The 21st century requires the availability of human resources with seven skills or competence (Maftuh, 2016), namely: 1) critical thinking and problem solving skills, 2) creative and innovative, 3) behave ethically, 4) flexible and quick to adapt, 5) competence in ICT and literacy, 6) interpersonal and collaborative capabilities, 7) social skills and cross-cultural interaction. One of the competence of human resources of the 21st century are behaving ethically should be established and developed through learning that includes the study of ethics because ethical behavior can not be created and owned as it is by human, but must proceed through solving problem, especially ethical dilemma solving on the ethical problems atau problematics of ethics.The fundamental problem, in order to ethical behavior competence can be achieved through learning, is the right model of learning is not found yet by teachers to implement the learning associated with ethical values as expected in character education (Hudha, et al, 2014a, 2014b, 2014c). Therefore, it needs a decent learning model (valid), practical and effective so that ethics learning, to establish a human resources behave ethically, can be met.Thus, it is necessary to study (to analyze) and modificate the steps of learning (syntax) existing learning model, in order to obtain the results of the development model of learning syntax. One model of learning that is feasible, practical, and effective question is the learning model on the analysis and modification of syntax model of social learning, syntax learning model systems behavior (Joyce and Weil, 1980, Joyce, et al, 2009) as well as syntax learning model Tri Prakoro (Akbar, 2013). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut: ditemukan sebuah desain Model Pembelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan di Era media digital sebagai pendukung Implementasi pendidikan karakter. Metode penelitian menggunakan penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development (RD), yaitu suatu metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk menghasilkan produk tertentu dan menguji validitas dan keefektifan produk. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan prosedural. Prosedur dalam penelitian ini mengadaptasi model ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluation). Sampel dalam penelitian ini, melibatkan Perguruan Negeri Negeri dan Swasta di Jawa Tengah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagai berikut: pertama Analisis yaitu melakukan analisis kebutuhan, mengidentifikasi masalah (kebutuhan), dan melakukan analisis tugas. Kedua, Design, Tahap desain ini, merumuskan tujuan pembelajaran. Ketiga, Development adalah proses mewujudkan blue-print dengan inovasi media digital. Keempat, Implementation adalah langkah nyata untuk menerapkan sistem pembelajaran yang sedang kita buat. Kelima, Evaluation yaitu proses untuk melihat apakah sistem pembelajaran yang sedang dibangun berhasil, sesuai dengan harapan awal atau tidak. Evaluasi merupakan langkah terakhir dari model desain sistem pembelajaran ADDIE. Berdasarkan pengembangan instruksional model ADDIE tersebut kemudian diadopsi dalam tahapan pengembangan model pembelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan, dengan kebaharuan “MPC” (Modification of Project Citizen) yang relevan di era media digital dan dikembangkan berdasarkan implementasi pendidikan karakter dan ketercapaian kompetensi Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan.-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------This research aims to find out a design of Citizenship Education Learning Model in the era of digital media as a support for the implementation of character education. The research method uses research and development (Research and Development (R D), which is a research method used to produce specific products and test the validity and effectiveness of the product. This study uses a procedural development model. The procedure in this study adapted the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluation) The sample in this study involved State and Private Universities in Central Java. The results of the study showed the following: first Analysis is to do a needs analysis, identify problems (needs), and perform task analysis. The design phase is to formulate learning objectives Third, Development is the process of creating blueprint with digital media innovation Fourth, Implementation is a real step to implement the learning system that we are making Fifth, Evaluation is a process to see whether the learning system successful according to initial expectations or not. Evaluation is the final step of the ADDIE learning system design model. Based on the ADDIE model instructional development, it was later adopted in the stages of developing the Citizenship Education learning model, with the modification of "MPC" (Modification of Project Citizen) relevant in the era of digital media and developed based on the implementation of character education and achievement of competencies in Citizenship Education.

History learning is one of the lessons that are required to be able to provide wisdom value and character education to students as a form of response to the challenges of the current development of globalization. In this study, the researchers tried to carry out a learning innovation by applying the development of a historical learning model based on the tourism object of the Fairy Tale Miniature Park in Ponggok Village, Blitar Regency. The purpose of this research; (1) Describe the condition of the History Learning in SMA Negeri Ponggok. (2) Developing a model of learning history based on the Fairy Tale Miniature Park with the Outdoor Study approach. (3) To test the effectiveness of the historical learning model based on the Fairy Tale Miniature Park with the Outdoor Study approach. This research is based on the criteria for research and development (R&D) with the ADDIE Model learning design. This research is divided into 3 stages of implementation, namely; the preliminary stage, the model development stage and the final stage of the effectiveness test. This research resulted in the textbook Monograph and HKI as an additional output and mandatory output to be published in a National Accredited Journal, namely Translitera. The results of this study can be seen that there are differences in learning outcomes between the Control class (XI IPS 1) and the Experiment class XI IPS 3) which can be seen from the results of the trials at each stage. Based on the results of the SPSS count statistical test, it can be concluded that the history learning model based on fairy tale tourism can be used to achieve student learning effectiveness.

