The Heritage Palace is located in Surakarta City of Central Java which formerly was the sugar factory that is currently used as a tourist attraction. However, this place has the problem of lacking its informative and interactive signage, less by the branding of the tourist spots, and less proper in material selection. The data collection used were the literature study, observation, interviews and questionnaires, using comparison matrix as data analysis method. The concept of the design takes the modern and old heritage concept using a font that matches the clear language and adds pictogram. The purpose of this design is to provide informative and interactive information using signage ang interactive media that is useful to help visitors get information when they visit the tourist site

<p align="center">ABSTRAK</p><p>Artikel hasil penelitian tentang kajian normatif keberadaan toko modern di Kota Semarang akan mengkaji mengenai keberadaan toko modern di Kota Semarang apakah sudah  memenuhi ketentuan dalam Peraturan Presiden Nomor 112 Tahun 2007. Untuk membahas permasalahan tersebut, metode pendekatan yang dipakai adalah yuridis normatif, dengan spesifikasi penelitian deskriptif analitis, metode pengumpulan datanya : studi dokumentasi dan studi kepustakaan, sedangkan metode analisis data yang dipergunakan adalah analisis kualitatif.</p><p>Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa  keberadaan toko modern di Kota Semarang sudah memenuhi beberapa ketentuan yang ada dalam Peraturan Presiden Nomor 112 Tahun 2007, yang belum terpenuhi adalah : ketentuan Pasal 13  &amp; Pasal 15 Peraturan Presiden Nomor 112 Tahun 2007.</p><p><em>Articles of research on the normative study of the existence of modern stores in the city of Semarang will examine the existence of modern stores in the city of Semarang whether they have fulfilled the provisions in Presidential Regulation No. 112 of 2007. To discuss these problems, the approach method used is normative juridical, with the specifications of analytical descriptive research, data collection methods: documentation and literature study, while the data analysis method used is qualitative analysis.</em></p><p><em>            </em><em>The results of the study show that the existence of a modern shop in Semarang City has fulfilled several provisions in the Presidential Regulation Number 112 of 2007, which has not been fulfilled are:</em></p><p><em>p</em><em>rovisions in Article 13 </em><em>and p</em><em>rovisions Article 15</em><em> </em><em>of the Presidential Regulation Number 112 of 2007</em><em>.</em><em></em></p><p><em>Keywords: Study, Normative, Modern Shop, Semarang City.</em><em></em></p><p> </p>

