An archive is an important document that is saved with a purpose when it is needed again it is easy to find it. The archive plays an important role in Dayah Tuha Village's Lurah office, so it is highly hoped that the process of managing the archives is good, fast, and easy. If the files that are owned are not well managed it will impact the difficulty of finding the information and it can impede the next stage of work. Therefore, the archive must be managed with a good and correct management system. In this research, discusses the analysis and design of a web-based document, which is suitable for the needs of the office of Tuha Village. The design of this information system based on the design of systems that have been compiled include use case diagram, activity and sequence Diaram. Dayah Tuha Village's office is still using the manual way of managing the archives. So that by the existence of this system is expected to help the work in the head office of Dayah Tuha in terms of the management of archives.

CV Ribka Furniture merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang perdagangan dan pembuatan furniture. Dalam kegiatan operasional gudang merupakan bagian yang penting. Namun proses data transaksi masih dilakukan secara manual. Sehingga beberapa kendala masih dialami, seperti kesalahan penginputan saat transaksi pada alat / bahan, yang mengakibatkan perbedaan dalam penginputan data. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk membuat sistem informasi persediaan yaitu pengumpulan data alat dan transaksi material yang akan keluar masuk. Sistem informasi ini dibuat dengan menggunakan diagram UML (Unified Modeling Language) yaitu: use case diagram dan class diagram. Kemudian membuat desain antarmuka untuk proses implementasi dan pengujian sistem. Dengan pembuatan sistem informasi inventaris,

Universitas Komputer Indonesia (UNIKOM) sebagai salah satu perguruan tinggi swasta yang memberikan tugas akhir dan skripsi sebagai salah satu syarat kelulusan untuk mendapatkan gelar Diploma atau Sarjana. Sistem Informasi Tugas Akhir dan Skripsi (SIMITA) memberikan kemudahan bagi panitia skripsi untuk mengelola data dan memberikan informasi mengenai tahapan prosedur tugas akhir dan skripsi bagi para mahasiswa. Pengembangan SIMITA di UNIKOM dilakukan untuk menambah fitur-fitur yang belum ada diantarnya fitur yang memberikan informasi atau pengumuman kepada mahasiswa seputar tugas akhir dan skripsi dan fitur yang memudahkan panitia skripsi untuk mengatur atribut apa saja yang harus diisi oleh peserta skripsi dalam setiap prosedur yang harus ditempuh untuk melaksanakan tugas akhir atau skripsi. Penelitian ini melakukan pengembangan sistem informasi dengan konsep Content Management System (CMS) agar panitia skripsi dapat mengelola sistem dengan mudah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif dan metode pengumpulan data dengan teknik observasi dan wawancara. Metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode prototype. Alat bantu perancangan sistem menggunakan Unified Modelling Language (UML) berupa use case diagram. Hasil penelitian ini merupakan pengembangan SIMITA yang bertujuan memberikan kemudahan bagi panitia skripsi dalam mengelola data dan memberikan informasi mengenai tugas akhir dan skripsi.

ABSTRACT With the rapid development of technology, the role of information systems is very important. One of the organizations that feel the benefits of an information system is government agencies. The process of deleting fixed assets is still using Microsoft Excel so its performance is still not effective. The problem that arises is when recording assets that will be deleted but the physical condition of the assets does not exist and another problem is that there are still many unrecorded assets for deletion so that employees have to look for asset data and become ineffective. This problem can be solved by designing an information system for the disposal of fixed assets using the waterfall and web-based model, the PHP programming language and MySQL as the database. The method used is the UML (Unified Modelling System) system modelling, namely Activity Diagrams and Use Case Diagram. The design of this information system aims to assist BPKAD employees in handling the asset write-off process and producing the required reports.   Abstrak Dengan adanya perkembangan teknologi yang pesat, peran sistem informasi menjadi sangat penting. Salah satu organisasi yang merasakan manfaat adanya sistem informasi yaitu instansi pemerintahan. Proses penghapusan pada aset tetap masih menggunakan Microsoft Excel sehingga kinerjanya masih belum efektif. Masalah yang muncul yaitu ketika pencatatan aset yang akan dilakukan penghapusan tetapi kondisi fisik asetnya tidak ada dan masalah lainnya yaitu masih banyak aset yang tidak tercatat untuk dilakukan penghapusan sehingga para pegawai harus mencari data aset tersebut dan menjadi tidak efektif. Masalah tersebut dapat diatasai dengan merancang sistem informasi penghapusan aset tetap dengan menggunakan model waterfall dan berbasis web, bahasa pemograman PHP dan MySQL sebagai databasenya. Metode yang digunakan  yaitu permodelan sistem UML (Unified Modelling Sistem) yaitu  Activity Diagram dan Use Case Diagram. Perancangan sistem informasi ini bertujuan untuk membantu pegawai BPKAD dalam menangani proses penghapusan aset dan menghasilkan laporan yang dibutuhkan.

