Over the past years, the educational pattern of vocational colleges and the top priority in education are undergoing substantial and qualitative transformations with incremental deepening of reform of China's vocational education. The new educational concept of vocational colleges is to upgrade and transform into the educational pattern of "Teachers with the Teaching Capability both in Teaching and Theory" based on the combination of school and enterprise, so the educational pattern of the combination of colleges and enterprises has become a significant feature of the transformation of vocational education. At present, enterprises have been deeply involved in the daily teaching planning of vocational colleges, which not only pay attention to the subject status of students, but also render practical teaching as the teaching focus, so as to give constructive suggestions for improving students' professional skills and social ability. The purpose of this paper is to expound the strategies of effective development of hotel management vocational education from the perspective of school-enterprise integration.

The aim of this study was to examine stakeholder perception of the contribution of vocational education (VE) to the economy of Botswana. A survey design was adopted. The sample included staff of the Ministry of Education, Vocational Colleges and Industry at the time of the study. A questionnaire was used to collect data from 61 respondents. The results confirmed that stakeholders believed that while VE was playing a significant role in fostering economic growth, it did not effectively translate into benefits to its recipients and it also failed to bring industrialisation to Botswana. For stakeholders to realise more benefits from VE, there is need to review the curriculum to become more relevant, ensure that unemployed graduates access finance to start businesses and for the government to attract investment in heavy industry to stimulate industrialisation.

For vocational education, modern apprenticeship is of great importance to its teaching quality, and the application of modern apprenticeship in training e-commerce professionals in higher vocational colleges can promote the training of e-commerce professionals. This paper briefly introduces the modern apprenticeship system, and has analyzed the existing problems in the teaching of e-commerce specialty in higher vocational colleges and the training model of modern apprenticeship for e-commerce professionals in higher vocational colleges, and finally, it puts forward several problems which we should pay attention to in the application of the modern apprenticeship to improve the teaching level of the major of e-commerce and promote the development of contemporary vocational education.

In recent years, with the deepening of the teaching reform of “integration of production and education” in colleges and universities in our country, the construction of a curriculum teaching model that integrates workshop management with teaching has gradually become an important direction of teaching reform in many vocational colleges. This article focuses on the “preparatory stage of the construction of a course teaching model integrating workshop management with teaching”, “the process stage of the construction of a course teaching model integrating workshop management with teaching”, and “assessment of the construction of a course teaching model integrating workshop management with teaching” “Stage” these aspects are discussed, hoping to further improve the construction of the curriculum teaching model that integrates workshop management with teaching, and comprehensively improve the quality of China’s vocational education and teaching.

During the epidemic period, vocational colleges made a preliminary exploration of online teaching in response to the national call of "suspending classes without stopping learning",Due to lack of experience, many problems and deficiencies were exposed. This paper systematically analyzes and summarizes the crux of online teaching in vocational colleges during the epidemic period, and then combs out the reform ideas of online teaching,which provides certain guidance and action path for the normal operation of online teaching mechanism in the post-epidemic era—integration of off-line & on-line, and concretely expounds the specific path of integration of off-line & on-line towards normalization of from three levels: home-school integration, virtual-real integration and production-education integration.
