Today, adipose tissue has ceased to be perceived only as an energetic substance with its intrinsic properties in the form of thermoregulation and mechanical protection, known since the beginning of the twentieth century. Today, adipose tissue is a fullfledged endocrine organ that is distributed throughout the body — the usefulness of its work directly affects the energy balance, not only through involvement in the metabolism of carbohydrates and fats, but also by the production of many adipokines, a total of more than 600 known today. This review research the causal relationship of subclinical or systemic inflammation of adipose tissue with an excess of energy resources, insulin resistance, leptin, adiponectin, estrogen metabolites and one of the most pro-inflammatory cytokines - interleukin 6. Attention is also paid to the relationship between prostate cancer and obesity, as an ambiguous relationship due to the maximum paying attention to testosterone. Further study of adipose tissue will make it possible to establish specific pathophysiological mechanisms responsible for the development of not only disorders of carbohydrate metabolism, but also a number of other systems in view of the not fully understood systemic action of adipokines and associated inflammatory mediators in obese individuals. Systematic literature search was perform in the Medline, Scopus, Web of Science and elibrary databases.

The local population of the upper Theresian Valley owes its livelihood almost exclusively to the forest. Natural risks and institutional problems are hindering development. In times of change, such as those that the Ukraine is going through at present, the forest and natural resources in general can ensure the survival of the rural population. From the authors' point of view the communities in the upper Theresian Valley and similar areas should be actively engaged in the management of the forest, and, in the first instance, wood and forest should benefit the local populations. Corruption should be combated at its origin on the structural level. The public at large must have access to transparent information. Foreign investors should be independently monitored. The authors suggest that access to and the relationship of the local population with their natural resources be taken into account as an additional priority criterion for sustainability.

The sixteenth and seventeenth centuries in China and the West saw a wave of skeptical approaches to metaphysics, ethics, and the physical sciences, including a related interest in “playing devil’s advocate” for seemingly weak propositions. This article analyzes two works of musical theater from these geographically remote traditions to argue that use of historically problematic romances to explore the relationship of ethics, emotion, and reason resulted in novel depictions of attachment emotions as neither purely selfless “gut reactions” nor calculating facades. Scenes depicting lovers’ quarrels and morally flawed characters may paradoxically strike audiences as more authentically romantic because they dramatize an aspect of attachment emotions’ functioning recently elucidated by cognitive science, namely, that of “body budgeting” (allocation of energy resources by the brain). Monteverdi and Busenello’s Coronation of Poppaea and Hóng Shēng’s Palace of Lasting Life use contrastive poetic and musical styles to dramatize the debate-like quality inherent in such negotiations, further revealing a strong connection between the affective “ingredients” that make up socially mediated emotion states and the mechanisms by which music and prosody affect them.

Tribes are known for their close proximity with the nature all over the world. They use natural resources as part of their survival while protecting these as part of their duties and obligations. Thus the concept of nature-man–spirit is very ancient as both biological diversity and cultural diversity are directly related to the origin of many tribes in India who personify their origin from some plants and trees protecting them as sacred grooves. The present paper seeks a critical note on the relationship of biodiversity, traditional knowledge and rights of tribes in India.

The article considers the relationship of megaprojects with the government’s economic policy, as well as the ratio of expenditures as a percentage of GDP in the most important sectors of society’s development. The use of logical and statistical methods allowed concluding the prevalence of large-scale projects in the Russian economy regardless of their effectiveness. Environmental problems are not new, such as pollution, climate change, depletion of natural resources, waste disposal, deforestation, depletion of the ozone layer, and acid rain. If this problem is not immediately addressed, the sustainability of human life on earth will be worrying. These problems can be overcome with environmental education. Awareness of the importance of the environment needs to be increased. Teachers as educators have an important role in teaching environmental education and raise awareness of students about the importance of the environment.

The article analyzes the relationship between structural changes and economic growth in the world economy and Russia. The authors note the emergence of a growth model in the world economy based on the complementarity of economic policies aimed, on the one hand, at the development of fundamental foundations of economic growth (institutions, human capital, infrastructure, macroeconomic stabilization), and, on the other hand, at initiating growth through structural reforms (even under stable foundations). Analyzing the trends of structural changes in the world economy, the authors consider new forms of structural policy, in particular, the ones oriented at the issue of identification of sectors — potential drivers of economic growth using the portfolio approach. A preliminary version of the model of Russian economy based on the multi-sector variety of the Thirlwall’s law is presented in the paper.

This article aims to dissect the thinking related to the development of the village where the design of the development is designed collectively but the implementation is very showing the operational differences. The shaft becomes a crucial object in the settlement of village development problems as we place the village as a center of development. Organizational effectiveness approach as a measuring instrument of the relationship of an organization with its environment includes utilizing human and natural resources for the development of rural communities. The proposed strategy is the mechanism of implementation of development and the establishment of a Village development acceleration team as a solution that can overcome the gap planning and implementation of Village development. Local governments should be able to ensure the implementation of the distribution of processed land to villages and then distributed with the capabilities of each village as well as preparing and implementing new policies and regulations on cooperation between Government, investors, and villages in natural resource management.
