate ICT programs (software); (5) developing network; and (6) increasing both teacher’s and learners’ consciousness  of the ICT and its urgency as the learning media and resources. Kata kunci : ICT and ICT literacy, ICT in curriculum design, human resources development, accounting learning

Art education is an important part of quality education in China. It undertakes the important responsibility of cultivating students' aesthetic ability, art appreciation ability, art perception ability, and expression ability. In junior middle school art teaching, the skill of pattern creation is an ability that needs to be focused on cultivating students. The computer multimedia art patterns are currently created mainly relying on manual drawing. A computer multimedia art pattern production model is proposed based on the P-filling algorithm in this paper. After using the P-filling algorithm to quickly generate a large number of fake images and retrieve the code of the most recent damaged image, the code estimates the missing content by generating a model. On this basis, the semantic P-filling algorithm and the perceptual P-filling algorithm are combined, and the unsaturated region is enlarged by improving the activation function sigmoid function, which solves the problem that the gradient is easy to disappear. Experimental results show that, through this production model, users can produce a large number of computer multimedia art patterns with hand-drawn style features through very little interaction and parameter control.

Abstract I draw on the education literature to describe four educational curriculum models, which serve as a basis for presenting four TBLT curricula based on the proposals of Prabhu (1987); Willis (1996), Long (1985, 2015a, 2015b) and myself (Ellis, 2003 and 2019) – all of which have figured in the development of TBLT. I propose a set of questions that can be used to evaluate these models. I then turn to examine the curriculum design process, identifying options in TBLT curricula that are available at each stage of the process. I point to a tension that exists between what SLA theory indicates is needed and what environmental constraints make feasible and conclude with a plea for flexibility by weighing up which options are appropriate in different teaching situations. I also summarize how I see TBLT benefitting from adopting a broad education perspective that includes critical language pedagogy.

C language program design is a basic and also the core of university teaching computer courses. This paper discussed C language animated programming and curriculum tutorial design in the engineering applications, need be able to combine theoretical knowledge and practical application, in the limited class hours, stimulate students' interest in learning, and improve students' ability to actual use the C programming language. This paper summarized some experience about the characteristics of C language to improve the efficiency of teaching curriculum design guidance and outcomes, improve engineering capabilities.
