Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kebijakan pemimpin pondok pesantren Nurul Amanah dalam upaya meningkatkan life skill santri, untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan kegiatan life skill santri yang ada di pondok pesantren Nurul Amanah. Ketia, untuk mengetahui pengawasan pemimpin pondok pesantren Nurul Amanah tehadap pelaksanaan kegiatan life skill santri. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kualitatif yang menggunakan metode deskriptif karena tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menggambarkan atau memaparkan penjelasan tentang peran pemimpin pondok pesantren Nurul Amanah dalam upaya meningkatkan life skill santri. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan proses megumpulkan data, diklasifikasikan menurut jenisnya masing-masing serta hubungkan data satu dengan data yang lain, di analisis dan terakhir menarik kesimpulan. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kualitatif yang menggunakan metode deskriptif karena tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menggambarkan atau memaparkan penjelasan tentang peran pemimpin pondok pesantren Nurul Amanah dalam upaya meningkatkan life skill santri. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan proses megumpulkan data, diklasifikasikan menurut jenisnya masing-masing serta hubungkan data satu dengan data yang lain, di analisis dan terakhir menarik kesimpulan. The purpose of this study is to determine how IZI supervision regarding the utilization of productive zakat funds. In more detail, this study aims to determine the form of supervision carried out, starting from the stages, processes, and types of supervision. The theory used in this research is that of M. Manullang, namely, preventive supervision. The basic assumption is to anticipate failure during implementation from before (prevention). This research is qualitative research using the descriptive method. Collecting data in this study used observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The data analysis in this study used a logical interpretation connected with Da'wah Management's context. The research results show that the basis of thought in the supervision of productive zakat funds is to anticipate (preventive) the misuse of zakat funds, which should be utilized, into one-time consumable funds because the purpose of making productive zakat funds is to make mustahiq muzakki.Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengawasan pihak IZI mengenai pendayagunaan dana zakat produktif. Secara lebih rinci tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bentuk pengawasan yang dilakukan,dari mulai tahapan,proses dan jenis pengawasannya. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah yang dikemukakan oleh M. Manullang, yaitu pengawasan preventif. Asumsi dasarnya adalah untuk mengantisipasi kegagalan ketika pelaksanaan dari sebelumnya (pencegahan). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini digunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini digunakan penafsiran logika yang dihubungkan dengan konteks Manejemen Dakwah. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa yang menjadi landasan pemikiran dalam pengawasan dana zakat produktif adalah untuk mengantisipasi (preventif) terjadinya penyalahgunaan dana zakat yang harusnya di berdayagunakan, menjadi dana konsumtif yang sekali habis. Karena tujuan dari pendayagunaan dana zakat produktif menjadikan mustahik menjadi muzakki.

This study aims to describe the form of Mancak Padang Dance Performance in Urak Balabek Ceremony at Pauh IX Village, Kuranji District, Padang City.This research belongs to a qualitative research using analytical descriptive method. The object of research was Mancak Padang Dance in Pauh IX Village, Kuranji District, West Sumatra Province. It is focused on the form of performance. The data were collected through literature review, observation, interview, and documentation. The data analysis was conducted by using triangulation technique which compared the observation result data with the data from interview and documentation.The results of the study generally show that Mancak Padang Dance in Urak Balabek ceremony in Pauh IX Village, Kuranji District, is a village party in the context of adopting sasian to become aguru tuo and give the title. Urak Balabek ceremony is a procession of crowning someone to lift his sword. This ceremony must be attended by boys. It is to indicate that the boy is mature enough to carry on the inheritance from the previous to the present generation. This activity begins by slaughtering a buffalo. The role of women is also needed to prepare for the banquet. The first night is the government ceremonial opening andalek ceremony.Next, galanggang opening which is opened by the head of pandeka with mancak padang. It is continued by Mancak Padang dance by the kids. After that, the guru tuo perform Mancak Padang dance, and it is closedby guru  gadang. Mancak Padang dance movement originates from silat divided into three: kuda-kuda, balabekandgelek. Mancak Padang dance is accompanied by external music in the form of drums.Costumes wornare black silatclothes and a sarungin the waist. Mancak Padang dance in Urak Balabek Ceremony must be preserved from generation to generation. This is due to the fact thatthe dance is one of the traditional and cultural traditions as well as local wisdom owned by the community of Pauh IX Village, Kuranji District, West Sumatra Province.Keywords: Performances, Padang Mancak Dance, Balabek Urak Ceremony

