The article focuses on the teaching English to Master's students using blended learning approach. To meet the demand of professional standards teachers at Togliatti State University are to form foreign language communicative competence having just a few academic hours for oral communication. The suggested Project-Based Blended Learning Model is considered to be a solution to this problem. This Model consists of four basic elements: face-to-face learning, a Web 2.0 application LearningApps, MOOC Coursera and Reading Science. The way to implement the Model into educational process is shown. The paper is based on the own unique survey that yields some interesting results which prove the effectiveness of this Blended Learning Model. It gives the opportunity to create the environment for providing a learning pathway and the learning process control.

Indonesia is faced with an outbreak of the COVID-19 virus in early 2020. The COVID-19 pandemik has an impact on Indonesia, especially for the world of education, where the learning process is transferred to the online learning system (online) and remains at home to take part in the learning process. One of the learning models used for the learning process is the blended learning model. This study is designed to reveal the effect of the blended learning model on students' economic learning motivation and the effect of the blended learning model on the COVID-19 pandemik. This study was conducted using a phenomological method with a qualitative approach. The population in this study took proportional random sampling of information so that 16 informants were obtained consisting of 5 students (i) at the Makassar State University (UNM), 5 high school students (SMA) scattered in several cities, and 6 students from Junior High Schools (SMP) from several cities. Data collection techniques used in this study were online interviews via the WhatsApp application with several questions and data analysis techniques used to assist this study were coding techniques. Based on the research results, it can be seen that (1) the blended learning model has a positive effect on economic learning motivation in students (2) the blended learning model has a positive effect on the COVID-19 pandemik period.

The study was to test the effectiveness of the Web-Based Interactive Blended Learning Model (BLIBW) for subjects in the Department of Electrical Engineering, Padang State University. The design that the researcher employed was a quasi-experimental design with one group pretest-posttest, which was conducted on a group of students consisting of 30 people and the test was conducted for two times. The effectiveness of BLIBW Model was tested by comparing the average pretest scores and the average posttest scores both in the first trial and the second trial. The average prestest and posttest scores in the first trial were 14.13 and 33.80. The increase in the average score was significant at alpha 0.05. Then, the average pretest and posttest scores in the second trial were 18.67 and 47.03. The result was also significant at alpha 0.05. The effectiveness of BLIBW Model in the second trial was higher than in the first test. Those result were not entirely satisfactory and it might be caused several weaknesses in both tests such as: the number of sessions were limited, there was only one subject, and the number of students who were subjected too limited. However, the researcher would like to conclude that the BLIBW Model might be implemented as a replacement alternative for the face-to-face instruction.

Blended learning is a mixed learning model between conventional learning or commonly called face-to-face and e-learning. This learning model utilizes an internet connection to do one of its components, namely online learning that utilizes certain applications. Based on that, the problems examined in this study are: (1) How did students feel about their blended learning experience, (2) What difficulties/challenges did students experience during their blended learning experience? This study aims to determine learning experiences and difficulties/challenges using blended learning models in EFL learners at the University of Sulawesi Barat and the type of ethnographic research that focuses on case studies. This study focuses on case studies in order to investigate deep phenomena regarding a case. Data are described descriptively. The subjects in this study are students or learners of English as a foreign language (EFL) at the University of Sulawesi Barat. Data collection methods are observation, interviews, and questionnaires addressed to EFL students. The validity of the data technique is the technique of triangulation. The result of this study represents 5 learning experiences that faced by all subjects. There were blended learning method made them more excited because can done everywhere, less embarrassing felt, flexible, motivate to active in learning, simplify and speed up the process of nonstop communication. Furthermore, difficulties/challenges faced by all subjects using the method was network connection an Four varying categories emerged and these included: managing time, technical issues, novelty of the learning experience, and learning style.

One of the main problems of the development of higher education in Indonesia is how to increase public participation that is usually reflected by the gross enrollment ratio (GER). One of the government's programs to increase access to higher education is to utilize distance learning (DL) as one of the model of instruction. The legal protection to implement the DL has been available namely Law No. 12 Year 2012 on Higher Education and, Regulation of Ministry of Education and Culture No. 109 Year 2013 on the Implementation of Distance Learning in Higher Education. In addition to the Open University (UT), there have not been a lot of Indonesian universities who develop and use DL as a learning model. This article conveying an experience of developing a not only valid, but also an effective blended learning model of instruction in the State University of Padang, in effort to expand access to higher education and finding alternative learning models to overcome the limitations that are owned by an institution of higher education

Education is intended to develop students’ potential ability to respond the emergent local, national, and global phenomenon. However, today’s disruption era has forced educational institutions to better prepare the students in facing the global dynamics. Thus, Educational Technology Department in Faculty of Ilmu Pendidikan UNY (State University of Yogyakarta) attempts to facilitate the students with various abilities to accommodate the needs above. Therefore, this research is aimed to develop Blended Learning learning model which is implemented in Teori Belajar dan Pembelajaran (Learning and Instruction Theory) course. This research adopts procedure of Borg and Gall (1983), learning system design model of C. M. Reigeluth, and combined with E. L. Criswell & Luther model, by; a) conducting preliminary research, b) devising plans, c) developing prototype model, d) testing materials and model experts followed by revisions, e) running user tests, and f) carrying out field experiment. Research produces Blended Learning learning model in Teori Belajar dan Pembelajaran course for undergraduates of Educational TechnologyDepartmentinFacultyofIlmuPendidikanUNYemploying besmart version 2 e-learning owned by UNY. To conclude, Blended Learning has proven feasible to be executed successfully, both from materials and learning media point of view as well as its convenience when used by students.
