Before investing, investors must know and choose stocks that can provide benefits by assessing the ratio of return on assets (ROA) and return on equity (ROE). This study aims to observe and analyze the effect of return on assets (ROA) and return on equity (ROE) on the stock price of Pt. Indosat Tbk. This research is an associative type, using quantitative data from secondary data sources. The population in this study is the Financial Statements of Pt. Indosat, Tbk. Which is calculated from the beginning of going public for the period 1994-2020, which is for 25 years. The sample used is the period 2006-2019, which is 14 years at Pt.IndosatTbk which is listed on the Indonesian stock exchange. The sampling technique used in this study is purposive sampling with the sampling criteria in this study are updated financial statement data for 14 years from 2006-2019. 2019. The research instrument used is in the form of financial statement data consisting of a statement of net income, total assets, total equity and profit and loss of the company to get the share price value for the period 2006-2019. Data collection techniques used are documentation and literature study. The data analysis technique used is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation coefficients, determination test, t test and f test. The results showed that return on assets (ROA) and return on equity (ROE) had a significant effect on the stock price of PT. Indosat Tbk.

This research was conducted to determine the effect of profitabilityand liquidity on stock prices. The independent variables used are returnon assets, return on equity, current ratio, and quick ratio. The population inthis study is non-financial LQ-45 companies registered in succession in 2016–2018. This study uses secondary data derived from financial statementsthat can be accessed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research methoduses multiple linear regression analysis. The sampling technique used waspurposive sampling where the samples obtained in the study were 87 companies.The results showed that (1) return on assets has a positive effect onstock prices; (2) return on equity has a negative effect on stock prices; (3)current ratio has no effect on stock prices; (4) quick ratio has a negativeeffect on stock prices. But simultaneously return on assets, return on equity,current ratio, and quick ratio affect the stock price of 37.4%, while theremaining 62.6% comes from other variables that are not contained in thisresearch model.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of Return On Equity (ROE), Net Profit Margin (NPM) to stock price in 2011-2017. This study uses secondary data, the sample in this study as many as 28 data derived from livestock feed companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2011 to 2017 and include complete financial report data. Sampling technique using purposive sampling technique or sampling based on certain considerations and criteria. The analytical method used is simple linear regression analysis and multiple linear regression analysis with first classical asusmsi test which includes normality test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test. The results of this study show that partially Return On Equity (ROE) has a positive and insignificant effect on price, Net Profit Margin (NPM) has a positive and insignificant effect on stock prices. Simultaneously Return On Equity (ROE) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) have positive and insignificant effect to stock price at company of basic industry and kumia subs of poultry feed listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) year 2011- 2017.

Perkebunan kelapa sawit dengan komoditas utama minyak sawit atau Crude Palm Oil (CPO) merupakan sektor strategis dalam perekonomian Indonesia dengan memberikan kontribusi di tahun 2017 senilai USD 18,28 milyar atau 9,6 % terhadap ekspor nasional. Meski demikian sepanjang tahun 2010 sampai dengan tahun 2018 harga CPO dalam trend menurun. Penurunan harga CPO ini sejalan dengan penurunan harga saham perkebunan kelapa sawit di Bursa Efek Indonesia. PT London Sumatra Indonesia Tbk merupakan salah satu perusahaan perkebunan kelapa sawit yang harga sahamnya mengalami penurunan. Oleh karena itu investor yang akan berinvestasi di sektor perkebunan melalui bursa efek perlu melakukan penilaian dalam pengambilan keputusan investasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi harga saham PT London Sumatra Indonesia Tbk. Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan alat analisis regresi linier berganda didapat faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi harga saham PT London Sumatra Indonesia Tbk adalah harga CPO, harga saham market leader, kurs rupiah, Return On Equity dan Earning Per Share.Kata Kunci: Harga saham, Harga CPO, Saham market leader, Return On Equity, Earning Per ShareABSTRACTOil palm plantations with the main commodity palm oil or Crude Palm Oil (CPO) are a strategic sector in the Indonesian economy by contributing in 2017 valued at USD 18.28 billion or 9.6% of national exports. However, throughout 2010 up to 2018 CPO prices were in a downward trend. The decline in CPO prices is in line with the decline in the prices of oil palm plantations on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. PT London Sumatra Indonesia Tbk is a palm oil plantation company whose share price has decreased. Therefore investors who will invest in the plantation sector through the stock exchange need to make an assessment in making investment decisions. This study aims to identify the factors that influence the stock prices of PT London Sumatra Indonesia Tbk. The results of the study using multiple linear regression analysis tools obtained factors that influence the price of PT London Sumatra Indonesia Tbk stock prices are CPO prices, market leader stock prices, rupiah exchange rates, Return On Equity and Earning Per Share.Keywords: Stock price, CPO price, Market leader stock, Return On Equity, Earning Per Share

This study aims to see stock price stability at a Pharmacy company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2014 - 2016 by using several variables such as Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Assets and Price Earning Ratio. This research is a type of quantitative research which used fundamental analysist by referring to an analysis of company performance that is used to predict stock prices in the future. The method of determining the sample in this study is based on purposive sampling technique that is in accordance with the criteria of eight pharmacy companies. The data used in this study were collected through non-participant observation methods using the data contained in the IDX. Testing of the hypothesis in this study using multiple linear regression analysis. The test results show that there is no significant influence on stock prices when using Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Assets and Price Earning Ration. On the contrary, Price Earning Ration partially has a positive and significant effect on the stock price of pharmaceutical companies in the 2014-2016 period. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of financial and non-financial ratios in the form of return on equity, return on assets, and firm size on the level of underpricing. The hypothesis is tested using multiple linear regression analysis methods. The data used in this research are annual financial report data, opening stock price on the first trading day, and closing stock price on the first trading day. Eviews 10 is an analytical tool used in research. Sampling in this study used a purposive sampling method and obtained data from 75 companies from 160 companies that carried out the Go-public process on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the period 2016-2019. The analytical method used is quantitative methods. The results of this study indicate that the return on equity (ROE) and return on assets (ROA) variables do not have a significant effect on the level of underpricing of the shares of companies that go public on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in the 2016-2019 period, while the firm size variable has a significant effect. on the level of underpricing of shares of companies that went public on the Indonesian stock exchange for the 2016-2019 period

