This paper aims to investigate the impact of sustainable practices especially sustainable production and sustainable supplier management on supply chain performance. This empirical study demonstrate the contextual examination of sustainable practices especially with reference to an emerging economy like Pakistan. Survey was employed to collect data from 100 Food Manufacturing Firms. Exploratory Factor Analysis and Structure Equation Modeling was used through AMOS to test hypothesis. The results reveal that sustainable production and sustainable supplier management both significantly impact triple bottom line. However, sustainable production generate stronger impact on social performance, while, sustainable supplier management significantly effects environmental performance. Additionally, the findings provide valuable insights regarding the use of sustainable production and sustainable supplier management and their impact on supply chain performance. As a requirement of competitiveness, businesses procure those goods and services which are beyond their own fields of activity from specialized businesses. Based on this requirement, examination of the effect of outsourcing, one of the crucial instruments for businesses in gaining competitive advantage, on sustainable supply chain performance and business performance, is of importance in terms of bringing a point of view on the dimensions of the ongoing competition in sectoral sense and enabling the businesses to assess their own structures. In this context, the effect of outsourcing by businesses operating in food industry in the province of Konya on sustainable supply chain performance and business performance was examined in this study. Structural equation modeling was utilized to analyze the correlation between the variables. While no statistically significant correlation could be determined between outsourcing and sustainable supply chain perforrmance, it was found out that a statistically significant correlation existed between sustainable supply chain performance and business performance as well as between the outsourcing and business performance.

Most companies nowadays have already implemented on-premise or cloud -based ERP systems into their IT infraestrutures. These packages allow firms to integrate, standardize and execute the whole business processes in real time, improving their productivity and operational efficiency. Previous studies highlight their beneficial effects go beyond the single firm. Indeed, ERP system can assist supply‐chain partners to work in close coordination. In order to reach a better understanding in this matter, the present study aims to develop a comprehensive framework. This will represent the benefits derived from ERP adoption in Supply Chain performance. In doing so, we applied an interpretive structural modelling (ISM). Finally, we provide a case study that explores the viability of this framework.
