This research aims to describe the influence of organizational culture, principal leadership, and teacher work motivation on teacher performance in SMAN 1 Air Sugihan. The method used is a quantitative research method with a population as well as a sample of 33 people. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires and observations. The data analysis used descriptive analysis, simple regression, and multiple regression with the help of the IBM SPSS version 25,0 Program. The results showed that; (1) there is a positive and significant influence between organizational culture on teacher performance, (2) there is a positive and significant influence between principal leadership on teacher performance, (3) there is an influence which is positive and significant between teacher work motivation on teacher performance, and (4) there is a positive and significant influence between organizational culture, principal leadership, and teacher work motivation on teacher performance.

The results of the analysis show the principal leadership style, teacher work motivation simultaneously significant and significant to teacher performance, thus hypothesis. Based on the results of data processing and research results there was an influence between the leadership style of principals and work motivation on the performance of madrasah teachers by 26.9%. So it can be said the better the quality of leadership style of principal and work motivation, the better the performance of teachers. Based on these findings, it can be concluded: (1) There is a positive and significant influence between principal leadership style and four sub-variables on Executive Style and Developer Style (2) There is a positive and significant influence between principal leadership style on teacher performance Madrasah Tsanawiyah / MTsS (3) There is a positive and significant influence between work motivation on teacher performance, achievement of financial motivation. (4) There is a positive and significant influence between the principal's leadership style and the motivation of cooperation on teacher performance. (5) Managerial efforts to improve the principal's leadership style and work motivation and teacher performance by increasing the dimensions that determine these variables.

This is to determine the effect of work motivation and principal leadership together on the performance of teachers in SD Negeri Lengkiti District. In this study, quantitative research methods were used and the research design was in the form of an influence study, namely to determine the effect of the three variables, namely the independent or independent variable Teacher Motivation (X1), Principal Leadership (X2) and the dependent or dependent variable Teacher Performance (Y). The results of the study can be concluded as follows: 1) The variable of work motivation of the SD Negeri Lengkiti District teachers is in the sufficient category, 2) The leadership variable of the principal of SD Negeri Lengkiti District is in the good category, 3) The work motivation of the teacher and the leadership of the principal is factors that can improve teacher performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of principal leadership and work motivation on teacher work discipline. As for the formulation of the problem: (1) is there an influence between the principal's leadership on teacher work discipline?, (2) is there an influence between work motivation on teacher work discipline?, (3) is there a significant influence between principal leadership and work motivation jointly on teacher work discipline?. This research uses descriptive analysis method. The method used by researchers to get a view of the principal's leadership, work motivation and teacher work discipline. The sample in this study amounted to 108 teachers. From the results of the descriptive statistical analysis of the principal's leadership, the very good data category was chosen by 8 out of 108 (9.6%) respondents. While the good category was chosen by 21 respondents (25.3%). The sufficient category was chosen by 30 respondents (36.1%). 19 (23.0%) respondents chose the less category. For the very less category chosen by 5 (6.0%) respondents. If it is related to the mean value on the discipline questionnaire, which is 74.4819, then the average respondent chooses the sufficient category.

This study aimed to elicit data regarding the effect of school administrators' leadership styles, work motivation, and work discipline on teacher pedagogical competency. This study employs a quantitative methodology. The researchers conducted a quantitative study to demonstrate the effect of the principal's leadership style, work motivation, and work discipline on the pedagogical competency of teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Badar, Aceh Tenggara Regency. The findings indicate that principal leadership has a considerable effect on teacher performance and that teacher work motivation greatly affects teacher performance. Principal leadership and teacher work motivation have a major impact on teacher performance. The purpose of this study was to elicit data regarding the effect of school administrators' leadership styles, work motivation, and work discipline on teacher pedagogic competency. This study employs a quantitative methodology. The researchers conducted a quantitative study to demonstrate the effect of the principal's leadership style, work motivation, and work discipline on the pedagogical competency of teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Badar, Aceh Tenggara Regency. As educators, teachers must be able to improve their performance in carrying out tasks. To achieve high teacher performance, one of them is the motivation factor. Motivation is the driving force for someone to do an activity that is manifested in the form of a real action. Thus the higher the motivation of someone, the higher the performance and vice versa, the lower the motivation of a person, the lower the performance. The success of teacher performance will be seen if there is motivation from the teacher himself and has the support of the madrasa headmaster. Therefore, in addition to the teacher himself who is trying to improve the quality of his performance, the madrasa also seeks to establish good leadership as an empowerment of teachers and madrasa members so that they have good performance in carrying out their duties. This type of research is quantitative research that aims to find answers about the questions in the research based on the actual situation so that it is obtained about the prevailing picture in relation to the correlation between the leadership style of madrasah leaders and teacher work motivation on teacher performance in MAN 3 Nganjuk. The conclusions based on data analysis are: Madrasah headship leadership and teacher work motivation together have positive and significant influence on teacher performance. Good madrasah head leadership and high teacher work motivation will make teachers increasingly improve performance in carrying out their duties.

