Study and analysis of influence of mineral of unconventional forage additions: double-base compositions of DMC (dry mineral concentrate) from liprotom, DMC with Echinacea purple) and complex (DMC from liprotom and by Echinacea purple) on the exchange of separate macronutrients, in particular, calcium, phosphorus, potassium, natrium and iron, in the organism of pigs, and also their content in the chyme of gastrointestinal tract and serum of blood. A positive effect of produced water on the functional state of young pigs was investigated and was scientifically justified its introduction in the required amount in the feed additive intake.

Disorders of the functional state of the gastrointestinal tract associated with the influence of various parasites are considered. The symptoms of diseases caused by parasites and their location in the gastrointestinal tract are given. The possibility of using neural network technology in diagnosing diseases as a result of the influence of various parasites is estimated. The structure of the neural network is given, indicating the set of inputs and outputs, as well as the result of training the network. For the created neural network, test results for the corresponding symptoms and disease prediction results for these symptoms were obtained.

The works of recent years have clearly shown the importance that the alkaline-acid balance has in the physiology and pathology of the animal organism. The desire to maintain this balance at a certain height occurs by coordinating the work of a number of organs: the lungs, secreting C02, the liver, taking part in the production of ammonia, the gastrointestinal tract, secerning acid and alkaline secretions and, finally, the kidneys, giving urine with a high acid content and someone's slit, then with less-take part in the regulation of alkalineacid balance. That is why, naturally, the study of the functions of various organs aimed at regulating and maintaining the alkaline-acid balance attracted the attention of clinicians. Rehn and Gnzburg, then Pannewitz, Popescu, Inotesti. Su11a, and finally Rosenberg and Hellfors, studying fluctuations in the concentration of hydrogen ions in urine after loading with alkalis and acids, sought to gain an idea of kidney function aimed at maintaining the gap.- acids. balance, and at the same time apply this method to the study of the functional state of the kidneys in general. However, it turned out to be insufficient to talk about this condition on the basis of determining the Ph of urine. The Ph fluctuations are not always sufficiently prominent, as the review of the data obtained by the authors shows, because the concentration of hydrogen ions is a value depending on the ratio of acid to alkali (voltage 002 and bicarbonate content). This forced us to put forward another method for determining changes in the functions of tissues and kidneys for the introduction of alkali: Mainzer et al., A. G e f t e r emphasized the importance of the determination of bicarbonates in urine and suggested using the method of their determination by gasometric method (according to van Slyke'y), while giving this definition a much greater value than the study of Ph fluctuations alone.

The article presents the results of our own research devoted to the study of the functional characteristics of the digestive system in patients with celiac disease associated with connective tissue dysplasia (CTD).Materials and methods. The study included 90 patients from the register of adults with celiac disease. To assess CTD, patients underwent clinical and laboratory- instrumental examination, including ultrasound of the abdomen organs, kidneys and heart, EGDS. The assessment of the functional state of the gastrointestinal tract was carried out according to the ultrasound data of the abdomen organs, coprogram and PEGEG.Results. The results of the study showed that all patients had signs of CTD with involvement of at least two organ systems. The most common visceral stigmas of dysplasia were MVP (66.7%), gallbladder anomalies (53.3%), tracheobronchial dyskinesia (35.6%) and signs of nephroptosis (30.0%). Anomalies of the gallbladder included single bends in the body area — 26 people (28.9%) and in the neck area –5 people (5.6%), and double bend — S-shaped gallbladder — 17 people (18.9%). At the same time, an increase in the proportion of gallbladder anomalies was revealed as the severity of CTD increased, with significant differences in the groups in patients with an S-shaped gallbladder (p<0.05), which correlated with biliary sludge and signs of maldigestion. According to PEGEG data, an increase in tonic activity (Pi / Ps) at the frequency of the duodenum with an increase in the degree of CTD was revealed, with the maximum values in group 3 patients being 3.84 ± 1.03, which reflects the presence of hypertensive dysfunction.Conclusion. The functional state of the digestive system in celiac patients with signs of CTD is characterized by disorders of the gastroduodenal complex and the biliary system. A high degree of CTD in celiac disease patients should be considered as an independent risk factor for motor disorders of the upper gastrointestinal tract and biliary system, which must be taken into account when carrying out therapeutic and prophylactic measures.
