This study aims to find out how the work program, the constraints, the role, the success rate, and the implementation of the program conducted by Pesantren Yatim Al-Hilal in empowering orphaned resources by building the community's caring participation for abandoned orphans. Place research conducted by the author that is in Pesantren Yatim Al-Hilal Village Rancapanggung Kec. Cililin Kab. West Bandung. The method used in this research is descriptive method, with data collection technique through documentation study, observation and interview. Because the research is qualitative, the data collected is then analyzed by selecting and classifying the data in order to facilitate the conclusion. Based on the results of research conducted on this Pesantren Yatim Al-Hilal, the authors found out that empowerment of orphans conducted by Al-Hilal pesantren by providing human resource development by improving both social and religious knowledge, by meeting the needs of life for orphans as the realization of the success of orphans in achieving their goals and can be useful for the nation, and the country. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana program, kegiatan, pelaksanaan, peran dan faktor pendukung serta penghambat yang dilakukan oleh Komunitas Gerakan Pemuda Hijrah dalam menyemangati Keagamaan para Pemuda. Tempat penelitian yang dilakukan oleh penulis yaitu di Komunitas Gerakan Pemuda Hijrah yang bermarkas di Masjid Al- Lathiif Jalan Saninten No. 2 Bandung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui studi dokumentasi, observasi dan wawancara. Karena penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif, maka data yang dikumpulkan kemudian dianalisis dengan memilih dan mengklasifikasikan data tersebut supaya mempermudah dalam penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan terhadap Komunitas Gerakan Pemuda Hijrah ini, penulis menemukan hasil bahwa komunitas Gerakan Pemuda Hijrah sangat berperan dalam menyemangati keagamaan para pemuda, terutama pengajarkan dalam hal keagamaan yang sifatnya mampu menjadikan sorang insan yang benar-benar bertakwa dan beriman kepada Allah SWT.

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to conduct a critical review of the mediation studies published in the field of Human Resource Development (HRD) to discern if the study designs, the nature of data collection and the choice of statistical methods justify the causal claims made in those studies. Design/methodology/approach This paper conducts a critical review of published refereed articles that examined mediation in Human Resource Development Quarterly, Human Resource Development International, Advances in Developing Human Resources and European Journal of Training and Development. Mediation studies published in these journals from 2000 to 2015 were identified and coded. The four journals sampled were chosen to provide breadth of coverage of the different types of empirical studies published in the field of HRD. Findings The review findings imply that HRD scholars are not employing experimental or longitudinal designs in their studies when randomized experiments and longitudinal studies with at least three waves of data collection are regarded as the golden standards of causal research. Further, the findings indicate that sophisticated statistical modeling approaches like structural equation modeling are widely used to examine mediation in cross-sectional studies and most importantly, a large number of such studies do not acknowledge that cross-sectional data does not allow definite causal claims. Research limitations/implications Although the findings urge us to rethink the inferences of mediation effects reported over the past 15 years in the field of HRD, this study also serves as a guide in thinking about framing and testing causal mediation models in future HRD research and even argues for a paradigm shift from a positivist orientation to critical and postmodern perspectives that can accommodate mixed methods designs for mediation research in HRD. Originality/value This paper presents a critical review of the trends in examining mediation models in the HRD discipline, suggests best practices for researchers examining the causal process of mediation and directs readers to recent methodological articles that have discussed causal issues in mediation studies.

The Langgar in the tradition of the Javanese community, in some other areas known as the Tajug, the Surau, and the Mosque. In general, this langgar building has parts of the room such as a curing, main room, and porch, for worship activities and Islamic religious education using the halaqah and Sorogan methods. This research which uses ethnographic descriptive method seeks to describe the events of human resource development through religious education and the processes that take place in it. From this research, it was found that the method of human resource development in Langgar was through the Halaqoh educational institution (learning circle) with the Sorogan technique so that it necessitated mixed learning methods. The institutionalization of the values of Islamic teachings through this mixed learning process is interesting to study so that in this study the process of institutionalization through Islamic religious education in Langgar Jati, Sidorejo, Sugio, Lamongan, East Java.

Abstract, The development of human resources in the tourism service has not been adequate due to various aspects of the drivers and obstacles. This study aims to identify the aspects of the drivers and inhibitors of human resource development in the Kupang District Tourism Office. Research using qualitative descriptive methods. With interview and documentation data collection techniques. Data collected uses analytical content to classify human resource development and the driving and inhibiting aspects of human resource development. The results of this study the Tourism Office is trying to improve human resources for employees and destinations in Kupang Regency tourism.Key words: development, human resources, tourism Abstrak, Pengembangan sumber daya manusia di dinas pariwisata belum memadai karena berbagai aspek pendorong dan penghambat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengengtahui aspek-aspek pendorong dan penghambat pengembangan sumber daya manusia di Dinas Pariwisata Kabupaten Kupang. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Dengan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data terkumpul menggunakan konten analisis untuk mengklasifikasi pengembangan sumber daya manusia dan aspek-aspek pendorong dan penghambat pengembangan sumber daya manusia. Hasil penelitian ini Dinas Pariwisata sedang berupaya untuk meningkatkan sumber daya manusia bagi para pegawai dan destinasi-destinasi yang ada di pariwisata Kabupaten Kupang.Kata kunci: pengembangan, sumber daya manusia, pariwisata

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi manajemen sumber daya manusia pondok pesantren pagelaran II sumedang, dan mengetahui bagaimana hasil kinerja santri di pondok pesantren pagelaran II sumedang.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik observasi, studi dokumentasi dan wawancara.Hasil Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa peran manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam mengoptimalkan kinerja santri di pondok pesantren pagelaran II sumedang yang diawali dengan pengolaan dalam bentuk fungsi perencanaan dan operasional yang baru.Terutama pengrekrutan jajaran assatidz yang berdedikasi dan berpendidikan tinggi masuk ke pondok pesantren pagelaran II. Sehingga keberlangsungan pesantren akan berinovasi dan pengendalian selalu sesuai dengan perkembangan zaman. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa manajemen sumber daya manusia di pondok pesantren pagelaran II sumedang telah dijalankan dengan baik dan menunjukan keberhasilan dalam upaya menyiapkan insan kamil. ABSTRAK It aims to know how to implementation of human resources management hut pesantren by fire ii, and find out How did santri's performance result in the pesantren pagelaran 2 Sumedang. The method used in this study is a descriptive method, data collection is done using observation techniques, a documentary study and debriefing. This study found that human resource management's role in optimizing santri's performance in pondok pesantren pagelaran 2 Sumedang. That begin with processing in the form of new planning and operational functions. Particularly recruits for the dedicated, highly educated assatidz went into the pagelaran 2 Sumedang. So martial arts have continued to innovate and control always conforms to the development of The Times. So it is inadmissible that the human resources management at pesantren pagelaran 2 sumedang has been well run and show that is successful in preparing for the perfect human being.