Di Indonesia, koperasi merupakan salah satu pendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi yang berbasis kerakyatan. Pesatnya pertumbuhan koperasi di Indonesia khususnya di kota Cirebon harus juga diiringi dengan peningkatan kinerja dari karyawan koperasi tersebut sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif analisis dengan menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis) dan pengoperasian perhitungannya menggunakan program SPSS. The research method used is descriptive analysis method by using path analysis (path analysis) and operation calculations using the SPSS program. Summary of the research is proven there was significant influence between motivation and organizational culture on the performance of employees.

The population of this research is all employees of PT. Hadeka Primantara which amounted to 91 people. The research method in this research is the quantitative research method by using the computer program Partial Least Square (PLS) and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). This thesis uses quantitative research through survey methods, interviews, and questionnaires. The results showed significant influence on Leadership on Motivation at PT. Hadeka Primantara with the value of T Statistics 4,818 ≥ 1.96. There is a significant influence of Organizational Culture on Motivation at PT. Hadeka Primantara with the value of T Statistics 10,435 ≥ 1.96. There is no significant influence on Motivation on Service Quality at PT. Hadeka Primantara with the value of T Statistics 0.095 ≤ 1.96. There is no significant effect of Leadership on Service Quality at PT. Hadeka Primantara with the value of T Statistics 0.677 ≤ 1.96. There is a significant influence of Organization Culture on Quality of Service with the value of T Statistics 2,402 ≤ 1.96. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) Pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap motivasi. (2) Pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap motivasi. (3) Pengaruh motivasi terhadap kualitas pelayanan. (4)Pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kualitas pelayanan.(5) Pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kualitas pelayanan. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Hadeka Primantara yang berjumlah 91 orang. Metode penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan program komputer Partial Least Square (PLS) dan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Tesis ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif melalui metode survey, wawancara dan kuesioner.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan Kepemimpinan terhadap Motivasi pada PT. Hadeka Primantara dengan nilai T Statistics 4,818 ≥ 1.96. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Motivasi pada PT. Hadeka Primantara dengan nilai T Statistics 10,435 ≥ 1.96. This article aims to determine the effect of supervision of Head master toward teacher performance, determine the influence of teacher work motivation toward teacher performance, and determine the influence of Head master supervision and teacher’s work motivation classically toward teacher performance. The method used is descriptive analysis method. It will hopefully be able to understand the problem based on the phenomenon at the time of the study. The subjects of this study were 120 State Teachers in Cimerak Subdistrict, Pangandaran Regency, with a total sample of 75 teachers. While the object of this study is the supervision of the principal, work motivation of teachers, and teacher performance. The data collected in this study were captured through a questionnaire in the form of scales in the range of scores from 1 to 5. The result of research is : 1) the effect of school principal supervision (X1) on Teacher Performance (Y) of 0.091; 2) the effect of teacher work motivation (X2) on teacher performance (Y) of 0.139; and 3) the influence of school principal supervision (X1) and teacher work motivation (X2) on teacher performance (Y) together by 0.165, meaning 0.835 is the influence of factors other than those examined.

Researchers conducted observations at SMP Batik Surakarta with the object of teacher research as a sample in order to determine the relationship between work motivation, job satisfaction and compensation with teacher performance. The research method is in the form of survey research using quantitative research with a sample size of about 48 teachers. The data collection method used a questionnaire with a saturated sampling technique. Processing of data using the SPSS program using multiple regression equation analysis tools. The results of the analysis can be obtained that the variables of motivation, job satisfaction and compensation have a simultaneous effect on the performance of teachers of SMP Batik Surakarta. Motivation has a significant effect on the performance of teachers in SMP Batik Surakarta. Job Satisfaction has a significant effect on the teacher performance of SMP Batik Surakarta. Compensation has a significant effect on the performance of teachers at SMP Batik Surakarta. The results of the observation show that simultaneously the independent variables which include work motivation, job satisfaction and compensation have a relationship with teacher performance.
