Preliminary results of processing the sounding magnetotelluric data of Hoa Binh - Thai Nguyen and Thanh Hoa - Ha Tay profilesTwo magnetotelluric surveys from Hoa Binh (HB) to Thai Nguyen (TN) and from Thanh Hoa (TH) to Ha Tay (HT) have been carried out. The lengths of these profiles are about more than 120 km with 33 stations (HB-TN), and with 31 stations (TH-HT). The geoelectrical cross-sections along two profiles obtained by two-dimensional inversion of the magnetotelluric data, recording interval ranges from 10-3 to 103 s are presented. It is shown that the main faults such as Muong La-Bac Yen, Red River, Chay River and Lo River on the HB-TN profile; Ma River, Son La and Kim Boi on the THHT one, could be recognized by rapid resistivity changes in the crust resistivity models. They are all trans-crustal deep faults with the vertical or nearly vertical dip. Assuming the Earth crust of three layers: upper, middle and lower with the depths of about 1-4km, 14-17km and 30-37km, respectively, from the seismic exploration data, the 1D geoelectrical models are obtained by using the MT software. It is shown that the middle crust’s resistivity is significantly higher than the lower and upper one, but the each layer is not homogeneous conductively. The resistivity decreases clearly in the active fault (Red River, Chat River Lo River…) zones, which could be related to the metamorphism releasing heats andfluids or upwelling of the mantle.

A multiinput linear system approach is used to study the magnetotelluric phenomena in the presence of lateral conductivity inhomogeneities in the earth. The three types of coherence functions (ordinary, multiple, and partial) are defined, and their use in magnetotelluric data analysis is illustrated with a field example. Partial coherence functions are used to determine the principal axes in the case of two‐dimensional type inhomogeneities, and as measures of three‐dimensionality in the case of non‐two‐dimensional type structures. The results obtained using coherence functions are compared with those obtained with the conventional tensor impedance method.

The study analysed possible resolution of two ground-based MIMO microwave camera designs by means of two-dimensional spatial cross-sections of a generalized ambiguity function. We used stepped-frequency modulated broadband signals as time-orthogonal probing signals for the microwave camera transmitters. We employed a mathematical simulation of the space-time signal processing system pertaining to MIMO microwave camera receivers to illustrate 2D and 3D microwave imaging of stationary extended multipoint objects situated at various altitudes above the earth surface.

The analysis of methods of reception of longitudinal biases/profile of road important for carrying out of modelling of movement of the vehicle on the basis of geodetic charts, gaugings of roads by means of the geodetic equipment, use mobile laboratories is carried out, radar scanning of the earth, data read-out from the electronic control package of the car and the estimation of their accuracy is given. It is noticed that the listed modes are labour-consuming and Expenses and not always provide necessary accuracy. So in case of use of the popular data of radar scanning of the earth from companions the error can reach 30–50%. Though in the future in process of perfection of accuracy of sounding and availability of the information the given mode is represented to the most perspective. The method of registration of cross-sections/biases of the big sites of roads in the course of movement of the vehicle on the basis of microcontroller Arduino Due, the gauge of speedups and discharge angles MPU-6050 and data recording on a SD- card is offered, application of the combined processing of the information on the basis of the developed programs in language With in the microcontroller and in module S-Function Builder in package Matlab/Simulink is considered.By means of the offered methods registration of biases of road of difficult character by extent of 10 km is spent. And for the same road the method of use of a chart of radar scanning of the earth constructs a road cross-section. Comparison of results of methods of use of speedups and radar scanning of the earth is spent.Good coincidence of character of change of a cross-section of road and sredne-quadratic and maximum values of heights of a cross-section of the road, received on the offered methods (a toe-out of 7–20%) is revealed.

(Extract) The well-being has been the highest topic for humanity throughout the adventure of mankind on the earth. Therefore, extensive efforts have been performed on the science of medicine, and glorious advances have been gained especially in the last two centuries. Research is essential for medicine to develop new therapeutic methods and to monitor the results of the current treatment given to the patient. These are possibly the simplest reasons for investigations in medicine. On the other hand, qualified human resource, research ethics, financial supports, regular data recording and analysis, and publication are important issues for improvement of the medical researches in the developing countries.