Absolute character education was undertaken in the 21st century in early childhood as curative measures and social pathology in the community, but a preventive measure to the formation the good character of each student have not effectively used in character education. In addition to cognitive learning students' character formation should be noted. In fact, often the formation of character early on is often forgotten. The aim of research explained comprehensively the nature of character education in the 21st century in childhood, explained comprehensively the use of models of learning in character education in the 21st century in childhood, explained comprehensively use learning approaches in character education in the 21st century to children aged early. The research method used in this study is a literature review is to connect research with the existing literature and fills the gaps in previous research. The results obtained in this study the use of the learning model of character education in the 21st century in childhood is the process of empowering the learner process of humanization (humanizing), and the process of acculturation, learning models of education namely learning model planting value, based on the development of moral reasoning, value analysis, and project citizen, effective use helps learners develop competencies become good citizens

In an effort to prevent the Covid-19 pandemic, schools are implementing online student learning methods. This government policy is in order to break the chain of spreading Covid-19. However, in practice, there are still many teachers in schools who are still confused about implementing the online learning system because the teachers are not good at technology, so the teacher only sends assignments without explaining the material. As a result, online learning becomes ineffective which has an impact on student learning outcomes. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the tiktok-based online learning model. The method used in this research is phenomenology. The informants in this study were the parents of students who live in East Java. The conclusion of this study is that the Tik Tok application used as a learning medium has not been fully effective. Parents consider that the Tik Tok application used in their children's learning is mostly used for playing while learning hours are still in progress. Keywords: model; learning; online; tik tok.   Dalam upaya mencegah pandemi Covid-19, sekolah menerapkan metode pembelajaran siswa secara online. Kebijakan pemerintah ini dalam rangka memutus mata rantai penyebaran Covid-19. Namun dalam prakteknya masih banyak guru di sekolah yang masih bingung menerapkan sistem pembelajaran online karena gurunya kurang jago teknologi, sehingga guru hanya mengirimkan tugas tanpa menjelaskan materi. Akibatnya pembelajaran online menjadi tidak efektif yang berdampak pada hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas model pembelajaran daring berbasis Tik Tok. Metode yang digunakan di dalam penelitian ini adalah fenomenologi. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah orang tua siswa yang tinggal di Jawa Timur. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah bahwa aplikasi Tik Tok yang digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran belum sepenuhnya berjalan dengan efektif. Para orang tua menilai bahwa aplikasi Tik Tok yang digunakan dalam pembelajaran anak-anak mereka lebih banyak digunakan untuk bermain ketika jam pembelajaran masih berlangsung. Kata kunci: model; pembelajaran; daring; tik tok.

This study attempts to know what the of the application of VCT (Value Clarification Technique) learning model to the problem solving skills of V A as a class experimentation and class V B as a class control use the model learning directly to sdn attack 2 years lessons 2016/2017 on the subjects of science social especially in competence basic 2.4 appreciate the struggle of the characters in defending freedom. Methods used in research this is the method quasi ekperimen type nonequivalent control group design. Based on the results of research, show that there is a difference in problem-solving abilities between students using VCT learning models and students using direct learning models, can be seen from uji-t two parties namely 2,57 > 2,013, then H0 rejected Ha accepted. Problem-solving skills among students using a VCT learning model is higher than students who use learning model directly , can be seen from uji-t one parties that 2,57 > 1,673, so H0 rejected Ha accepted. So it will be concluded that there are differences in problem-solving abilities between students using VCT (value clarification technique) learning models with students using direct learning model.Keywords: Problem Solving, Value Clarification Technique Learning Model.

In the 21st century the world of education is undergoing various changes in the educational paradigm that places humans as a whole, human resources that can provide policy direction in laying the framework for development and utilizing the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 in the sphere of education. The expected learning process is to be able to develop a variety of potential learners as a whole in an integrated manner, therefore in the provision of material or the learning process everything must be able to actualize efforts to shape student character through personality development. The existence of character education for the sake of facing and utilizing the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 can form students who have identity. However, in shaping the identity, several strategies are needed to support the identity of students that are adapted to the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 at this time. For example, by creating an innovation called the "Expression Room" which is used as a potential container for students. Character education must also be able to equip students with competence in the ability to communicate, organize, solve problems, be independent, cooperate, and be ethical.

Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to describe the development of 21st century skills in learning physics in high schools using creative problem solving models. This writing is motivated by the demands of the 21st century that education should be able to produce human resources capable of mastering 21st century skills including, critical thinking, communicative, creative and collaborative. The development of 21st century skills can be done by all disciplines, one of them is in learning physics. To develop 21st century skills in learning physics, educators can use creative problem solving models. The method used in this paper is to study literature by studying some literature to be analyzed and made conclusions. The results of this paper conclude that the creative problem solving learning model can be a solution in improving 21st century skills and motivating students to be more active and motivated in their learning success. The creative problem solving model is applied to students in high schools with several steps including clarifying the problem, expressing opinions, evaluating and selecting and implementing.

This article tries to discuss about character education building in an Islamic education perspective. It is education that forms superior character and human character in terms of intellectual, emotional, and spiritual intelligence. The totality of these three bits of intelligence will shape humans. This article is written using a sociological approach with a descriptive type. The method used is library research. The findings obtained indicate that the concept of character education in Indonesia is education that emphasizes great values originating from Indonesian national culture in the context of fostering the personality of the young generation which includes three aspects, namely moral knowledge, moral attitude, and ethical behavior (decent acting). It is following the objectives of Islamic education, which provides for three physical, spiritual, and reason aspects. Therefore, building complete human resources, in essence, is the development of character and superior human character from the intellectual, emotional, and spiritual side that can actualize the dimensions of intellectual, emotional, and spiritual intelligence holistically in the life.