Marketing is one of the important strategies in tourism activities. With the marketing, tourists know the tourist attraction that will be visited. Marketing consists of several aspects, such as product, place/distributions, price and promotion (marketing mix). This research was conducted to determine the form of marketing mix at Tahura Ngurah Rai Mangrove Ecotourism and measure how much influence the marketing mix had on the decisions of foreign tourists visiting Tahura Ngurah Rai Ecotourism. The method used in research is quantitative method. Data collection is conducted by questionnaire, observation, and literature study. While the data analysis technique used is the Important Performance Analysis (IPA) technique. The results of study showed that the components of the marketing mix consisting of products, prices, places / distributions, and promotions still did not meet the level of tourists satisfaction, There were still several components that had to be increased such as price and place. Therefore, the manager must focus on to the component that doesn’t meet the level of tourist satisfaction since it can influence the tourist visiting decisions. This research aims to examine the legal phenomena of the application of the panai money, the cost imposed for the migrant Bugis customary law community in Sukabumi Village, Mayangan District, Probolinggo City, East Java. In other words, Panai' money is such customary money which must be handed over in Bugis tribal marriages. The data analysis method used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques using literature study, observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the submission of panai money has become a tradition that originated from an ancestor that is still valid today. Due to the high panai money, however, many of the Bugis people who wander no longer use panai money, as it takes into account the weakness of their customary values, as well as the many other cultures that influence, but there are still people who still defend it because of their strong customary values ​​which they still hold even though in the migrant area. Because panai money ’is a tradition that has long been a benchmark for Bugis people, this tradition still strongly considers moral sanctions, and the avoidance of this money is responded by some people to decide to elope. AbstrakStadion Gelora Bandung Lautan Api sebagai kasus studi merupakan stadion terbesar di Kota Bandung yang dirancang berstandar internasional dan diklaim menjadi stadion termegah se-Indonesia. Stadion yang mampu menampung 72.000 orang ini adalah salah satu potensi yang luar biasa bagi Bandung. Menjadi stadion terbesar di Jawa Barat, signage memiliki peranan penting agar memudahkan pengunjung untuk menuju ke lokasi yang akan dituju dengan cepat dan tepat. Beberapa area pada Stadion Bandung Lautan Api belum memiliki signage yang informatif, selain itu desain signage juga belum menunjukan konsistensi dan ciri khas dari stadion. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara, kuesioner dan studi pustaka. Adapun analisis data menggunakan matriks perbandingan. Hasil akhir berupa perancangan signage Stadion Gelora Bandung Lautan Api yang informatif dan menunjukkan identitas bangunan stadion maupun identitas Kota Bandung. Perancangan ini diharapkan dapat membantu pengunjung Stadion Gelora Bandung Lautan Api menemukan informasi atau arah sehingga mudah menuju tempat yang mereka inginkan dengan cepat dan tepat selama berada di dalam dan luar stadion. Kata Kunci: identitas visual, signage, Stadion Gelora Bandung Lautan Api AbstractGelora Bandung Lautan Api Stadium as a case study is the largest stadium in Bandung designed internationally and claimed to be the grandest stadium in Indonesia. Some areas at Gelora Bandung Lautan Api Stadium have no informative signage, moreover the signage design has not shown the consistency and characteristic of the stadium. The data collection used are observation, interview, questionnaire and literature study. The data analysis used comparison matrix. The result of the design of signage Gelora Bandung Lautan Api Stadium that informative and show the identity of the building and Bandung identity. Lingkungan budaya dengan segala kompleksitasnya mampu memberikan sumbangan terhadap lahirnya mitos. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan fakta-fakta mitos, fungsi mitos, dan keterkaitan mitos dengan lingkungan budaya. Ekologi budaya dipilih sebagai pendekatan, karena masyarakat dan lingkungan budaya tidak dapat dipisahkan dari aspek penciptaan karya sastra. Adapun teori yang digunakan adalah strukturalisme Claude Levi-Strauss berupa miteme yaitu unsur-unsur terkecil dalam mitos. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif analisis untuk mendeskripsikan mitos-mitos dalam novel dengan melibatkan lingkungan budaya. Data penelitian berupa sekuen cerita, kutipan satuan cerita berwujud kutipan langsung, dialog, dan monolog tentang mitos. Sumber data penelitian berasal dari novel Aroma Karsa karya Dewi Lestari. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui studi pustaka berupa membaca novel Aroma Karsa karya Dewi Lestari, dan ditunjang dengan buku dan sumber lain yang relevan dengan rumusan masalah. Analisis data dilakukan dengan mengidentifikasi data, mengklasifikasikan data, menganalisis data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian yaitu mengungkapkan fakta-fakta mitos melalui rangkaian peristiwa, miteme yang menghadirkan Puspa Karsa sebagai tokoh sakral, kehidupan Puspa Karsa, dan benda-benda yang terungkap dalamnya. Kehadiran Puspa Karsa dan tokoh-tokoh mitologi lainnya memberikan fungsi tersendiri, salah satunya untuk memberikan pemahaman bahwa ada kekuatan lain yang hidup berdampingan dengan manusia. Lokasi taman Puspa Karsa memanfaatkan Lingkungan budaya masyarakat Jawa Tengah yang melahirkan beragam mitos, namun masih diyakini kebenarannya.Kata kunci: mitos, kajian budaya, mitemeABSTRACTCultural environment with all of the complexity is able to contribute to the existence of myths. This research aims to describe mythical facts, mythical function, and relation between myths with cultural environment. Cultural ecology is chosen as an approach, because society and cultural environment cannot be separated from creation of literary aspect. The theory used is the structuralism of Claude Levi-Strauss in the form of mytheme that is the smallest elements in the myth. The research uses descriptive analysis method in order to describe the myths in the novels by involving cultural environment. The data in this study are sequence story, story unit quotes in form of direct quotation, dialogue and monologues about myths. The research sources are from Dewi Lestari’s ‘Aroma Karsa’ novels. Data collection is carried out through literature studies in the form of reading ‘Aroma Karsa’, novel by Dewi Lestari also supported by another books and relevant sources for adjust the problem statement. Data analysis has done by identifying data, classifying data, analyzing data, and concluding the data. The result of the study were to reveal mythical facts through some events, a mytheme that presented Puspa Karsa as a sacred figure, the life of Puspa Karsa, anda objects revealed in it. The presence of Puspa Karsa and other mythological figure provides its own function, one of which is to provide an understanding that there are other forces that coexist with humans. The location of Puspa Karsa park makes use of the cultural environment of the Central Java people which raisesariety of myths, but the truth is still believed.

