Improving the Quality of Learning to Listen to Short Stories by Using Recorded Media for Reading Short Stories for Class XI IPA2 Students of SMA Negeri 1 Bontotiro, Bulukumba Regency.” This study aims to describe the improvement in the quality of learning to listen to short stories using short story reading recording media for students of class XI IPA2 SMA Negeri 1 Bontotiro, Bulukumba Regency.             The results of the study prove that improving the quality of learning to listen to short stories using short story reading recording media in class XI IPA2 SMA Negeri 1 Bontotiro Bulukumba Regency at the planning stage found an increase in the ability of teachers in the field of study to plan better learning implementation in cycle II. In the implementation stage, there was an increase in student activity during the learning process, such as the sincerity, discipline, and self-confidence of students following the learning process. The evaluation stage found an increase in the results of the short story listening test, showing that in the first cycle 56.09% of students experienced mastery learning, and in the second cycle it reached 97.56% who experienced learning mastery. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that the recording media for reading short stories could improve the quality of learning to listen to short stories in class XI IPA2 SMA Negeri 1 Bontotiro, Bulukumba Regency

Learning innovation is an important thing to be possessed by the teacher. This is because through the update that is later success in learning objectives can be delivered optimally. As one of these innovations is the use of learning media. This study was conducted to reveal the effectiveness of the use of audio media in the form of recording readings of short stories on the quality of the learning process of appreciation of the short story. This study used qualitative research methods class action, this study resulted in a conclusion that the audio media can improve the quality of the learning process of short stories with three benchmarks, namely the increasing activity of students during the activity apersepsi, the increased activity of students during the teaching and learning activities, and increased courage students to present the results of its work in the discussion forum.

<span class="fontstyle0">This study aims to improve quality of learning process through using write short and<br />improve students' ability through to write short stories using poetry media and SAVI<br />approach. Subjects in this study is students of class VI SDN Tanjung 3. Research object<br />of learning to write short stories in Indonesian Language. Data collection techniques<br />used in this study consist of (a) observation, (b)interview, (c)study of document,<br />(d)questionnaire, (e)tasks. Testing the validity of data is done by triangulation.<br />Approaches of analysing data which used in this research are descriptive qualitative and<br />descriptive comparative. The conclusions of this research can be known that the media of<br />poetry and SAVI approach can improve quality in learning process and ability to write<br />short stories in Class VI SDN Tanjung 3. From the results of the pre-action learning<br />process is still less than optimal and the average ability to write short stories 65.8. The<br />first cycle, which is when the learning process students are more enthusiastic and<br />average ability to write is 75.5. In second cycle, the quality of learning process has more<br />increased. The Given

The selection and determination of appropriate learning strategies can improve the results to be obtained from the application of classroom learning models. This writing aims to discipline students to develop individual abilities of students to be more active in the learning process and improve the quality of learning. The learning process in Indonesia in general only uses conventional learning models that make students passive and undeveloped. In order for the quality of learning to increase, the Team Assisted Individualization learning model is combined with the task learning and forced strategies. The Team Assisted Individualization cooperative learning model is one of the cooperative learning models that combines learning individually and in groups. Meanwhile, task and forced learning strategies are strategies that focus on giving assignments that require students to complete them on time so that the learning process can run effectively. Students are required to do assignments according to the given deadline. This makes students become familiar with the tasks given by the teacher. Combining or modifying the learning model of the assisted individualization team with forced and forced learning strategies is expected to be able to make students more active, disciplined, independent, creative in learning and responsible for the tasks assigned. Therefore this method of incorporation is very necessary in the learning process and can be applied to improve the quality of learning in schools.

To learn something well, we need to hear, see, ask questions about it, and discuss it with others. Not only that, teachers need to "do it", that is to describe something in their own way, to show their example, to try to practice their skills and to do tasks that demand the knowledge they have gained. Problems to be studied in this research are: a. How to improve learning result of Indonesian language especially about writing short story? b. Steps taken in improving learning outcomes Indonesian language ?.  The approach of this research uses a qualitative approach with classroom action research design, which is carried out cyclically. Cycle I with planning, action, observation, and reflection. Likewise the next cycles. In PTK as well as teachers can examine their own activities on their own done in its own class. By involving their students through planned, implemented and evaluated actions, TOD can be performed without interrupting other learning and will not burden the work of the teacher in performing daily tasks. PTK can be done in an integrated manner with daily activities. Precisely with PTK teachers can improve the quality of learning processes and products. The study considers the results or impact of classroom action research from various criteria based on reflections for revision. Reflection is a re-application of the lessons learned. The reflections are evaluations that have been made and suggestions for future learning.    Based on the description of researchers draw conclusions as follows: The ability of students to write short stories in class IV before using the method of writing (writing together) is categorized enough with the average value: 6.90 (unfinished). There is an increase in the ability to write short stories with the method of writing writing (writing together) grade IV students are categorized both with an average value of 7.69 (complete). This capability increases in cycle II and cycle III reaches an average value of 8.46 (complete). Matched material for writing short story experiences for students SDN 07 Pasar Salido is a material that suits the conditions, desires, experiences, and the ability to write short stories.

