The purposeof this study was to examine the effect of Investement Opportunity Set (IOS), dividend policy, and opportunistic behavior on firm value at Manufacturing Companies listed on Stock Exchange in 2015-2018. This study used secondary data from the company’s annual report. The samplimg method in this study used purposive sampling, the final sample obtained was 29 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2018. The analysis in this study used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the Investment Opportunity Set (IOS) used price proxy (MBVE) and investment proxy (CAPBVA) have a significant positive effect on firm value, while the dividen policy and opportunistic behavior have a negative effect on firm value but not significant.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of profitability, investment opportunity set, and managerial ownership on dividend policy. The population of this study consists of whole manufacturing companies that listed on Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2013 to 2016 by using secondary data. The data have been collected from financial report of companies from Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) website and Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD). In this study, the samples are obtained 21 companies out of 145 companies. Analytical method that is used is multiple regression analysis. The hypothesis is measured by using statistical t-test with α level of 5%. The results indicate that profitability gives negative effect but does not significant on dividend  policy of manufacturing companies that listed on Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX). Meanwhile, investment opportunity set and managerial ownership give positive effect and also significant on dividend policy of manufacturing companies that listed on Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX).Keyword: profitability, investment opportunity set, managerial ownership, and dividend policy

<p>This research was aimed to analyze the significant influence of profitability, investment opportunity set (ios), leverage and dividend policy partially or simultaneously on firm value. The sample used in this research was Industrial Services in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2013 to 2015 as many as 28 companies taken by using purposive sampling technique. Hypothesis testing of research using multiple linear regression analysis by SPSS 21 for windows programs. This research found that: (1) profitability has significant influence partially  on firm value; (2) investment opportunity set (ios) has significant influence partially  on firm value; (3) leverage has no significant influence partially  on firm value; (3) the dividend policy has no significant influence partially  on firm value; (5) profitability, investment opportunity set (ios), leverage and dividend policy have significant influence simultaneously on firm value with influence value of 46.7%.</p>

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of partially or simultaneously financial leverage and dividend policy on firm value in manufacturing companies on the Indonesian stock exchange. Data collection uses secondary data using purposive sampling technique. The population in this study is the automotive sub-sector manufacturing companies and components listed on the Indonesia stock exchange during the 2014-2016 period of 15 companies, while the samples taken were the number of observations for 3 years (2014-2016) with the number of companies observing 12 obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that all hypotheses have a significant effect based on the t test and F test. This means that both partially and simultaneously financial leverage and dividend policy have a significant effect on firm value in manufacturing companies on the Indonesian stock exchange.

This research aimed to analyze the impact of the debt policy, dividend policy, and the profitability of each proxied by DER, DPR and ROE thru the investment opportunity set with CAPBVA as the proxy. The population of this research is a trade service company, services and investments which are listed on the Stock Exchange. The sampling method used is purposive sampling, 19 companies are selected as research objects with 76 samples of data involved. Data analysis technique is used multiple linear regression analysis. The analytical tool used to process data is E-Views 8.0. The results of this research showed that the DER and DPR has a significant negative effect on IOS, while ROE has no significant effect on IOS. The influence proportion of the independent variables can explain IOS by 16.38 percent, while 83.62 percent is explained by other variables outside the research model.

This study aims to empirically examine the relationship between industry auditor specialization, auditor reputation, and audit tenure, to audit report lag in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2017. The population in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2017. The research sample consisted of 67 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2017. The data used in this study are secondary data and sample selection using purposive sampling method. The analysis model uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that auditor industry specialization has a negative effect on audit report lag, auditor reputation has no effect on audit report lag, and audit tenure has a negative effect on audit report lag.

The research objective was to examine and analyze the effect of profitability and liquidity on firm value in companies corporated in LQ 45 and listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and test whether leverage can moderate the relationship between the independent and dependent variables. This research is causal research using secondary data. The population of this study is companies that are members of the LQ45 on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2007 to 2019. The method of determining the sample uses purposive sampling so that a sample of 10 companies is multiplied by 13 years of research to obtain 130 observations. The analysis technique used in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis and moderating tests with the R Studio tools. The results of this study simultaneously profitability and liquidity have a significant effect on firm value. The results partially profitability has a significant positive effect on firm value, liquidity has an insignificant negative effect on firm value. Meanwhile, for simultaneous moderating, the results show that leverage can moderate the relationship between profitability and liquidity simultaneously on firm value, and partially leverage cannot moderate the relationship between profitability and firm value. Leverage is not able to moderate the relationship between liquidity and firm value. Keywords: profitability, liquidity, leverage, firm value.

Firm value is one  of the criteria used by investors in making decisions to invest in a company where Firm value is often associated with share prices. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of Capital Structure (DER), Liquidity (QR), Profitability (ROA), Dividends (DPR), and Firm Size (Total Assets) on the Firm Value. This type of research is quantitative descriptive with secondary data, the selection of research samples using purposive sampling techniques, and testing methods with multiple linear regression analysis method. The population in this research were 167 manufacturing companies listed on the IDX during the period 2016 – 2019. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that simultaneously the Capital Structure (DER), Liquidity (QR), Profitability (ROA), Dividend (DPR), and Firm Size (total assets) have a simultaneous and positive effect. While partially, only Dividend (DPR) has a positive effect on Firm Value, while Profitability (ROA) have a negative effect on Firm Value; Capital Structure (DER), Liquidity (QR) and Firm Size (Total Assets) have no effect and is insignificant on Firm Value. This study aims to examine whether short term debt has a negative effect on company profitability and to test whether long term debt has a negative effect on the profitability of manufacturing companies in Indonesia which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2014-2018 period. This study has 1 dependent variable namely profitability and uses 2 independent variables namely short term debt and long term debt, and uses 2 control variables namely liquidity and firm size. This study uses secondary data with database collection techniques. The sample of this study was 432 companies in 5 years of research. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis through the application of SPSS 22. The results found that short term debt has a negative effect on company profitability and long term debt has a negative effect on company profitability. This shows that the lower the company's debt, the higher the profitability a company will get and otherwise.

This study aims to determine the effect of earnings quality to firm value with market reaction as intervening variable. This study conducted by using the secondary data. Analysis method was the multiple linear regression analysis by utilizing SPSS 22 program and path analysis. The population in this study is the manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange during the period 2010-2015. The determination of the sample used a purposive sampling method and obtained 104 companies as a sample. The result showed that (a) earnings quality significantly negative affect on firm value, (b) earnings quality doesn’t effect significantly of firm value through market reaction,  (c) earnings quality doesn’t effect significantly of market reaction and (d) debt equity ration and leverage as control variable, only debt quity ratio significantly effect of firm value .
