This paper wants to describe the methods used by the teachers of the Qur'an in teaching the reading of Al-Qur'an in Indonesia, including South Kalimantan. The Qur'an is the revelation of Allah SWT sent down to the Prophet Muhammad, to be a guide of human life. In the history since the time of revelation until now, the Qur'an is always read, studied and memorized by Muslims every day, this fact proves the achievement of the purpose of naming the Qur'an (mashdar form of the word qara'a which means "reading") . The naming of the Qur'an shows that this holy book has always been preserved in the form of recitation and recitation by the qurra 'wal huffazh since the time of the Prophet until now, even in this modern age the Qur'an is increasingly preserved in the form of cassettes, CDs, etc.In accordance with the development of this modern era, then the ways of studying the Qur'an is also more advanced as well, including ways to learn to read it. If in the time of the Prophet and the companions in reading and writing the Qur'an did not experience significant difficulties, because the Qur'an is derived in Arabic itself, but after Islam developed into various corners of the world that most do not use Arabic, start the scholars of the Qur'an think of how to make Muslims who are not good at Arabic can read the Qur'an properly and correctly. Appears Imam As-Suyuthi created a method of studying the Qur'an reading under the name "Qaidah Bagdadiyah" which for hundreds of years was used by Muslims to learn to read the Qur'an. In Indonesia, around the year 1985-an emerging ustadz H. As'ad Humam of Jogyakarta created a new method called "Iqra" with 6 Volume. This method is considered easier and faster for kindergarten and elementary children in learning to read Al-Qur'an that is managed by the school system / formal. After this Iqra method, then emerged various other methods in learning to read Al-Qur'an which is the development of Iqra 'method, such as in Kalsel own Team LPTQ Prov. South Kalimantan created the "AlBanjary" method of the 1995s for elementary and junior high school ages. Then from North Sulawesi emerged ustadz Muhajir Sulton with the method "Al-Barqy" in 1997's for the adults / parents. Furthermore, more recently discovered methods that are considered faster and easier than Iqra 'method for children of kindergarten and elementary school, the method of "Tilawati".One of the causes of a long time mastering the way of reading the Qur'an is the method of learning to read by spelling or tahajji like "alif fathah a, alif kasrah i" etc. so it takes a long time a learner to master the rules of how to combine letters to find a sentence, this method also applies in some Arabian peninsula. But in essence all of them have been instrumental in creating methods (ways) in the effort to learn to read the Qur'an for Muslims, each method must have advantages and disadvantages, then this paper would like to describe the various methods in learning to read Al-Qur ' which is considered popular among Muslim communities and their respective advantages and disadvantages.

Technology that is increasingly sophisticated is very influential in human life. Countless types of technology can be found in this modern era. One example of a very popular technology is gadgets. Psychologically, gadgets are easy to create addiction, game facilities that exist in the gadget make children always challenged to reach a higher level. Waste and especially on the eyes that are always used to view gadgets for a long time and without rest can result in asthenopia or tired eyes. Namely, the pupils are slow to react to light, so there is a decrease in visual acuity. The design used in this study is an analytic correlation with cross-sectional approach. The population in this study were all 4-5 graders at Mlirip II Elementary School in Mojokerto. The sampling technique is to use total sampling, that is, the entire population is used as a sample, which is 95 respondents. The results of this study are the fit model, namely the model interpreting the influence between duration, frequency and type of gadget on visual acuity. The duration and frequency of gadget usage significantly affect visual acuity. While for this type of gadget is not significant and does not affect visual acuity. If the duration of gadget usage increases, the decrease in visual acuity ratio increases by 5,299 times. If the frequency of gadget usage increases, the ratio of decreased visual acuity increases by 5,986 times. The level of accuracy of the model in this study was 85.3%. Eye disease problems in children can be prevented by early detection to find out the vision status in children supported by eye examination as a measuring instrument, namely snallen card (Snellen card).

