The tutorial discusses the basics of building hydro-mechanical systems, the composition of their components, the functional description, the element base, the methods for calculating the basic parameters and the determination of the characteristics of the elements of hydraulic systems. The study of circuit solutions of process equipment requires knowledge of the principles of operation of individual elements of the hydraulic drive: power sources, hydraulic motors, control, guide and control equipment, auxiliary devices. Presented hydroficated mobile and stationary technological equipment, allows for the example of real-life facilities to consolidate knowledge of the synthesis and analysis of hydro-mechanical systems.

Methods of power supply and control of parallel operating hydraulic motors and devices having prospects of application in mining, construction and road machines are considered. Diagrams of present-day hydraulic systems of machines with LS/PC (LoadSensing/PressureCompensation) and PPPC (ProportionalPriorityPressureCompensation) control are presented. Methods of power supply and control of parallel operating hydraulic motors and devices, as well as diagrams of hydraulic systems implementing them are compared.

SUMMARY In this paper, mathematical models of kinematics, statics and inverse dynamics are derived firstly according to the mechanical structure of leg hydraulic drive system (LHDS). Then, all the above models are integrated with MATLAB/Simulink to build the LHDS simulation model, the model not only considers influence of leg dynamic characteristics on hydraulic system but also takes into account nonlinearity, variable load characteristics and other common problems brought by hydraulic system, and solves compatibility and operation time which brought by using multiple software simultaneously. The experimental results show the simulation model built in this paper can accurately express characteristics of the system.
