This research focuses on the role of the BPJS health in implementing sanitation and environmental health programs as a prevention of Tuberculosis in correctional institute Class II B Mojokerto. The method used is descriptive by presenting a description of the state of the implementation of health services in detail based on the facts that can be interpreted to conclude The results of research showed that the environmental health program that was running less optimally and the absence of a special program to prevent tuberculosis. The tuberculosis prevention program is carried out according to the PPI TB procedure but is not optimal because there are many facilitative and administrative deficiencies

The foremost guard of health services in Indonesia is in the Puskesmas with its integrated health service post called Posyandu. Posyandu West Bandung Regency has several times won the champion as the best Posyandu in West Java and National level. This achievement was achieved because the role of Posyandu cadres in the area. Based on the background, this study examines how much influence the credibility of Posyandu cadres to public participation in health programs using the Credibility Theory, this study uses an explorative quantitative approach. Result of this research with Pearson correlation analysis showed that credibility Posyandu cadres have an effect on society participation in health program, with r = 0.0006. While Posyandu cadre expertise is quite influential with r = 0.0006; the character of trusted cadres is also influential with r = 0.0006; and the appeal of Posyandu cadres is quite influential with r = 0.0005, in increasing the community participation on Posyandu health program in Jaya Mekar Village.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran pondok pesantren At Taubah di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Klas II B Cianjur mengenai pembinaan Akhlak Narapidana. Dengan memahami perencanaan program dan pelaksanaan pembinaan akhlak narapidana. Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Peran pesantren At Taubah yang berada di LAPAS Klas II B Cianjur dalam membina akhlak narapidana yaitu memberikan sumbangsih besar terhadap pembinaan yang secara umum merupakan tugas dari Lembaga Pemasyarakatan. Hal ini terlihat dari kegiatan yang dilaksanakan oleh pesantren yang begitu terorganisir.   This study aims to determine the role of the At Taubah Islamic boarding school in Cianjur Class II B Correctional Institution regarding the Moral Guidance of Prisoners. By understanding program planning and the implementation of moral guidance for prisoners. This research uses a descriptive method. The results showed that the role of the At Taubah Islamic Boarding School in the Class II B Classroom in Cianjur in building up the morals of prisoners is to contribute greatly to coaching which is generally the task of the Penitentiary. This can be seen from the activities carried out by pesantren that are so organized.

The indicators mentioned in the Annual Report of Department of Health Services of Nepal has beenreviewed and analyzed. The Annual Report mentions 74 indicators used by 12 different programs under theDepartment of Health Services. Out of 26 programs, Fourteen (54%) programs do not have any indicators.Of the total 74 indicators used by 12 programs, only 28 (38%) have been used in the annual report fordetailed description. Three categories of the indicators have been classified and their use in the report hasbeen analyzed. Questions are raised regarding the "silent" programs and the "silent" indicators for their usein monitoring of performance / trend analysis of various programs. Suggestions on the better use of theindicators has been made.Key Words: indicators, health, programs, Nepal, report.