Religious reform and renewal of knowledge are common to the lives of religious and state people. The relationship between the two in the modern era is a matter of concern in the world of politics, so that the study of Islamic politics has developed quite significantly, which includes the study of the relationship between Islam and the State, as well as the impact of that relationship which leads to democracy and its concepts, human rights, and the movement of the ulama (Muslim scholars) towards religious reform. Therefore, one of the Muslim leaders, namely Mohammed Abid Jābirī who is one of the phenomenal figures of revolutionary Islamic thinkers with his theses on various real advances in human life, both in his studies of: the social environment or the development of sacred texts Muslims, which in this case is specifically in the study of the relationship between Religion and the State, Democracy, Khilafah Theory, and Religious Reform through renewal of knowledge. That is what later became the main and interesting discussion to be examined through the relationship approach between Religion and the State through the framework of a fundamental, secular and substantive school of thought. The analysis of MA Jābirī's views on religious reform and knowledge renewal focused on the relationship between Religion and the State in the Modern Age, which was then analyzed by the author using a combination of Al-Mawardi's views in Al-Ahkam Al-Sulthaniyyah, Agus Maftuh Abegebriel and Ahmad Yani Abeviero through his paper Negara Tuhan; The Thematic Encyclopaedia, and the development of democratic issues in the Islamic and Western world as an inseparable relationship when discussing Religion and the State as substantic.

This study aims to determine the implementation of the Tilawati Method in learning to read al-Qur’an in early childhood and the advantages and disadvantages of inhibiting and supporting factors in the RA Darul Ulum Mani’an Majungan Pademawu Pamekasan.This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach in the form of written words.Source of data used to obtain data through observation, interview and documentation. Interview is a question and answer session with face to face interviewed about the problem under study.Observation is a data collection technique that is done by conducting careful research and systematic recording.  Documentation can be done by researchcers to obtain supporting data about the findings obtained in the field. Analysis of the data in this study researchers through several stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. While checking the data is done through an extension of participation, research perseverance and triangulation. In this study, researchers used source triangulation because there was not enough information to obtain one source.The results of this study indicate that:first, the application of the Tilawati method in RA Darul Ulum went well even though in fact there were still inhibiting factors but it did not become a major barrier to the application of the Tilawati method. Secondly, advantages the application of the tilawati method, namely balancing the learning approach classically and individually. The drawback is that for those who do not pass smoothly it will also take a long time because this method of passing is not determined by the month or year. Third, (a) supporting factor, easy method so that it does not make the child depressed. (b) inhibiting factors, lack of facilities so that using only one approach.

Cruel and inhumane acts that harm human life and health, as well as humiliate the dignity, are prohibited in most countries of the world, and Russia is no exception in this issue. The article presents an analysis of the institution of responsibility for torture in the Russian Federation. The author comes to the conclusion that the current criminal law of Russia superficially and fragmentally regulates liability for torture, in connection with which the author formulated the proposals to define such act as an independent crime. In the frame of modern globalization, the world community pays special attention to the protection of human rights, in connection with which large-scale international standards have been created a long time ago. The Universal Declaration of Human Rights and other international acts enshrine prohibitions of cruel and inhumane acts that harm human life and health, as well as degrade the dignity.Considering the historical experience of the past, these standards focus on the prohibition of any kind of torture, regardless of the purpose of their implementation.

The process of human development is inseparable from the influence of the environment, so the development of adolescents who sit in junior high school will be different from adolescents in high school, or in college, even though human life is definitely not going to be separated from the past and the future. Adolescence is one of the development periods experienced by humans in their lives. During the transition, adolescents are in an unstable condition. There is a feeling of insecurity, because they have to change or change the behavior patterns of adolescents from children to adults. From this transition period the potential for social conflict arises, because of the desire to meet human needs. Sociodrama is one of the techniques in group guidance that aims to solve social problems that arise in human relationships that can be implemented if most group members face similar social problems, or if they want to practice or change certain attitudes. Conflicts can have positive or negative effects, and they always exist in life. The problem is how the conflict can be managed in such a way that it does not cause social disintegration. Therefore, it needs a conflict management, so that the conflict can be controlled and directed

