The Village fund is a government effort to support the development of the village through financing schemes that are regulated and implemented directly by the village government, the involvement of village institutions in the management of village funds into an institutional relationship that is able to Village Fund Management. This research is a qualitative study aimed to describe the relationship of village government with village institutions in the planning and implementation of development based on the allocation of village funds obtained. The research site is focused on Namlea subdistrict with the consideration of density and heterogeneity of society. The number of informant that will be interviewed as many as 40 people taken in purposive. The analytical techniques used follow the concept given Miles and Huberman. The results showed that the relationship that awakened has a positive impact on the planning, implementation and supervision of the use of the village funds with the presence of the engagement, the sense of having and responsibility to the management Village funds are not merely the responsibility of the villagers but rather to be a responsibility with the parties involved.

Iklim komunikasi organisasi merupakan persepsi pegawai mengenai peristiwa yang terjadi di lingkungannya. Kantor Desa Cibalung, Kecamatan Cijeruk, Kabupaten Bogor merupakan salah satu kantor desa yang memiliki berbagai prestasi. Prestasi yang sudah diraih tentu saja tidak lepas dari peran kinerja aparatur pemerintahan desa dan masyarakat yang terlibat dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang produktif dan kepuasaan kerja yang dirasakan. Maka dari itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan iklim komunikasi organisasi dengan kepuasan kerja dan hubungan kepuasan kerja dengan kinerja aparatur pemerintahan desa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui metode survei dengan kuesioner yang didukung oleh data kualitatif melalui teknik wawancara mendalam dan studi literatur dengan responden sebanyak 36 orang. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan nyata antara iklim komunikasi organisasi dengan kepuasan kerja dan hubungan sangat nyata antara kepuasan kerja dengan kinerja aparatur pemerintahan desa.Kata Kunci: iklim komunikasi, kepuasan kerja, kinerja, komunikasi organisasi=====ABSTRACTOrganizational communication climate was the employee's perception of events that occurred in their environment. The achievements that have been achieved certainly could not be separated from the role of the performance of the village government apparatus and the community involved in creating a productive work environment and perceived job satisfaction. Therefore, this study aimed to analyze the relationship of organizational communication climate with job satisfaction and the relationship of job satisfaction with the performance of village government officials. This study used a quantitative approach through a survey method with a questionnaire supported by qualitative data through in-depth interview techniques and literature studies with 36 respondents. The results obtained indicated that there was a real relationship between organizational communication with job satisfaction and the very obvious relationship between job satisfaction by the performance of the village government apparatus.Keywords: communication climate, job satisfaction, performance, organizational communication

The Government of Kayeli village is an integral part of the District government Buru where the administrative elements make the Kayeli village government have to run the administrative tasks strictly in their activities, in fact A involvement in traditional institutions that eventually affect the orientation and implementation of development. The three elements of village institutions namely village Governments, village consultative bodies and indigenous institutions are able to collaborate from planning to monitoring the development of the Kayeli village community. This research is a qualitative study aimed at describing the partnerships that awakened between institutions in the village of Kayeli. The research site is focused on Kayeli village. The number of informant interviews of 30 people consisting of village apparatus, public figures, indigenous people and local communities is taken purposive. The analytical techniques used to follow the concepts given by Miles and Huberman include data reduction, data presentation and withdrawal of conclusions. The results showed that the relationship that awakened from these three institutions was able to create harmonization of village development that materialized through the planning, implementation and supervision conducted jointly with Communication and active role in village development.

Community welfare is one of the goals expected by each region including in Padangsidimpuan city. Based on data obtained the amount of poverty in Padangsidimpuan city experienced fluctuations from 2008 to 2015. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether there is an effect of the effectiveness of village fund management on improving the welfare of rural communities in Padangsidimpuan city. Does the manager’s religiosity behavior moderate the influence of village fund management by increasing the welfare of rural communities in Padangsidimpuan City? This type of research is causality research using quantitative data. The population of this study is the village community in the city of Padangsidimpuan with a total of 41 villages. Given the limitations of the author, the sample in this study was taken by 5 people from each village, namely 5 x 41 villages = 205 villagers. Data collection techniques used were questionnaires and data analysis conducted with Smart PLS. Based on the results, it was found the value of the village fund management pathway affected the welfare of the village community of 5.875 with a probability value of 0.024. Because the t-count value (5.875) is greater than critical t (1.96) at the 5% error rate, it can be concluded there is an effect of the effectiveness of village fund management on improving the welfare of rural communities in Padangsidimpuan City. And the t-count value of the manager's religiosity behavior trends moderates the relationship of village fund management to rural community welfare of 0.458 with a probability value of 0.031. Because the t-count (0.458) is greater than the critical t (1.96) at the 5% error rate, it can be concluded that the manager's religiosity behavior can moderate the relationship between village fund management and the improvement of the welfare of rural communities in Padangsidimpuan City.