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana metode yang digunakan pimpinan pesantren, untuk mengetahui program-program dan bentuk peran pimpinan pesantren dalam pengembangan dakwah di Pesantren. Penelitian ini berlandaskan pada sebuah teori hasibuan bahwa kepemimpinan merupakan intisari manajemen. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode deskriftip karena metode ini dipandang relevan untuk menggali dan menganalisis fenomena empiris yang terjadi dijaman sekarang. Teknik penelitian yang digunakan adalan dengan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dalam analisis datanya menggunakan jenis analisis data kualitatif. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukan bahwa dalam mengembangkan dakwah di Pondok Pesantren KH Muhammad Ridwan mengambil keputusan dengan metode yang tidak lepas dari standar dakwah, memperhatikan lingkungan dan kemampuan dewan kiai atau dewan guru, menjalankan program-program yang telah direncanakan dengan objek yang menyeluruh.  Bentuk peran yang di gunakan sebagai pimpinan semuanya sesuai dengan kondisi para santri guru dan masyarakat. Hal demikian di pandang mampu dalam pengembangan dakwah dipesantren dengan peran pemimpin sebagai individu terbaik bagi kelompoknya, sebagai tauladan bagi anggota dalam oraganisasinya dan sebagai pemimpin imformal di Pesantren dan di lingkungan masyarakat. Kata Kunci: Peran; Kepemimpinan; Pesantren ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine how the methods used by leaders of pesantren, to find out the programs and forms of role of leaders of pesantren in developing da'wah in Pesantren. This research is based on a theory of fate that leadership is the essence of management. The method used in this study is to use a descriptive method because this method is considered relevant to explore and analyze empirical phenomena that occur today. The research technique used is observations, interviews, documentation, in the analysis of data using qualitative data analysis types. The results of research conducted show that in developing da'wah at the Islamic Boarding School KH Muhammad Ridwan took decisions with methods that can not be separated from the standards of preaching, pay attention to the environment and the ability of the kiai council or teacher council, run programs that have been planned with a comprehensive object. The forms of roles used as leaders are all in accordance with the conditions of the students, teachers and the community. This is seen as being able to develop da'wah in the pesantren with the role of the leader as the best individual for the group, as a role model for members in their organizations and as an informal leader in the pesantren and in the community. Abstract The role of the cottage pesantern in fostering morals already uncontested again with a lot of challenges and temptations for the life of the students. This study aims to describe and learn about the role of boarding school in fostering promiscuity teen in SMK Ma'arif 1 Kebumen. This study is a field research and types of qualitative research. Data collection techniques using observation, documentation and interviews. The data analysis technique that used qualitative descriptive analysis which consists of 3 grooves of the activities that take place simultaneously, namely data reduction, data presentation and withdrawal of conclusion. This technique is used as a reference for the writing of the results of research and facilitate understanding of the description, which presented the results of the end of the study. The research will be looking the role of the pesantren in the development of character in SMK ma'arif 1 Kebumen. Expected from the coaching to the youth as the next generation can give birth to a generation better. The generation that is able to maintain values but can contribute to the development of the Indonesian nation from the physical and spiritual. This study aim to knowing the effectiveness of efforts to empower the latest undergraduate graduates to help volunteer for learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research is qualitative research with a descriptive method that seeks to describe the role that the undergraduate can become a volunteer for learning. Data analysis techniques are in the form of collecting data from respondents. Data is reduced, data is presented, and then analyzed. The results obtained were found that fresh graduates were graduates who had just graduated from campuses around the Flores area in general and IKIP Muhammadiyah Maumere in particular and their roles in many ways teachers, students and being assistants. Parents in accompanying their children to study at and from home. From the implementation of this volunteer, it was found that there were changes in connection with the assisted learning process from home, which was enforced, school children felt helped in terms of progress in subject matter and were not left behind in understanding the material provided by teachers from school, parents and students also got new knowledge about the use of IT.

