The stock price is determined by the supply and demand of the stock itself. The higher the purchase of these shares the stock price tends to move up and vice versa if more and more are selling these shares the stock price will usually tend to decrease. The purpose of this study is to analyze and test whether Net Profit Margin (NPM), Earning Per Share (EPS) and Leverage Ratio affect stock prices. This type of research is quantitative descriptive with secondary data, the sampling technique used is purposive sampling and the testing method used uses multiple linear regression analysis. The population in this study is 168 manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange in 2016-2018 period. From the research results it is known that the simultaneous Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Earning Per Share (EPS) and Return On Assets (ROA) and Leverage Ratio have a significant and positive effect. While partially, only Earning Per Share (EPS) and Return On Assets (ROA) have a significant and positive effect, while Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Leverage Ratio has no significant and positive effect. This study aims to analyse the effects of Dividend Per Share, Earning Per Share and Net Profit Margin simultaneously and partially on stock price. This study was taken because there are still differences between the research study with each other. The method of purposive sampling was used in this sample of research. The sample of the research from twenty companies, only eleven are selected because the financial statement from each company are complete since 2013-2017.  The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. By using regression analysis, this study provides evidence that Devidend per Share have significant positive effect on stock prices. Earning per Share have significant positive effect on stock prices. Net Profit Margin have significant negative effect on stock prices.

<p>This study aimed to investigate empirically influence the company characteristics proxied by return on assets, net profit margin, and earning per share on the stock price of cigarette companies listed in IDX. The Investment was the decision taken to allocate assets in order to get benefit in the future. This study was explanatory research using a quantitative approach to analyze the sample of cigarette companies listed in IDX from 2015 to 2017. The data are taken from IDX then analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis supported by SPSS. The results showed that the return on assets and earnings per share did not have a significant influence on the stock price. Moreover, the net profit margin was the most influential variable on stock prices. Net profit margin showed a high level of efficiency, so it became an important factor that the company should consider because of its significant impact on the stock prices.</p>

This study aims to determine the effect of return on assets (ROA), return on equity (ROE), net profit margin (NPM), earning per share (EPS) and operating profit margin (OPM) on the stock prices of banking companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This type of research is associative research. Secondary data in this study is in the form of banking financial statements. The total population used in this study were 32 banking companies, and the samples that met the research criteria were eight banking companies listed on BEI. The analytical model used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The analysis results show that ROA, ROE, NPM, EPS, and OPM together have a significant effect on the stock prices of banking companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). On the other hand, coefisiens of ROA, NPM and OPM have no significant effect on the Stock Price of banking companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). In contrast, ROE and EPS significantly affect the Stock Price of banking companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of profitability and Liqudity on the company's stock price in PropertySector. This research uses a quantitative approach, the type of research used is associative research. The data used are secondary data in the form of company financial statements obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). In determining the sample of this study using a purposive sampling method that is determining the sample by making certain criteria. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis. Testing the hypothesis in this study using the t test to determine the effect of individual independent variables on the dependent variable. While the F test is used to determine the effect of Current Ratio (CR), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return On Assets (ROA) simultaneously on stock prices. The regresion results of this research shows that independent variables like CR and ROA has a positive effect in predicting stock prices. While, the NPM variable has a negative effect in predicting the stock prices. Current Ratio (CR), Net Profit Margin (NPM), and Return On Assets (ROA) simultaneously have a significant effect on Stock Prices. Partially, Current Ratio (CR), and Return On Assets (ROA) have a significant effect on Stock Prices. While Net Profit Margin (NPM) Does not have significant effect on Stock Prices. From the regression coefficient test concluded that 58,8% of the share price can be explained by the independent variables Keywords: Profitability, Liquidity,  Stock Prices.

This study was conducted to examine the effect of Earnings Per Share, Net Profit Margin, Debt to Equity Ratio toward Stock Price on manufacturing companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange during the years 2009-2012. The population consists of 36 companies and are used as a sample of 17  ompanies. Sampling technique using purposive sampling method. Data were tested by using multiple regression analysis and hypothesis test with 5% level of confidence. The research results that the variables Earnings Per Share (EPS) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) gives significantly positive effect on Stock Price. The other variables Debt to Equity Ratio is not significantly to Stock Price. We suggest for investors in Indonesia Stock Exchange that paying attention other factors that regards Stock Price because with those information they can make the best decision for their investments

Abstract: The aim of this research is to examine the effect of financial performance on the stock prices of state-owned (BUMN) banking companies in the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the period 2010-2017.The financialperformance consists of Non Performing Loans, Return on Assets, Capital Adequacy Ratio, Price Earning Ratio, and Net Profit Margin. The analysis in this study  used the multiple linier regression with 32 observations. Simultaneously all variables affect the stock price of Banking Companies of BUMN that listed on the  Indonesian Stock Exchange  for the period of 2010-2017. This study was conducted to determine the effect of factors such as financial fundamentals Earning Per Share (EPS), Return On Assets (ROA), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), and Current Ratio (CR) of the company and real property estate listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2008-2013. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a sample of five companies. Variables include the Earning Per Share (EPS), return on assets (ROA), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), and Current Ratio (CR) as the independent variable and stock price as dependent variables. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the simultaneous regression test (Test F), shows that the Earning Per Share (EPS), return on assets (ROA), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), and Current Ratio (CR ) simultaneously  influence the stock prices of five companies that were visited. While partial regression test (t test) showed that the variable EPS, ROA, NPM and CR partial effect, whereas the variable DER has no partial effect on stock prices.

This study aims to analyze the effect of Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return on Equity (EPS) on Stock Price of manufacturing companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX)  of the observation year 2012 - 2016.The data used are secondary data and analytical methods, using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) program version 23 to obtain a comprehensive picture of the relationship between variables one with other variables. The sample in this research consist of fifteen (15) manufacturing companies group of chemical industry sectors listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in observation 2012 until 2016 with purposive sampling method as sampling method.The results of this study are: (1) Net Profit Margin (NPM) influential on Stock Price, (2) Return On Equity (ROE) effect on Stock Price, (3) Earning Per Share (EPS) effect on Stock Price, (4) ) The results of regression analysis simultaneously influenced the result that Earning Per Share (EPS) effect on Stock Price. As for Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Return on Equity (ROE) does not affect the stock price.

This study aims to examine the fundamental factors of Current Ratio (CR), Leverage Ratio, Net Profit Margin (NPM), Total Assets Turn Over (TATO), Earnings Per Share(EPS)effect on stock price changes on financial companies in Indonesia . The share price is the value of a stock that reflects the wealth of the company issuing the shares, which change or fluctuation is largely determined by the forces of supply and demand occurred in the stock exchange (secondary market). The influence of these factors on stock prices is tested with regression analysis. Study sample is 40 companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange are selected by purposive sampling.The results of this study indicate that the partial net profit margin of only variable that significantly influence the stock price, while the variable current ratio, leverage ratio, total assets turnover and earnings per shareno significant effect on stock prices. While simultaneously variable Current Ratio (CR), Leverage Ratio, Net Profit Margin (NPM), Total Assets Turn Over (TATO), Earnings Per Share(EPS)significantly influence the stock price. These results indicate that investors in making investment decisions take into consideration the level of stock prices, returns that would be obtained and also consider the ability of illiquid instruments (funds from third parties, received a loan of more than three months, and core capital) against liabilities (current debt ) company.
