The study aims are: 1) to explain the effect of training on teachers’ performance, 2) to explain the effect of teaching experience on teachers’ performance, and 3) to explain the effect of training and teaching experience on teachers’ performance. The study population are all elementary school teachers in the District of Lemong Pesisir Barat consist 179 people, while the sample in this study amounted to 64 respondents. This study uses a quantitative approach to the type of verification research and uses data collection techniques, namely interviews and questionnaires. The analytical research are descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. The results showed that 1) Training partially had a positive and significant effect on teachers’ performance, 2) teaching experience partially had a positive and significant effect on teachers’ performance, and 3) Training and teaching experience simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on teachers’ performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and work discipline on the performance of public elementary school teachers in Cluster I, Rambutan District, Banyuasin Regency. This type of research is quantitative. The sample in the study was 55 respondents with data collection techniques in the form of a questionnaire (questionnaire). The results showed that: 1) there is a significant influence of leadership on teacher performance, 2) there is a significant effect of work discipline on teacher performance, 3) there is a significant influence between leadership and work discipline on teacher performance.

This study aims to determine the analysis of the implementation of the competence of public elementary school teachers in Sungai Raya subdistrict, Kubu Regency. The study was conducted in Sungai Raya Subdistrict with 29 elementary school teachers. Data collected are pedagogical, personal, social, and professional competencies using data collection tools in the form of interview sheets, non-participant observation sheets, and documentation. Data analysis uses a checklist matrix technique with several stages, namely: data collection, data reduction, data display, drawing conclusions. The results showed that: First, the implementation of pedagogical competencies by public elementary school teachers in Sungai Raya Subdistrict, Kubu Raya District, was interpreted that the teacher's ability to educate reached an average of 3.37 with a good category. Second, the personality competency of public elementary school teachers in Sungai Raya Subdistrict, Kubu Raya Regency, averaged 3.30 in the good category. Third, the social competency of public elementary school teachers in Sungai Raya District is an average of 3.37 with a good category. The four professional competencies of public elementary school teachers in Sungai Raya District reach an average of 3.30 in the good category. The results of this study, it is suggested to be a reference for similar research related to teacher competencies, which should be part of the teacher to dedicate himself to serve especially elementary school teachers in Sungai Raya District Kubu Raya District.

Teachers’ mental health not only increases their efficiency, professional growth and development but also their effects their personality. Punjab education department established Monitoring education authorities to improve quality of education by monitoring quality indicators.  Monitoring practices of Education Assistants may affect the mental health of teachers on their workplaces which culminate in low performance. The objective of this study was to determine effect of monitoring education authorities’ practices on school teachers’ mental health. 300 elementary school teachers were selected for data collection through cluster sampling technique in District Sheikhpura. Data collection was done through survey questionnaire with 17 statements. Findings revealed that a significant correlation between teachers’ performance and motivational techniques used by their heads. A pilot study was conducted to validate cronbach's alpha 0.86 which statistically significant. Furthermore, following practices of Monitoring education authorities are effecting mental health index .On the bases of these findings that it is recommended that the government might  give training to MEAs  for  improving  their behaviours  during their visits in schools.

AbstractThis research is to describe the relationship between principal's motivation and school culture on the performance of elementary school teachers in jawai selatan, Sambas. This study consisted of two independent variables and one dependent variable. They are the principal's motivation (X1) and school culture (X2) as independent variables, and teacher performance (Y)as dependent variable. The subjects of this study are all elementary school teachers. This study uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive correlational design. Data collection techniques used are documentary and questionnaire techniques. The main data collection tool used is a questionnaire (questionnaire) with alternative answers in the form of a Likert scale. Technical analysis or data processing of this study using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The results obtained: (1) There is a relationship between the principal's motivation and teacher performance of 25.70%. (2) There is a significant relationship between school culture and an increase in teacher performance of 70.13%. (3) The principal's motivation and school culture have a significant relationship to the performance of teachers in the southern Jawai sub-district with a contribution of 55.70%. Keywords: Motivation, School Culture, Performance of teachers

This research aims to reveal the influence of principal transformational leadership and teacher work motivation on teacher work productivity of state elementary schools in Sambas Sub-district, both partially and jointly. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a type of causal-comparative research or correlational study. This research was conducted in 18 state elementary schools in Sambas Sub-district with the criteria of a minimum B accredited school. While the sample amounted to 100 people with criteria as civil servants and had teaching experience of more than five years. The instruments used are in the form of questionnaires. Data collection procedures and techniques used were questionnaires. While the data analysis technique is used inferential parametric statistics with the hypothesis testing technique is correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis with the help of IBM SPSS Statistics 20 (SPSS 20). The conclusions of this research are as follows: (1) Principle of transformational leadership of state elementary schools in Sambas Sub-district tends to be low (not good). (2) Work motivation of teachers in elementary schools in Sambas Sub-district tends to be good. (3) The work productivity of teachers in elementary schools in Sambas Sub-district tends to be moderate. (4) The principal of transformational leadership affects the work productivity of state elementary school teachers in Sambas Sub-district. (5) Work motivation of students influences the work productivity of the state elementary school teachers in Sambas Sub-district. (6) The principal of transformational leadership and teacher work motivation jointly affects the work productivity of state elementary school teachers in Sambas Sub-district.Keywords: Motivation, Transformational Leadership, Work Productivity

The effect of creativity and work motivation on the productivity of Islamic Religious Education (IRE) teachers. This study aims to determine the effect of creativity and work motivation on the productivity of IRE teachers in Lengkiti district at Ogan Komering Ulu (OKU) district. As for the formulation of the problem, (1) is there an effect of creativity on the productivity of IRE elementary school teachers?, (2) is there an effect of motivation on the productivity of IRE elementary school teachers?, and (3) is there an effect of creativity and motivation on the productivity of IRE elementary school teachers?. This type of research is descriptive. The sample in this study amounted to 19 people in 19 SD Negeri in OKU District. Data collection techniques in the form of observation, questionnaires and documentation. The results of this study. Based on respondents' perceptions about the effect of creativity on teacher productivity in a moderate category, the mean was 69.43. The results of the descriptive analysis of the effect of IRE motivation on teacher productivity are in a good category, the mean is 58.68. The results of the analysis of the effect of creativity and work motivation on teacher productivity are in moderate category with a mean of 49.59.

La siguiente investigación gira entorno al análisis de cómo se establecen las prácticas de inclusión educativa de los docentes del nivel de educación primaria. Bajo un enfoque cualitativo de corte fenomenológico, se dirige hacia la obtención de datos en situaciones reales de cómo los docentes frente a grupo responden a la diversidad de sus aulas. Los resultados presentados son acerca de la revisión documental necesaria para la elaboración de instrumentos como entrevista y guía de observación participante. Abstract The following investigation evolves around the analysis and how inclusive educational practices are established by elementary school teachers. From a phenomenological approach of qualitative research, we directed our attention towards data collection focused on real situations experienced by elementary school teachers during class and how they respond to diversity in the classroom. The results presented refer to the revision of documentation necessary to create instruments such as interviews and participant observation guides.