The purpose of this study is to determine the results of Earnings Per Share, Book Value Equity, Operating Cash Flow, Investment Cash Flow, Funding Cash Flow, Current Ratio, Asset Returns and Asset Returns moderate Operating Cash Flow to Share Prices in manufacturing companies found in Indonesia stock exchange. This research population publishes manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2018 period. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling technique. Based on predetermined criteria the number of samples obtained by 9 companies. The type of data used in this study is secondary data using panel data regression analysis methods. The results showed that Earnings Per Share and Book Value of Equity showed a positive effect on the Share Price, then, Funding Cash Flow, Return on Assets and Return on Assets moderate the Operating Cash Flow negatively evaluating the Stock Price. Whereas Operating Cash Flow, Investment Cash Flow, and Current Ratio do not affect the stock price.  Keywords: Stock Prices, Cash Flow, Finance Ratio

This research is intended to determine the effect of Earnings Per Share (EPS), Price Earnings Ratio (PER), Return on Equity (ROE) and Return on Assets (ROA) towards share price property, real estate and building construction companies within period 2009- 2011. From 33 companies that listed at Indonesia Stock Exchange for period 2009 – 2011, 32 companies had been selected as the samples for this research using purposive sampling method. This research uses direct method to determine the relationship between the dependent and independent variables. The statistic method being used is multiple linear regression. Abstrak   Harga saham dapat mencerminkan nilai dari suatu perusahaan. Perusahaan yang kinerja keuangannyabaik, sahamnya akan banyak diminati oleh investor. Salah satu yang diperhatikan dalam pencapaian kinerja suatu perusahaan adalah laba. Rasio yang digunakan sebagai pengukur kinerja keuangan perusahaan antara lainReturn On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity(ROE) dan Earning Per Share (EPS).Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan membuktikan secara empiris pengaruh Return On Asset, Return On Equity dan Earning Per Shareterhadap harga saham pada perusahaan Food & Beverages yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2010-2015. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 10 perusahaan. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis linear berganda. Hasil penelitian secara parsialmenunjukan bahwa ROA tidak berpengaruh terhadap harga saham, ROE tidak berpengaruh terhadap harga saham, sedangkan EPS berpengaruh terhadap harga saham. Secara simultan ROA, ROE dan EPS berpengaruh terhadap harga saham. Abstract   Stock prices may reflect the value of a company. Companies whose financial performance is good, its shares will be much in demand by investors. One that is considered in the achievement of a company's performance is profit. Ratios used as a measure of corporate financial performance include Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE) and Earning Per Share (EPS). This study aims to determine and prove empirically the influence of Return On Assets, Return On Equity and Earning Per Share to stock prices at Food & Beverages companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2010-2015 period. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with the number of samples of 10 companies. Data were analyzed by using multiple linear analysis. The results of partially show that ROA does not affect the stock price, ROE do not affect the stock price, while the EPS effect on stock prices. Simultaneously ROA, ROE and EPS effect on stock prices.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara simultan dan parsial dengan menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling, di dapatkan tiga sampel perusahaan dari sembilan perusahaan pertambangan sub sektor logam dan mineral. Data diolah dan dianalisis menggunakanan alisis regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan koefisien korelasi keempat variabel bebas mempunyai hubungan yang sangat kuat terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan pertambangan sub sektor logam dan mineral yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Berdasarkan hasil analisis secara simultan penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa variabel yaitu Return On Equity, Debt to Equity Ratio, Suku Bunga, dan Inflasi secara bersasma-sama mempunyai pengaruh terhadap harga saham, sedangkan secara parsial dapat disimpulkan bahwa dari keempat variabel tersebut Inflasi berpengaruh dominan terhadap Harga Saham pada prusahaan pertambangan sub sektor logam dan mineral yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Data was processed and analyze by multiple linear regression analysis method. Based on correlation coefficient by four independent variabels has a very strong relation on stock prices Mining Companies Sub-Sector Metals and Minerals listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Based on the results of the simultaneous analysis of this study explained that the variables of Return On Equity, Debt to Equity Ratio, Interest Rates, and Inflation together have an influence on Stock Price. By the partially can be concluded that from the four variables Inflation has a dominant influence on stock prices Mining companies sub-sector metals and minerals listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Share Price is a reflection of the successful management of the company. A high share price will provide benefits, namely in the form of capital gains and a better image for the company so that it will attract investors to invest in the company. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between liquidity, solvency and profitability on stock prices either partially or simultaneously. The research sample taken was 11 companies from a total of 19 plantation subsector companies that were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018 with the sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique. The research method used is descriptive and verification, where descriptive uses descriptive statistics and verification uses multiple linear regression analysis and the coefficient of determination. The results of this study partially Current Ratio has no effect on stock prices, Debt to Equity Ratio has a negative effect on stock prices and Return on Equity has negative effects on stock prices.