This study aimed to describe the role of women in the novel Tarian Bumi works Oka Rusmini especially regarding the role of women in family and society.  This research is a qualitative research with descriptive method that is verbally describing the problems found in the object of research, the theory used, data analysis, and so on. To examine how the role of women in family and society in the novel, this research is performed the the following steps: (1) analyzing the data by identifying the parts relating to the role of women in the family and society. (2) classify data relating to women’s roles. (3) interpret data. (4) make conclusions and compile research reports. Based on data analysis, it was concluded that the role of women in the novel Tarian Bumi by Oka Rusmini is as follows. The Yanbu'a method is applied at the Darul Ulum Kudus Islamic Boarding School to improve learning outcomes to read al-Qur’an.  This study aims to determine how to learn al-Qur’an using the Yanbu'a method at the Darul Ulum Kudos Islamic Boarding School.  This type of research is descriptive and qualitative research.  Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews and documents.  The data analysis used followed the analysis of Miles and Huberman's model, namely data reduction, data representation and verification.  The results of this study indicate that: First, on the basis of active, innovative, creative, effective and interesting learning the Yanbu'a method is adopted at the Darulum Suci Islamic Boarding School.  Second, the role of Yanbu language learning at Darul Ulum Islamic Boarding School to study al-Qur’an is very important to improve learning outcomes to read al-Qur’an.  Based on the research results, this method can improve students' ability to read al-Qur’an based on makharijul and tajwid letters.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran pimpinan pondok pesantren YPI An-Nur Garut dalam penentuan metode dan program pengembangan dakwah dan bentuk pelaksanaan serta evaluasi dalam kegiatan pengembangan dakwah. Metode deskriptif digunakan dalam penelitian ini karena metode ini dipandang relevan untuk menggali dan menganalisis fenomena yang terjadi secara empiris. Teknik penelitian yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan analisis data kualitatif. Berdasarkan pengamatan dan analisis data penelitian, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa peran KH. Ahmad Badruddin dalam pengembangan dakwah, dipandang sebagai seorang tokoh, pemimpin teladan, juga penghubung. Dalam penentuan metode dalam peningkatan kualitas para da’i, menggunakan tiga. Kemudian program yang dikembangkan, meliputi pengembangan pondok pesantren, madrasah, ekstrakulikuler, serta pembinaan dan pengembangan organisasi. Bentuk pelaksanaan dan evaluasi kegiatan tarbiyatul mubalighin memiliki beberapa mekanisme sendiri, diantaranya dari tahap perencanaan sampai dengan evaluasi. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of the leadership of the YPI An-Nur Garut Islamic boarding school in determining methods and programs for the development of da'wah and the form of implementation and evaluation in the development of da'wah activities. Descriptive method is used in this research because this method is considered relevant for exploring and analyzing phenomena that occur empirically. The research technique used was observation, interviews, documentation, and qualitative data analysis. Based on observations and analysis of research data, it is concluded that the role of KH. Ahmad Badruddin in the development of da'wah, is seen as a figure, a role model, as well as a liaison. In determining the method of improving the quality of the da'i, using three. Then the program developed includes the development of Islamic boarding schools, madrasas, extracurricular activities, as well as coaching and organizational development. The form of implementation and evaluation of tarbiyatul mubalighin activities has several mechanisms of its own, including from planning to evaluation.

The research was carried out from November to December 2020 in Ngawonggo Tajinan Village, Malang Regency. This study aims to explain the role of Islamic boarding school as center of excellence in the development of sheep farming in Ngawonggo Village, Malang Regency. The method used in this research is qualitative research with descriptive data analysis. The result of this research is the role of the Angkring Fathul Ulum Islamic boarding school as a center of excellence in the development of sheep farming, namely: it is as an educational center; students have a better understanding of religion than before; students can practice religious knowledge in people’s lives, especially those in Ngawonggo Tajinan Village, Malang Regency by educating them to have good morals; religious centers can increase knowledge about religion and carry out routine recitation activities, including community development centers. The action taken by an Islamic boarding school helps in making people aware of the problems they are experiencing so that the awareness process can lead to the empowerment of the community towards social welfare.