شهد تاريخ الأمة الإسلامية حضارة ونهضة عالمية في جميع مجالات الحياة الإنسانية، ومما كان له كبير الأثر في ذلك هو الأوقاف التي بدأت مع سيد البشرية محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم واستمرت بتنوع وشمولية إلى عصرنا الحالي؛ ولكن ما تعرضت إليه الأوقاف من إهمال وإقصاء وضياع يرجع لأسباب عديدة من أهمها غياب التوثيق الوقفي. تقوم الدراسة على تتبع مفهوم الوقف والتوثيق، والوقف في الإمارات العربية المتحدة ول سيما في إمارة الشارقة. توصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج منها: أن الأوقاف قائمة منذ زمن بعيد، وأن رغبة الواقف بالوقف وإقدامه عليها لم ينقصها سوى وثيقة، وأنه لا وثائق لها ولا مستندات، كما أن العرض الموجز لنشأة دائرة الأوقاف بالشارقة وسعيها لإحياء سنة الوقف ونشر ثقافته نراه يتضح شيئاً فشيئاً من خلال تفعيل مواد القانون والبحث حول الأنسب والأصح لحماية الأوقاف، ولم يكن هذا الاهتمام بالوقف إلا انعكاساً لتوجه الواقفين وتماشياً لرؤية الحكام وامتثالاً لنهج خير الأنام ورغبة في تكافل الأرواح وحباً للسلام. الكلمات المفتاحيّة: الوقف، التوثيق، المقارنة، الشارقة. Abstract The history of Islamic nation has witnessed a global civilization and it has had a great impact in all areas of human life, including the endowments that began with the master of humankind; Muhammad S.A.W. and it was continuing in diversity and comprehensively until our epoch. However, there are some problems related to endowment management such as negligence, exclusion and loss that due to many reasons. Among the most important reasons is the absence of endowment documentations. Therefore, the study aims to discuss the concept of endowment and documentation, as well as the endowment in United Arabic Emirates, especially in the Emirate of Sharjah. The study concluded that the practice of endowment has been existed for a long time, yet there are in need of endowment documentations. This study also found that the information related to the establishment of institution of endowment in Sharjah and its role has   spread widely to the people through the enforcement of the law and the implementation of the research related to the practice of endowment in order to sustain them in a good way. This documentation system was only a reflection of what has  stated in Shariah laws regarding the practice of endowment among the donors, so that it will be in line with the approach of good intentions and love of peace. Recent years have witnessed an increase in the number of academic studies on the impact of technological advancements on human life, including possible transformations and changes in human sexuality following the development of sex-related devices, such as sex robots. In this context, terms such as posthuman sexuality, digisexuality, and techno-sexuality have emerged, signaling possible new understandings of sexual, intimacy, and emotional practices. It is important to note that ancient history shows that humankind has for a long time been fascinated with their relationship to non-living things, mostly human-like figures, such as dolls. The Ningyo (人形, the Japanese term for doll) has a long history of usage, and has deep religious and animistic significance in the Japanese context—there are records of sexual use as early as the 18th century. With this context in mind, this paper focuses on three Japanese examples, aiming to shine a light on beyond-human relationships, which include a Japanese man’s marriage to a digital character, sex dolls, and communicative robots, from both a sexual and emotional perspective. In a new horizon of sexual and romantic possibilities, how will humans respond, and what can emerge from these interactions?

The purpose of this paper is to explore the relationship between national economic and political priorities and environmental education policy formulation and curriculum strategies. This relationship will be placed in the historical context of developments in environmental education in Australia from 1970 until the present and will be analysed in terms of the ideological and pedagogical stances implicit, and explicit, in the developments during this period. I will argue that the emphasis throughout the period has been to sustain the development of environmental education without any questioning of why, what and how this development should occur.‘Sustainable development’ has become a slogan for governments, industry and conservation groups in recent times. It was the subtitle for the World Conservation Strategy (IUCN 1980) and the National Conservation Strategy for Australia (DHAE 1984) - living resource conservation for sustainable development - and was popularised in the report of the World Commission on Environment and Development, more commonly known as the Brundtland Report or Our Common Future (WCED 1987). The definition of sustainable development given in the World Conservation Strategy (IUCN 1980: section 1.3) and repeated in the National Conservation Strategy for Australia (DHAE 1984: 12) is as follows:Development is…the modification of the biosphere and the application of human, financial, living and non-living resources to satisfy human needs and improve the quality of human life. For development to be sustainable it must take account of social and ecological factors, as well as economic ones; of the living and nonliving resource base; and of the long term as well as the short term advantages and disadvantages of alternative actions.

The current stage of the human progress is characterized by the high dynamism and global changes in all aspects of human life. The societies currently pass through a deep process of transformations that requires a new understanding of the human phenomenon and revision of humanism, new social practices, and forms of education. Higher school needs to achieve a very important goal. It is to create contemporary education paradigm, which would be based on shift from one paradigm centered on the University and teacher professional knowledge to a new one, which will be centered on the students and their needs in education. In this article, online education is observed as one of the ways of a new realization of humanism in educational practice. The author also analyzes the humanistic potential of Massive Open Online Courses (MOOC), its advantages and disadvantages as far as examined the prospects of online education. In conclusion the author mentions that online education due to its main characteristics (openness, accessibility, freedom of choice) is based on human rights and the principles of equality and could be identified as a new practice of humanism.
