Problem statement. This article is devoted to such a topical issue as the use of the dynamic mathematics system (DMS) GeoGebra in teaching mathematics. DMSs are gradually being introduced into mathematics education, but the question is raised about the effectiveness of their application. The purpose of the article is to study the influence of GeoGebra on the quality of the solving of tasks on the topic «Second order curves» by 2nd year students studying in the specialty “Applied Informatics (by branches)” at NovosibirskProfessional and Pedagogical Vocational Education Institution. The research methodology consisted in the analysis and synthesis of scientific literature on the chosen topic, pedagogical experiment, mathematical methods of processing the results of this experiment and observation of the participants in the pedagogical process. The obtained results of the research indicate that the use of the GeoGebra program has a positive effect on the academic performance of students. Statistical processing of the obtained data shows that there are no differences in the selected criteria between the group that worked in the GeoGebra and the group that worked without computer programs. However, the use of DMSmakes it possible to visually demonstrate the material, draw the attention of students to the academic discipline, promotes the development of creative thinking, and allows students to experiment with mathematical objects on their own. Conclusion. Due to the widespread use of dynamic systems in mathematics education, the study of their influence on the development of various cognitive abilities and personal qualities of students is of practical and scientific interest. The materials of the work can be used in the educational process when teaching and learning the course EN.01 Mathematics at the level of secondary vocational education and distributed to various topics and sections of mathematical disciplines at other levels of education.

Abstract Production allocation from petroleum geochemistry is defined here as the quantitative determination of the amount or portion of a commingled fluid to be assigned to two or more individual fluid sources (e.g., a pipeline, field, reservoir, well) at a particular moment in time, based on the fluid chemistry. It requires: i) knowledge of the original chemical compositions of each of the fluids prior to mixing (referred to here as the "end members"), and ii) that statistically valid differences in their chemistries can be identified. Petroleum geochemical-based methods for production monitoring and allocation are much lower cost than using production logging tools, as there is no additional rig time or extra personnel required at the well site. Additionally, no intervention to the production of hydrocarbons from a well is required and, hence, there is none of the risk entailed in additional operational activity. Geochemical methods are applicable to a wide range of fields, irrespective of pressure, temperature, reservoir quality and reservoir fluid type. The method has been in existence for over 30 years, during which time a number of different analytical methods, data pre-processing and treatment approaches have been applied. This paper summarises these approaches, and provides examples, but also describes a "best practice" which is not a "one size fits all" approach, as is sometimes seen in the literature. A successful production allocation study consists of the following steps: i) Selection of end member samples that contribute to the commingled production fluid; ii) Determination of the differences in chemical composition of the end members through laboratory analysis of the end members (e.g. by WO-GC), replicate analyses of samples and statistical treatment of the data (e.g. PCA); iii) If statistically significant differences exist, laboratory analysis of the end members and commingled fluids with appropriate replicate analyses of samples; iv) Data selection, pre-processing (e.g. selection of ratios or concentrations of components); v) Determination of end member contributions by solving equations (e.g. least squares best fit) and uncertainty estimation (e.g. Monte Carlo or Bootstrap methods). The differences in approach for conventional versus unconventional plays are also discussed.

Teachers are the people performing the most important role in the educational process. In particular, in preschooleducation, teacher qualifications have become more crucial since the preschool period is a critical year in terms of allaspects of the child’s development. It is the most important period in which children’s attitudes towards bookdevelop. In the preschool period, books that teachers choose for children have been seen to affect the attitudes andviewpoints of children towards books in their later ages. In this context, the research was conducted with the aim ofrevealing what criteria preschool teachers choose for children’s book that they use in their classes. A situational studyis a qualitative study in which a situation is investigated in depth. 26 preschool teachers working at kindergartens andnursery classes in elementary schools which are affiliated to Kütahya Provincial Directorate of National Educationparticipated in the research. Research data were collected with semi-structured interview questions. The data werecategorized by content analysis. According to the results of the research, preschool teachers pay attention to the factthat the textbook is robust physically in the selection of the books they use in the classroom, that the content issimple to understand and that the language used is plain and that the known writers and publishing houses are alsoconsidered when choosing books.

The article presents the conceptual approaches to the upbringing in the education of lifemeaningful values of teenagers and early adolescence in Ukraine. The definition of life-meaningfulvalues has been given up. The major problems and contradictions in the upbringing of theUkrainian children were paid attention to. The dependence of the result of upbringing, from thedesire and the participation of all actors: children, parents, teachers is pointed out. Conceptualapproaches to education of life values meaning are analyzed on the methodological, theoreticaland practical levels. The aspects of the previous researches have been underlined. In this context, asystematic approach determines the integrity of the educational process in primary and highschool. Synergetic approach combines the organization and self-organization of the growingpersonality. Humanistic approach recognizes each child's highest value at school, family, andsociety. Personal-centered approach provides individual attention to him, to free choice of that orother life-meaningful values. Activity approach provides practice and deed activity of children andshows how the value of the meaning of life affects the behavior of the individual. The theoreticallevel of substantiation of the concept of education of children of teenagers and early youth givesability to define key points and concepts. Practical level implies the corresponding experimentalactivity, the determination of propriate pedagogical conditions, the selection of content, forms andmethods of education of teenagers and early adolescence. Conceptual approaches offer theopportunity to develop a modern system of education of the values of the meaning of life ofteenagers and early adolescence in Ukraine. Implementation of conceptual approaches aimed atqualitative changes in the education of life-meaningful values among of teenagers and earlyadolescence

With the great increase in the use of standardized tests in the field of speech pathology it seems worthwhile to present information on the process of standardizing tests. This paper presents the procedures involved in one aspect of the process, the establishment of norms. The procedures described are the following: (1) the choice of variables which affect scores on the behavior being tested and the selection of reference groups which embody these variables, (2) the determination of an adequate sample size, (3) the use of a randomization process in choosing the sample, (4) testing within a limited time span, and (5) statistical treatment of the resulting data. To illustrate these procedures and their use as criteria for judging the adequacy of the standardization of specific tests, three instruments which are commonly used in speech clinics are critically discussed.

The article proposes a number of relevant didactic criteria that can be used in the formation of educational content of higher education in local lore. The application of these criteria (actually pedagogical, personal, scientific-applied, subject and technological) is justified through the study of the functional significance of each of them in the structure of local lore education. In addition, with the help of a systematic approach, the existing fundamental relationships and methodological mechanisms that affect the process of creating curricula for subjects of local lore are analyzed in detail. The scheme presented in the article demonstrates that the above-mentioned didactic criteria are not alienated from each other, but are in close functional-semantic interaction with each other. The unique interdisciplinary importance of local lore is emphasized and the general prospects of its application in scientific research are named. Based on a brief analysis of current world trends in economics, culture and science, the determination of local lore as an applied scientific field is shown. In this regard, the article consistently proves the thesis on the actualization of fundamentally new didactic developments in the practical direction of the content of local history education. The technological criterion of selection of the content of local lore education is especially emphasized, the most popular algorithms of its implementation are briefly considered. The separate semantic and structural value of a patriotic component in higher local lore education is formulated. The patriotic content of local lore education in our conceptual scheme is interpreted as an integral axiological component of the educational and local lore process, which has theoretical and methodological significance and is determined by the personal and motivational sphere of the subjects of study. The key problems that exist in the modern system of curriculum preparation for future local historians are identified. In this context, recommendations are given for the use of certain interactive, statistical and analytical research methods in the educational process.