Kurang efektifnya pelayanan masyarakat dipengaruhi oleh system pemerintahan desa yang kuran maksimal terutama tidak diikutkannya BPD dalam membangun desa. Karena BPD sebagai salah satu unsur dari pemerintah desa ikut andil dalam pembangunan desa, kerena setiap kebijakan, peraturan, ataupun segala program yang dicanangkan oleh pemerintah tidak dapat berjalan tanpa ada persetujuan dari BPD. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kerja sama BPD dengan pemerintah desa dalam pembangunan dan pengelolaan dana desa dan kendala-kendala dalam kerjasama BPD dengan pemerintah desa dalam pembangunan dan pengelolaan dana desa. Metode penelitian yang di gunakan yaitu penelitian kualitatif Dengan pendekatan empiris.Teknik penentuan subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi, sedangkan  Teknik Analisis Data melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian, bahwa  kerjasama BPD dengan pemerintah desa sudah optimal, hal tersebut terlihat dari Hubungan kerja sama BPD dengan kepala desa, Kerjasama Dalam membuat (RKP desa dan APB desa), Kemudian terlihat juga dari Tahapan-tahapan kerja sama BPD dengan pemerintah desa dalam pembangunan dan pengelolaan dana desa.The lack of effective community service is influenced by the village government system, which has the maximum effect, especially when the BPD is not included in developing villages. Because the BPD as one of the elements of the village government took part in village development, because every policy, regulation, or program launched by the government could not work without the approval of the BPD. The purpose of this study was to determine the cooperation of BPD with village governments in the development and management of village funds and constraints in the cooperation of BPD with village governments in the development and management of village funds. The research method used is qualitative research with an empirical approach. The technique of determining subjects in this study is purposive sampling. Methods of data collection using the method of observation, interviews and documentation, while the Data Analysis Technique through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study, that the collaboration of BPD with the village government was optimal, it can be seen from the relationship of BPD cooperation with the village head, Collaboration in making (village RKP and village APB). and management of village funds.

This study empirically investigates the less discussed catalytic effect of personality in the relationship of leadership style and employee thriving at work. The growth and sustainability of the organization is linked with the association of leadership style and employee thriving at the worplace. The objectives of this study are to explore the impact of authoritative and laissez-faire leadership styles and the moderating role of the personality trait of conscientiousness on thriving in the workplace. A sample of 312 participants was taken from a leading school system with its branches in Lahore and Islamabad, Pakistan. The participants either worked as managers, teachers in headquarters, or school campuses, respectively. The regression results of the study show that authoritative leadership and conscientiousness have a significantly positive impact on thriving at work. Furthermore, conscientiousness moderates the relationship between laissez-faire style of leadership and thriving at work relationship. The findings of this study have theoretical implications for authoritative and laissez-faire leadership, employee conscientiousness, and managerial applications for the practitioners.

In recent years, consumers are increasingly interested in corporate social responsibility activities for the community. Many companies have begun to focus on CSR activities as it can contribute to improving the company's image in customer's perception. In Vietnam, although there are also some studies about CSR, the quantity is limited and there are certain limitations. Therefore, this study aims to evaluate the relationship between CSR activities and customer loyalty through trust, customer company identify, and satisfaction. With the data being collected by survey questionnaires, the authors test the model and research hypotheses by using PLS-SEM techniques. The results show that CSR activities have a positive impact on customer loyalty through factors of trust, customer company identify, and customer satisfaction. This study helps business managers to develop effective policies and to have a new perspective on CSR activities as well as its values. In addition, the positive outlook of the customers on the business will bring many benefits, contributing to improving the brand value and reputation, enhancing competitive advantages towards sustainable development.

The results of this research can be concluaded that: 1. Lack of community participation to participate in village fund management planning, this is due to the lack of motivation of the community to participate in the deliberations. Then there was a delay in submitting a draft village regulation that had been agreed to be evaluated. 2. In the implementation, administration, reporting and accountability of village fund management in accordance with PERMENDAGRI Number 113 of 2014, it shows that the principles of participation in management, orderly and disciplined principles, principles of transparency and accountability principles have been carried out properly.The suggestion from this research is that the village government should develop a participatory concept and foster a sense of community motivation by providing education seminars on managing village funds and leading to the implementation of village governance. Then the village government should pay more attention to the applicable regulations in managing village finances in order to realize Good Governance.

The village government has an substantial responsibility in managing human resources to produce regional economic benefits. This research aims to identify the stakeholder collaboration to support accountability in village fund management and rural development.  This study used an interactive approach with data collection methods such as structured interviews, documentation, and observation. The object of the study is village officials in Pranggang Village, Plosoklaten District, Kediri Regency, East Java Province. The results of the study showed that the village government has not optimally carried out its role in involving more stakeholders.  Collaborative stakeholders in managing village funds involved village government officials, activity management team and community.   They play a positive role in bringing about village accountability in managing village funds. An increased community participation contribute to program evaluation activities and effectiveness in the village financial management. The accountability of the village funds utilization has met the Home Affairs Ministerial Regulation number 113 of 2014. In addition, social accountability has been applied in various forms of effective interactions between the community and village government. Much efforts are required to improve the quality of human resources through more stakeholder engagement, training activity and  community empowerment.   JEL Classification: H72; H83; O20
