The spread of COVID-19 which had spread eventually brought very bad risks to the world economy, including Indonesia, especially in terms of tourism, trade and investment. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method that uses an approach called secondary data analysis, which is a research methodology that uses secondary data as the main data source. Based on the results of the study, Indonesia is currently still in a stable economic situation. Strategic steps related to fiscal and monetary are also estimated to still have room to provide economic stimulus if needed. However, as the COVID-19 pandemic case developed, the market did fluctuate more in the negative direction. Not only that, the slow pace of Indonesia's export activities to China will also have a significant impact on the economy in Indonesia.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak pandemi COVID-19 terhadap perekonomian Indonesia. The Covid-19 pandemic has fatal consequences for the world economy, one of which occurred in Indonesia. Government regulations require the public to apply health protocols that must be obeyed, namely social distancing which causes traders to be hampered in the process of buying and selling activities. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of Covid-19 on export-import activities in Indonesia. This research method uses the desk study method, namely the collection of data sourced from secondary data obtained from BPS in 2020. The results show that: Covid-19 has had an impact including: (1) The largest decline in the value of imports in Indonesia was experienced in February 2020 and May 2020; (2) Document processing must take longer due to this pandemic and all import-export activities must be guided by health protocols that must be carried out; (3) Delay in handling the ship at the port (ship delay), which will have an impact on the delay of the goods arriving at the hands of the owner of the goods (importer) which causes the importer to also have to prepare more costs for importing the goods.

Chile was severely hit by the COVID-19 pandemic. The implementation of social distancing measures strongly affected the Chilean economy: the unemployment rate grew rapidly as well as the proportion of population temporarily excluded from the labour force. This article analyses the strategies deployed by Chilean households to cope with the impact of the pandemic at the intersection with household structure and its socio-economics characteristics. Secondary data analysis from the Encuesta Social COVID-19 (COVID-19 Social Survey), carried out by the Chilean Ministry for Social Development and Families, were used to analyse the income-generating and expenditure-minimising strategies adopted by households during the early months (March to July of 2020) of the pandemic. The results show that 60.3% of households experienced a drop in family income, 70.3% indicated that they had to use at least one income-generating strategy, and 76.6% at least one expenditure-minimising strategy during the early months of the pandemic. Indebtedness and decapitalisation characterised most of the coping strategies adopted by households. While living in multigenerational households does not protect family members from declining economic well-being, older people living in one- and two-generation households were found to be least affected economically during the crisis. They were also less likely to resort to these coping strategies, insofar as their income was mainly secured from pensions. Although female-headed households did not show a greater reduction in income than male-headed households, they were more likely to adopt income-generating strategies. This article draws attention to the possible effects of decapitalisation and indebtedness on the long-term economic well-being of households with different structures, and the resulting inequalities in their capacity to recover from the effects of the pandemic. The findings suggest that having a source of family income that is not dependent on labour market flows is crucial in times of crises.

The turbulent events of the last quarter of the 20th century (the collapse of the socialist system and the transition of the post-socialist countries to a market economy, China's accession to the world market and the successive trends of trade liberalization in a number of countries) do not doubt that trade and technology play an important role in changing the structure of production and wages throughout the world. At the beginning of the 20th century globalization tendencies were transformed into a deglobalization. This was partially due to the fact that growth of international trade did not properly contribute to the welfare of people and the mitigation of income polarization as it was expected to. Although, there is no doubt that trade and technology have played an important role in the change of production structure and salaries around the world. The subject of research in the article are the main causes and consequences of the polarization of income in the world economy. The purpose of the study is to identify the impact of the growth of international trade on human well-being and reduction of income polarization. The main objective of the study is to analyze the dynamics of income distribution in the world in the context of the expansion of international trade. The article uses general scientific methods: system analysis - to determine the features of the development of international trade, a method of scientific abstraction that allows to present the general nature of the uneven distribution of income in the world economy and to make assumptions about the expected future through extrapolating data. Results: Based on the analysis of the dynamics of the change in the basic indicators of income distribution, the problem aspects of the impact of international trade on the polarization of the world population's incomes are revealed. Conclusion:According to studies, economic growth rates deepened inequality between countries, as some have learned to benefit from new opportunities better than others. Moreover, it turned out that trade is affecting the labor market disproportionately even within one country.

The availability of FinTechs has greatly proliferated in recent years, and this has caused an uptick in FinTech research in the finance field. Despite the recent surge in popularity of FinTech, there is still a severe lack of research on FinTech companies, particularly through the sociotechnical lens or the relation between the users or stakeholders associated with FinTechs and FinTech technology itself. This chapter aimed to fill this void by examining the world of FinTech and innovation in the financial services industry through a socio-technical lens by examining secondary data, such as reports from consulting firms. This provides a better understanding of the social, technological, and organisational actors involved in the development of FinTech ecosystems, in addition to the dynamics of the evolution of FinTech ecosystems and their outcomes as a result of service innovation.