Textbook is one of learning components that plays an important role in determining the success of learning. Textbook as a media and one of main resources in the learning process has a strategic role to be developed to improve the quality of learning and cultivate religiosity of the students. The cultivation of religious characters will be effective, efficient, and interesting if the available textbooks are combined with the Islamic education and characters contents. The importance of Learning Media is used by ATKP Medan to continuously improve the quality of learning. The problem that is often encountered in avionic learning is the limited resources available because to access avionic learning the cadets must access from the CBT LAB and cannot be from elsewhere. This is because Avionic software is only installed inside the lab and cannot be learned from outside the lab. The purpose of this research is to improve the digital avionic-Radio Theory II learning process which is packaged in multimedia animation to make it easier for cadets to learn avionic Radio Theory II without having to access it in the laboratory. Esensi supervisi akademik tidak hanya menilai kinerja guru dalam mengelola proses pembelajaran, melainkan juga membantu guru mengembangkan kemampuan profesionalismenya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peningkatan  mutu pembelajaran melalui supervisi akademik. Penerapan supervisi akademik digunakan untuk meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran siswa, minat belajar siswa, dan kemampuan guru dalam mengelola pelaksanaan pembelajaran sehingga sesuai dengan standar yang telah ditetapkan. Penelitian ini berbentuk Penelitian Tindakan Sekolah (School Action Research) dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif, dengan menggunakan teknik persentase untuk melihat peningkatan yang terjadi dari siklus ke siklus. Dengan dilaksanakannya supervise akademik, bimbingan berkelanjutan dapat meningkatkan motivasi guru dalam menyusun administrasi mengajar dan dapat meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam menyiapkan perencanaan pembelajaran yang pada akhirnya meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran.The essence of academic supervision is not only assessing the performance of teachers in managing the learning process, but also helping teachers develop their professional skills. This study aims to describe the improvement of the quality of learning through academic supervision. The application of academic supervision is used to improve the quality of student learning, student interest in learning, and the ability of teachers to manage the implementation of learning so that it is in accordance with predetermined standards. This research is in the form of School Action Research using descriptive methods, using percentage techniques to see the increase that occurs from cycle to cycle. By implementing academic supervision, continuous guidance can increase teacher motivation in arranging teaching administration and can increase teacher competence in preparing lesson plans which in turn improve the quality of learning.

This research aims to classify forms of application of authentic just my assesment on thematic-based learning, quality assessment of the learning process and find the constraints faced by teachers in Islamic Elementary School, application of authentic assessment in Watampone on thematic-based learning to improve the quality of the assessment of the learning process. The method of this research is a descriptive qualitative. The results of this study showed that teachers generally Islamic Elementary School in Watampone authentic assessment has implemented in the thematic-based learning in accordance with the existing procedures at the authentic assessment, namely the assessment of attitudes, judgement knowledge and psychomotor. Furthermore, the assessment of the learning process for teachers in Islamic Elementary School in Watampone already qualified having been in accordance with the standards of the assessment of the learning process. Various obstacles facing teachers Islamic Elementary School in Watampone in applying the assessment of teacher ability Islamic Elementary School in Watampone, limited time and complication as well as impractical. With the implementation of this authentic assessment thus reduces the subjectivity of teachers in learning so as to improve the quality of learning in teacher assessment

Education is a conscious and planned effort in realizing an atmosphere of learning and learning process so that students actively develop their potential to have religious spiritual strength, self-control, personality, intelligence, noble character, and the skills needed by themselves, the people of the nation and the State. Based on these problems, the formulation of the research problem is: (1) How is the quality of learning in MAN 2 Lubuklinggau (2) How is the implementation of Madrasah Based Management in improving the quality of learning in MAN 2 Lubuklinggau (3) What are the supporting and inhibiting factors that influence the Implementation of Madrasah Based Management in improving the quality of learning at MAN 2 LubuklinggauThis research is a qualitative descriptive research. With the Head of Madrasa as the research subject. In collecting data, the authors use the method of observation, interviews and documentation. Data is collected from the information specified, the results relevant to the problem under study are analyzed quantitatively through the process of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions.The results of this study indicate that the quality of the learning process in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Lubuklinggau can be said to be good. This is evident from the teachers who teach in accordance with their respective educational qualifications. With the Implementation of Madrasah-Based Management in improving the quality of learning at MAN 2 Lubuklinggau, it reveals the Management of Madrasas, the performance of Madrasah Heads / teachers, and the role of Community Participation. The implementation of the Madrasah-Based Management Program will be carried out well with the collaboration between Curriculum Management and Teaching Programs, Management of Education Personnel, Student Management, Financial Management and Financing, Management of Educational Facilities and Infrastructure, Management of School and Community Relations, and Management of Special Services.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran tentang (a) perubahan unsur-unsur cerpen, (b) karakter para tokoh dalam cerpen, dan (c) nilai-nilai humanis dalam cerpen sebagai alternatif bahan pembelajaran apresiasi sastra. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis konten dengan pendekatan psikologi sastra. Tahapan penelitian dilakukan dengan studi dokumentasi, yaitu diawali dengan mempelajari teori, lalu mengumpulkan cerpen-cer pen yang monu mental dari ma jalah Hori son, kemudian menganalisisnya, melakukan uji coba, dan menyimpulkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya perkembangan unsur-unsur cerpen: ditemukan berbagai karakter dalam tokoh cerita serta ditemukan juga nilai-nilai luhur dalam cerpen yang dapat diaplikasikan dalam pembelajaran di kelas. Cerpen-cerpen tersebut dapat dijadikan bahan pembelajaran sastra yang menyenangkan bagi siswa dan berguna bagi kehidupan sehari-hari masyarakat.Abstract:This study is aimed at obtaining the description of (a) the changes in the elements of short stories, (b)  a picture of  the characters in short story, and (c)  a picture of humanist values in short story as an alternative learning materials of literary appreciation. This study uses content analysis to psychology literature approach. The stage of the  research is conducted by studying the related theory, collecting short stories from the Horison magazine, and analyzing, conducting trials and error,  and making conclusion. The results of research  shows that there is  the develop- ment of the elements of the short story: finding a variety of  characters and great value in the story that can be applied to the teaching-learning process in the classroom as a fun learning materials for students of literature and useful for everyday social life.
