We introduce and study a new hybrid projection algorithm for finding a common element of the set of solutions of an equilibrium problem, the set of common fixed points of relatively quasi-nonexpansive mappings, and the set of solutions of the variational inequality for an inverse-strongly-monotone operator in a Banach space. Under suitable assumptions, we show a strong convergence theorem. Using this result, we obtain some applications in a Banach space. The results obtained in this paper extend and improve the several recent results in this area.

The purpose of this paper is to introduce a new hybrid projection method for finding a common element of the set of common fixed points of two relatively quasi-nonexpansive mappings, the set of the variational inequality for anα-inverse-strongly monotone, and the set of solutions of the generalized equilibrium problem in the framework of a real Banach space. We obtain a strong convergence theorem for the sequences generated by this process in a 2-uniformly convex and uniformly smooth Banach space. Base on this result, we also get some new and interesting results. The results in this paper generalize, extend, and unify some well-known strong convergence results in the literature.

We introduce a new hybrid iterative scheme for finding a common element of the set of common fixed points of two countable families of relatively quasi-nonexpansive mappings, the set of the variational inequality, the set of solutions of the generalized mixed equilibrium problem, and zeros of maximal monotone operators in a Banach space. We obtain a strong convergence theorem for the sequences generated by this process in a 2-uniformly convex and uniformly smooth Banach space. The results obtained in this paper improve and extend the result of Zeng et al. (2010) and many others.

We prove a new strong convergence theorem for an element in the intersection of the set of common fixed points of a countable family of nonexpansive mappings, the set of solutions of some variational inequality problems, and the set of solutions of some equilibrium problems using a new iterative scheme. Our theorem generalizes and improves some recent results.

We introduce an explicit iterative scheme for computing a common fixed point of a sequence of nearly nonexpansive mappings defined on a closed convex subset of a real Hilbert space which is also a solution of a variational inequality problem. We prove a strong convergence theorem for a sequence generated by the considered iterative scheme under suitable conditions. Our strong convergence theorem extends and improves several corresponding results in the context of nearly nonexpansive mappings.

We introduce an iterative algorithm for finding a common element of the set of common fixed points of a finite family of closed quasi-ϕ-asymptotically nonexpansive mappings, the set of solutions of an equilibrium problem, and the set of solutions of the variational inequality problem for aγ-inverse strongly monotone mapping in Banach spaces. Then we study the strong convergence of the algorithm. Our results improve and extend the corresponding results announced by many others.

In this paper, we study strong convergence of common fixed points of two asymptotically quasi-nonexpansive mappings and prove that if $K$ is a nonempty closed convex subset of a real Banach space $E$ and let $ S, T\colon K\to K $ be two asymptotically quasi-nonexpansive mappings with sequences $ \{u_n\}$, $\{v_n\}\subset [0,\infty) $ such that $ \sum_{n=1}^{\infty}u_n

We introduce a new iterative scheme and a new mapping generated by infinite family of nonexpansive mappings and infinite real number. By using both of these ideas, we obtain strong convergence theorem for finding a common element of the set of solution of equilibrium problem and the set of variational inequality and the set of fixed-point problems of infinite family of nonexpansive mappings. Moreover, we apply our main result to obtain strong convergence theorems for finding a common element of the set of solution of equilibrium problem and the set of variational inequality and the set of common fixed point of pseudocontractive mappings.

We introduce a hybrid iterative scheme for finding a common element of the set of common fixed points for a family of infinitely nonexpansive mappings, the set of solutions of the varitional inequality problem and the equilibrium problem in Hilbert space. Under suitable conditions, some strong convergence theorems are obtained. Our results improve and extend the corresponding results in (Chang et al.