<p>Toko <em>online</em> KPRI UNS Surakarta merupakan sebuah informasi berbasis web yang di gunakan untuk menjual barang-barang di toko KPRI UNS Surakarta. Sulitnya dalam penjualan barang dikarenakan tidak terdapat penawaran barang sesuai dengan kriteria. Sehingga dibutuhkan penawaran sesuai dengan kriteria anggota dengan metode AHP-TOPSIS.</p><p>Metode penelitian yang dilakukan untuk merancang dan membuat sistem informasi Toko <em>Online </em>KPRI UNS Surakrata ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode penelitian <em>waterfall</em><em> </em>yaitu dengan pengumpulan data, melakukan analisa sistem (menentukan kebutuhan fungsional dan non fungsional), melakukan perancangan (ERD, <em>use case diagram, use case text, sequence diagram, </em>dan<em> class diagram</em>), dan implementasi (<em>coding </em>dan<em> testing</em>).</p><p>Hasil penelitian adalah sistem informasi toko <em>online </em>KPRI UNS Surakarta ini mampu untuk mengelola data dan kemudian menentukan penawaran yang ditentukan oleh sistem pembantu keputusan dengan metode AHP-Topsis.</p><p>____________________________________________________________</p><p><em>Online store KPRI UNS Surakarta is a web-based information that is used to sell goods at the shop KPRI UNS Surakarta. Yoga Farm is a Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) that focuses on catfish breeding that is still doing business processes manually. With this process, information received by related parties is very difficult to obtain quickly. Therefore, the product is still not widely known, and customers are still few because the system used in sales and promotions still uses a manual system. The research method used is qualitative. This study aims to create a sales information system recommended at Yoga Farm and design using Unified modeling language (UML) for the recommended business processes. Customers will get product information in real-time, products can be widely recognized, and the number of Yoga Farm customers can increase. Based on the results of this study, adoption of a web-based sales information system can certainly make it easier to get the latest information quickly, can expand the market and can also facilitate customers in the transaction. For future research, this research can be used as a reference for conducting similar studies at other MSMEs to increase sales

This information system is used as a solution that can help to meet the requirements of the couples. The research methods are data collection, analysis and design. Data collection method implemented by surveys including interviews with 58 clients, 15 vendors, and 12 WO (Wedding Organizer) and by literature study that includes books and journal related. Object oriented is used as the method for system analysis and design. The result is a web based information system that connects vendors and clients in one online place. The web based application can be used to book the reception hall, catering food for guests, entertainments, bridal, car loan, prewed and receptions photos. The benefits of the web based applications are user can costumize or choose the packages, check the price information and get reports related to Wedding Organizer Order Management business process. The results of the qualitative interviews to 58 clients who already used the applications is the client get shorter time compare to clients who manage their own wedding reception.

  Penelitian ini merupakan penelitan pendahulu yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan merancang Sistem Evaluasi Pelatihan Tenaga Kependidikan sebelum diimplementasikan dan diuji di penelitian lanjut. Sistem Evaluasi Pelatihan Tenaga Kependidikan adalah sebuah sistem yang diajukan peneliti untuk melakukan kegiatan evaluasi pelatihan tenaga kependidikan untuk memudahkan dalam melakukan assessment kegiatan pelatihan berikutnya. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat untuk menjadi pertimbangan dalam mengimplementasikan rancangan sistem evaluasi tenaga kependidikan dan diaplikasikan di lingkungan Universitas Mulawarman. Metode basis aturan digunakan untuk mengklasifikasikan hasil evaluasi program pelatihan. Pelatihan yang akan dievaluasi adalah pelatihan tenaga kependidikan di lingkungan perguruan tinggi. Evaluasi pelatihan menggunakan dua sumber data evaluasi, yakni data kuisioner kepuasan peserta dan data nilai pre-test, post-test dari peserta. Dengan aturan pada metode basis aturan yang ditetapkan oleh pengelola, proses evaluasi menghasilkan status pelatihan, yaitu kurang efektif, cukup efektif dan sangat efektif. Perancangan sistem berfokus pada sistem berbasis web (web-based). Perancangan sistem tidak sekedar berfokus pada pendaftaran dan pengumuman kelas pelatihan, melainkan berfokus pada evaluasi. Tahapan analisis dalam penelitian ini meliputi analisis kebutuhan fungsional dan non-fungsional dan digambarkan dengan use case diagram. Sedangkan tahap perancangan meliputi perancangan basis data dan perancangan interface. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan rancangan Sistem Evaluasi Pelatihan Tenaga Kependidikan berbasis web sangat mungkin untuk diimplementasikan. Selanjutnya masih diperlukan penelitian lanjut untuk diuji penggunaannya nanti ketika diterapkan di lingkungan perguruan tinggi, khususnya di Universitas Mulawarman.

In this work, based on the results obtained concerning the analysis and the needs of our project which concerns the design and development of an e-Learning project management system, we present the modeling stage with UML. Based on one hand, on two diagrams: class diagram and use case diagram, for static modeling and on the other hand, based on three diagrams: activity diagram, sequence diagram, diagram transition state for dynamic modeling. Finally, we offer examples of models for our project.

Because of the multi-user and multi-function characteristics of the Teaching Management System of universities, the application system is usually designed to be distributed architecture. This paper analyzes its complex functional demands through building a use case model, finds out the key factors from the aspect of the use case model, and finally meets the distributed needs with the application of lightweight container architecture. The analysis and design of the distributed teaching management system can reduce the risk of failure, and the functional demands of the application system can be realized gradually with the coherence of the architecture.