The Village Owned Enterprise was born as a new approach to improving the village economy based on the needs and potential of the village. This research aims to determine the effect of Village-Owned Enterprises on the village's original income. This research used a sample of 75 respondents from village officials and village institutions. Data collection methods used in this research were interviews, observation, questionnaires and literature study. The data analysis method used is quantitative analysis. The results of this research indicate that there is an influence of Village Owned Enterprises on Village Original Income in Sukajadi Village, Bukit Batu District, Bengkalis Regency.

This study aimed to examine the effect of demographic factors and organizational climate on the intention of internal whistleblowing. The sample was an accountant who had worked as an auditor. Data collection methods using questionnaires with financial statement fraud case scenarios. This research use ANOVA data analysis method to examine demographic factors include age, gender, and experience, as well as organizational climate on the intention of internal whistleblowing. The results showed only the experience of demographic factors that influence internal whistleblowing. Besides internal whistlelowing also influenced by organizational climate in the company.Keyword: Demographics, Organizational Climate, Whistleblowing

This study aims to describe 1) the form of cohesion contained in the news Watching Sakinah Movies, UIN Yogyakarta Give Praise Students and 2) describing the forms of coherence contained in the news Watching Sakinah Film, Students of UIN Yogyakarta Give Praise. The subjects used in this study were news of watching Sakinah film, UIN Yogyakarta students giving praise, and the objects used were sentences containing grammatical cohesion, a form of lexical cohesion. The approach used in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach. The data in this study are sentences in the news of Watching Sakinah Movies, This student is a method of literature study. While the method of data analysis in this study is descriptive method analysis method, the method used to analyze and describe cohesion markers and analyze markers of coherence. Test The results of the study show that in the news of watching Sakinah films, UIN Yogyakarta Beri Pujian students have varied markers of cohesion and coherence in the Tebuireng Online news discourse. Cohesion markers were found to reference (3), substitution (1), ellipsis (2), conjunction (3), collocation (1), and markers of coherence found cause-effect relationships (2), relationship coherence suggestions — goals (1), coherence temporal relations (1), and coherence of causal relationships (1).

The purpose of this study was to analize the impacts of service quality and customer value on the satisfaction of customers. Questionnaires are used to collect data from Boks Café customer in Bumiayu, Kabupaten Brebes, Central java by using scale of Likert. In this study, accident sampling method was used and data analysis method was simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicated that service quality and customer value positively and significant influenced the satisfaction of customers. The conclution of this study is that customer value was dominant than service quality in influencing the satisfaction of customers

This research aims at analyzing (1) the effect of vendor’s ability, benevolence, and integrity variables toward e-commerce customers’ trust in UBM; (2) the effect of vendor’s ability, benevolence, and integrity variables toward the level of e-commerce customers’ participation in Indonesia; and (3) the effect of trust variable toward level of e-commerce customers participation in UBM. This research makes use of UBM e-commerce users as research samples while using Likert scale questionnaire for data collection. Furthermore, the questionnaires are sent to as many as 200 respondents. For data analysis method, Structural Equation Model was used. Out of three predictor variables (ability, benevolence, and integrity), it is only vendor’s integrity that has a positive and significant effect on customers’ trust. On the other hand, it is only vendor’s integrity and customer’s trust that have a positive and significant effect on e-commerce customers’ participation in UBM.
